King's Inn

Motel has several weekly residents, which makes people loitering about constantly. The carpet was not clean. The door did not shut all the way. No pets are allowes although listing on ******* says different.

THE STAFF IS SO POLITE, KIND, HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. THIS PLACE HAS CLEANED UP SO WELL.

The person on the counter was rude, the sheets were dirty, there was paraphilia on top of the tv and around the table, no water and the place overall was dirty and noisy. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR.

The pool is not in service. The beds were clean, but the floors had not been swept. One room had no towels. No phones in either room to contact the front desk. The smoke detector was not connected in one of the rooms. If the stay had been for more than a night it would have been a major problem.

Pool was not been functing for 3 years, holes in walls and doors. Couch had many holes with stuffing coming out. I think you should remove this propert from your listing...it is not worthy of your website.

Carpet was never vacuumed, tile never swept or mopped, bath towels barely larger than a hand towel, television had a lousy picture, no hangers provided for "closet," pool wasn't cleaned and available for use, overhead lights near "picnic area" not working, ice machines broken, "breakfast" of coffee and the pots were empty by 9:00 A.M.

The property was dirty, not welcoming, drug ******* walking around. Interior was dirty, bath ceiling fan hanging down, smelled terrible of cigarettes, asked for another room, that one was just as bad, supposed to be non smoking, stayed for less than 1 hour, asked for a refund, they only refund next 2 days, not for the 1st day even though I was in the room less than an hour. Long enough to lift up the blankets and see the filth. Very un safe, units are run down, bedding filthy and stained. No fitted sheet only 2 flat sheets and an old nasty mattress pad. Hair all over between sheets, carpet dirty, tub and shower had mold. needed cleaning and re-cualking. Had old dead bolts on doors that had clearly been kicked in several times. Had to go to a exterior security window to check in, had to slide license under window, not allowed in lobby. Requested call from manger next day, never received one. Would not reccommend, checked out less than an hour after checking in. Slept in the car, away from there it was safer.

********** please remove this place from your listing. The add is completely false. No pool, no restaurant, no breakfast. It only gets worse from there.

We paid extra for a suite. What we received was a run-down dated extremely overpriced room. The bed in the second room wobbled when you tried to sit on it. The kitchen sink wasn't clean enough to feel like we could fill our water bottles. The bathroom was not clean. The person who checked us in couldn't get the credit card machine to work - something about one of the numbers on the receipt didn't print correctly so they couldn't read it. We ended up having to pay cash. There are multiple "No Refunds" signs in the lobby. That should have been my first clue and we should have looked at the room first. We would not have stayed. We knew this wasn't a luxury hotel and our needs were simple - a place to sleep and shower after a long day on the road. There was no way we were going to eat the free breakfast after the condition of the room.
