On 7/14/22 We were walked to this hotel from our original reservation and upon arrival our reservation was not correct. The front desk worker, Adrena, gave the best customer service to fix the problem and to make us happy and satisfied. Adrena gave outstanding customer service and genuinely treated us amazing!!!

It was a nice place to stay but note that when you book there are two separate places one for Weston and one for Element it’s quite confusing since they are the same property. Other than that it’s a great location!

Great location to go to Space and Rocket museum. Breakfast was solid. Room was comfortable. Staff were very nice. Price was good.

Overall, the location was great and the views were appealing. The rooms had some wear to the bathrrom tiles and my chair was dirty, but I could overlook that for the location and pretty good price. I would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and pleasant, especially the very nice lady at breakfast. The room was recently renovated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. My wife and I were there for the Lauren Daigle concert at the Orion Amphitheater. It is a close walk from the hotel, and definitely the way to go. The walk is a direct line, well lit, and there were plenty of other people around. After we got back to our room we noticed that 45 minutes later cars were still backed up, trying to leave the venue. This is now our place to stay in Huntsville!

The Hampton Inn is located within minutes from the Huntsville International Airport in the heart of Cummings Research Park. Huntsville is a city rich with charm, culture, ambiance and a thriving business climate.The hotel faces a quaint lake with a 1/2 mile walking track around. The hotel features rooms with one king bed and sofa bed, rooms with two queen beds, and suites with separate living and sleeping rooms. All rooms feature free HSIA with printer on demand capalbilities. The suites offer a mini fridge and a microwave and all rooms include coffee makers. The hotel rooms also feature I-Home radios with MP3 connections. All rooms will have 32" LCD TV's featuring HD channels. The pool is an outdoor saline pool which is eco-friendly. The exercise room features all the latest equipment and has a laundry room with in for the time conscious guest.

My stay at the Drury Inn & Suites Huntsville was wonderful. Check-in was simple and easy, and the room was very nice and spacious. We didn't get to take advantage of the nightly events, but we did get breakfast each morning, which was very good! The facilities were nice and the hotel has lots of parking available. It's close to a lot of activities, restaurants and shopping such as, the Space and Rocket Center and Bridge Street Town Centre. There is a nice area with snacks, water and sodas with a self-checkout area, as well as an ATM. We will definitely stay here again!
