Hotel berhampiran Saint Shenouda Coptic Orthodox Church, Hurghada

A great holiday resort with neautoful beach,gym,room: I really enjoyed my time ay Hilton Plaza: the only problem is that it went too fast! Next time I will stay 2 weeks not jist one wel!!

Just returned home having spent 10 days in this hotel - had a great time, weather was perfect and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were very pleasant and always willing to go out of their way for you. Personally, I wouldn't class this as a 5* hotel as it was lacking some of the qualities you would expect - for me it was nearer a 4*. On the plus side: Very clean Staff very friendly On the beach Buffet restaurant was excellent with great choices The negatives: Check-in was a shambles - we hadn't been allocated a room before we arrived and was 'offered' one which was unacceptable. We didn't get into a room until after 2am in the morning (2 hours after arriving) and then had to move again at 5pm the following day...so couldn't unpack etc. A-la-carte restaurants were poor - little choice unless you were willing to pay a surcharge (that is not my idea of an All Inclusive hotel). Entertainment is zilch...again, unless you want to pay for it that is (20 euros per night!). Very little to do in the evening other than make your own entertainment. Activities on the beach were not very well publicised (we only found out at the back end of the holiday) and are on a rota. One day snorkelling, next kayaking etc. and only available at set times. You are limited to one towel per day. Not a big problem UNLESS like we did you are one once of the boat excursions (from the hotel) and need a dry towel to take with you...they need to think about how to overcome this. Drinks package is pretty limited - again you have to pay for certain options. They didn't even have beer on tap other than at the beach bar so it was poured from a bottle which was at best lightly chilled but not what I would call cold. None of the spirits are strong at all. Service (particularly at the Dar bar) is very slow...lots of waiters just stood around talking whilst people were waiting for drinks...we often had to get up and walk over to the drinks counter to get someone's attention. Lighting around the whole hotel is very very poor - you often only have candle light to see by when sat at your table. I understand they may be trying to add to the ambience but there is a limit. Pathways and hotel corridors are also poorly lit. There appear to be loads of negatives (above) but most are things which could be rectified quite easily. We didn't let it spoil our holiday.

Thank you to Mr. Ali at the reception for the warm welcome and great service. The place is very nice and wonderful for Honeymooners, all services are near each other, clean rooms,amazing swimming pools ,a sandy beach,a tidy environment, and an excellent team.

كنت في زيارة لبيت الثاتي شتيجن الداو وهو واحد من الفنادق اللي اعتز بيها من مجموعة فنادق شتيجن في الغردقة، اقمت ٧ ايام مع اسرتي الكريمة. تم استقبالي من أسرة فندق شتيجن الداو على أحسن وجه وعلى رأسهم مستر حسن عبيد مدير الفندق ومستر داوود مدير الاستقبال وباقي أسرة شتيجن والجدير بالذكر مستر رجل في قمة الأحترام والأسلوب الحسن والمعاملة الطبية، مستر داوود التعاون وحسن الإستقبال والقلب الطيب، مستر سامي فرحات مدير الإشراف رجل في قمة الأحترام والتعاون والمساعدة في شتيجن. مستر مهدي المدير العام انسان ذو ابتسامة على وجه في جميع الأوقات، دائمآ مشارك في حل جميع المشاكل وحلها شكر خاص لجميع الشيفات المتواجدين في الفندق على رأسهم الشيف هشام والشيف محمد على جودة ومذاق الطعام وعلى التقديم الرائع للطعام. ولا أنسى مستر محمد درويش على ذوقه الرفيع مستر شادي مدير فندق شتيجن اكوا. مستر مجدي مدير في شتيجن بيور ومستر تامر وميسس ماندي لهم منا كل شكر وتقدير.

It was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called ”Ayaa”. I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of ”Ayaa” boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland. He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned. Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy. Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work ”Ayaa” boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.

اولا عايز اشكر إدارة الفندق لاختيارهم للاصطف اللي شغال من اول الريسبشن لغاية عمال النظافة والمسئولين عن المطعم الرئيسي خصوصا استاذ ميلاد وكل الاصطف في الفندق قمة في التعامل الراقي والمحترم انا استمتعت جدا انا وأسرتي في الفندق الحفلات جميلة في كل مكان والأنشطة متنوعة والأكل ممتاز جدا في كل المطاعم وإن شاء الله هنرجع تاني

الإقامة كانت سعيدة وممتعة جدا الغرفة جميلة ونظيفة جدآ وتشمل جميع الاحتياجات واستقبال جميل جدآ من رجال الغرف . اكثر من رائع الاكوابارك والمطاعم كل شئ كان رأئع الموظفون يقدمون خدمة مميزه اقدم تحياتي وشكري علي التعامل اللطيف والجميل لرجال الغرف ومنهم ـ

The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

🚤我真的太愛El Gouna和Casa Cook了。這是一家成人酒店，恐娃人士福音🔕，酒店客房不多且分散，私密性極高。品牌的Slogan是遇見野奢，遇見有趣靈魂。這家是沙漠🏜️沙灘🏖️並存。 🏨酒店客房/P4 Check-in可以選一杯香檳，Reception會開電動車帶你到達房間，我們選的是沙漠景觀房，💰1500+RMB，但是海景和沙漠景沒有很大的區別，都會帶小庭院，海灘會在晚上關閉，房間內可能會飛進小蟲子，做好防蟲措施。 🍴酒店餐飲/P5-8 酒店的餐廳是分時段享用，所有的吸管都是竹製，非常野奢哈哈。 早餐晚餐:Reception邊上的主餐廳，特別推薦早餐，可選項特別多，從🍞麪包到🥭水果，🥩薰牛肉特別好吃❗️ 還有儘量別坐室外，很容易出現小鳥叼走你食物的情況。 午餐:Beach Club 很像艾迪遜，中午會有很多人躺在泳池邊曬日光浴。

مكان أكثر من رائع مع خدمة فوق الممتازة من جميع الموظفين فريق الترفيه بكل جهودهم الجيدة والرائعة بالإضافة إلى الأفكار الفريدة لأنشطتهم وأحداثهم لجميع الضيوف والنزلاء بابتساماتهم الجميلة والمعهودة في كل مكان حول المنتجع. شكرا جزيلا لكم جميعا فريق صن رايز رويال مكادي. More than marvelous place with extraordinary service from all staff members. Entertaining (Animation) team with all of well, great and appreciated efforts as well as unique ideas for their activities and events to all of guests with interesting smiles every where around the resort.
