Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Everything is beautiful, clean, and a joy to behold. No loud or drunk guests, and the staff is very polite and helpful. We had a late flight, and they kindly allowed us to stay until the evening without any issues. We could still eat and get beach towels, too. Definitely recommend!

I was a bit surprised by how small the resort was compared to what I expected, but everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. There was only one restaurant, but all the food was concentrated in one spot, which actually made it better than a larger place.

The food isn't really suited for Chinese tastes, but the environment and scenery are still quite good.

The food was delicious, it was calm and quiet, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back again

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is European, and it's a quiet hotel perfect for relaxation. The lagoon makes the sea wonderfully warm.

It was a clean and pleasant hotel to stay in. The food, however, wasn't great.

Don’t recommend one to go

Overall it's very bad experience from begining. 非常垃圾的酒店 1- you are not able to find the parking inside the hotel, which is tagged as 5 star without parking 2- we are going to change the room type from double to single room, and you are enabled to change on the hotel: asking us to change from booking and booking said contact hotel 3- the hotel is Very noisy with party till late night 4- if you lost your card you are asked to pay 500 EGP per card and actually we are only given 4 cards for 5 person,

Wonderful stay at resort

It was really good. The crab and shrimp dishes at the dinner buffet are especially memorable!! Please note that they have a fish buffet every Tuesday and Saturday.

I asked the Ctrip customer service representative in advance to help me reserve a room with a good view. I stayed in room 740, and the sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks. The service was excellent. The rooms are large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very comfortable. If you don't leave the hotel, you can play sports, sunbathe, swim, and enjoy food and drinks every day, making it perfect for a vacation. It's very close to the port and the mosque, about a 15-minute walk. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

We went on March 6th and stayed for a week. The seawater was cold. There's one pool, and it was very hot; I think it's heated. The food was amazing. The staff were very attentive and kind. The only negative point was that they were very intrusive in trying to sell tours and massages.
