跟閨蜜們來紅海度假 景色：海景確實不錯 設施：但是酒店設施太老舊 衞生：衞生條件差，不介意的朋友的話，這個酒店性價比也還可以 服務：素質確實有待提高，有好有差吧。比如我們入住的就非常好，但是辦理退房的就非常不耐煩。 食物：這是最讓人不接受的，各種喝的都參水，果汁參水我還能接受，牛奶也是參水到根本沒有奶味，那麼多家庭帶了孩子來大家都很憤怒！

很不錯的一家酒店，

فندق جميل و نضيف و الشك حلو و هادي و المطعم كويس و اكوا بارك صغيره للاطفال بسخان . وحمام سباحه للكبار . الشئ المميز انك قاعد في الفندق و ممكن تستفيد بممزات الفنادق المجاوره التابعه لنفس الشركه ممكن تروح الاكوا الكبيره في ( sunny days family) و ممكن تروح الشط الساحر في ( sunny days el palacio ) و مل ده على مسافة خطوات .

الفندق جيد والانميشن فقراته منوعه وجميله احلى حاجه (يارا ومحمد وميزوو عبدو ) وعندهم خبره فى المجال بيعملو انشطه كتير طول النهار استرتشينج وزومبا واكوا جيم وبليل ف فقرات للاطفال وشوهات رقص متنوعه ومختلفه سعدنا بهم جدا

زيارتي كانت يوم ١٧/٩/٢٠٢٢ روحت هناك لانه ارخص فندق فيه اكوا بارك كبيره للاطفال لانه معايا طفله ٦ سنوات وشوفت الريفيوهات لاقيته معقول والاكل هو الي مش حلو قلت توكلت ع الله مش مهم الاكل يلا اكيد هلاقي حاجه فيه تتأكل يعني لكن للأسف دخلت الفندق بالما لاقيت الريسيبشن مش مكيف بدايه القصيده كفر الفندق كده تحسه فقير قديم عقيم المهم انه يقفلك من الدخله الاستاف تحسه مبهدل كده شقيان بس قلت معلش ضغط موسم دخلت المطعم عشان الغدا دخلت مغاره المطعم هو مغاره فعلا ومطعم بردو مش مكيف وزحمه جدااااا وللاكل استغفر الله والاستاف كشر جدا وبارد قلت مش مهم ده موسم انا الي غلطانه روحت عشان اروح الغرفه لاقيت الفندق مفهوش اسانسير والمباني شكلها يقرف كده عقيمه دخلت الاوده لاقيت هواء طبيعي جميل مقابلني قلت كويس ببص لاقيت الصنيه الي عليها الشاي والكاتل معفنه جدا قلت مش مهم هخليه يغيرها لاقيت فيو لطيف قلت وماله نبتدي اليوم رحت البحر لاقيت رملته صعبه خشنه كده ومتعبه في الرجل البول الي فيه بار مش نضيف جزء الاطفال مؤرف جدا ال٣ فنادق اسواء من بعض البلاسيو شكله اكثر اهتمام لانه فيه الأجانب بس بردو ريسيبشن حر ومطعم حر نصيحتي للجميع الي رايح الفندق ده عشان الاكوا خساره فيه الفلوس هو مفهوش غيرها اه بس حرام تدفع فلوس عشان اكوا بس ممكن تروح داي يوز في اي مكان في قاهره يلبي طلبك ده ولو طلبت معاك تاكل في المكان القذر ده اعمل حسابك مش هتاكل غير حلويات وفاكهة ومايه من المعفنه الي محطوطه في بتاعه العصير ديه وبالمناسبة مش قيمه مقابل سعر خالص اصلا خساره فيه الفلوس كوبايات بلاستك وكوبايات ورق للحاجات السخنه بار الاكوا اردء ما يكون مفيش انيميشن تيم طول اليوم كلها شو ليلي وخلاص غير كده كله سماعات وخلاص والله مكان معفن خساره فيه الفلوس طبعا أنا مكملتش الاقامه فيه وروحت فندق تاني عشان الرحله ما تبوظش الحمد لله ع كل شي لو بأيدي أبلغ عنه السياحه تقفله والله من حقارته لانه خساره الفندق الكبير ده تكون خدمته وادارته كده سيئه اسوء مجموعه اوعى حد يروحها حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل بجد آخر حاجه انا كنت حاجزه من موقع الفندق نفسه مش مع شركه ومش مع حد عشان الحجج والمشككين صححو الريفيوه بتاعه وتقيمه لانه حرام الناس تتخدع فيه زي كده

كانت جيده بالمجمل المكان جيد حمام السباحه والبحر والاكوا جيدين والغرف جيده يعيب الاكوا بفندق اخر ولكن يعيب المكان الاكل سئ وخاصة الغداء والعشاء مواعيد واكل السناكس سئ جدا مفيش انيميشن تيم حفلات الترفيهيه بالليل سيئة المشروبات سيئة ونوعية الخامات متواضعه بار اللوبي مش 24 ساعه مثل كل الفنادق من 10 الي 12 م

We spent a week in this hotel. I think the price/quality ratio is right. Dear Mr. Khadr deserves special praise - the strongest point of this hotel - he was responsible for room service, he performed his duties very well and always with a smile. He always made a great surprise for my children with a towel on the bed. In addition, he also provided assistance beyond his duties in the form of tourist information. Always smiling and very hard-working despite the high temperature during our stay. I would also like to mention the pool staff who were always alert, helpful and smiling. Always at my post, thanks to them I felt that my children were safe. Special thanks to Mr. Rozeka. Always smiling, helpful and cordial. Honestly, every service person was very nice, smiling and helpful. I remember this stay very nicely and warmly. Best regards, Mateusz.

Helpful and warm welcoming staff especially at the restaurant. Food was amazing and tasty except for the snacks, they were not that good. Being close around the pool area and the beach was magnificent to avoid a long walk under the heat of the sun. What I liked also , the location as it's a few mins walk to the downtown and bazaars, and 5 mins drive to the marina and its fantabulous Cafes. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, Ahme.d Bgab, Moustafa , from whom I've tasted the tastiest omelet, Mahmoud who looks like the Pharaohs in their significant feature who was helping in the pastries corner and Aly the the young man. It's been a pleasure meeting all of you. Thank you to the sweet receptionist Mary , who's guided me to the AlZahraa Shop to get my brother-in-law birthday cake. I didn't like Mostafa nor Ahmed at the reception, they were not good with us for unknown reasons. Only Mary whom I liked to talk to. It's my second visit and won't be the last. Love you all and see you again.

Firstly do not believe the 5star reviews you read, the staff come knocking on your door before you leave begging for a review ensuring you put 5 stars and good feed back, to the point where they take your phone and amend what you put. On arrival we was told we was being put in one of the best rooms, when we got to the room we was horrified - it was like a hostel, was up until 2am trying to sort an extra bed for the 3rd child to enable us to get our heads down for the night after a long days travel. The manager came the next day to access the room after many complaints regarding the beds/ pillows / bathroom (absolutely disgusting and the shower turned on when using the sink tap) he asked to move us rooms, we packed up and moved to another room - the air con in master bedroom didn’t work and was ridiculously noisy, the front door didn’t lock and again more issues with 3rd bed, had to call reception late at night twice during stay for more toilet roll and was never given enough towels. With regards to the staff- they will only smile or give good service when paid to do so. The food- this was awful my 10yr old and my partner both had to have a trip to the pharmacist to get meds for terrible diarrhoea and sickness (£30 each later) the food options were poor and after every meal nausea kicked in, we ended up eating out every evening. We got scammed by a man selling us a lovely be on the beach for £40 (children eat free) it was food from the buffet and Not worth the money what so ever and was not located on the beach. The alcohol isn’t great but it is what it is, was drinkable. Once you get your bearings of all 3 hotels they are lovely and the surroundings (beach) is lovely, but sadly the food and staff let it down, any way to scam money out of you they will. For an all inclusive holiday we spent a fortune on tips, snacks and eating out. Overall we did have a lovely time but that was mainly due to paying for good service and meeting some new life long friends. It has certainly put us off wanting to return to Egypt.

Terrible worst holiday we ever had arrived just before 7pm booked in was ask if we want pool view or other side we stated that we booked pool view ground floor deluxe rooms lol they offer pool view but 3rd floor both the rooms were terrible dirty broken items fridge was moldy went to Complain was show up to 4 different room none we're suitable given temp rooms for the night above the animation team didn't get any sleep as music was so load finally got moved to pool view ground floor had to sign a waiver to say I was happy this hotel is so old and falling apart nothing like the adverts for rooms all the same single bed not doubles food wS same stuff and we'll all had upset tummies got bedbugs bite all over legs they said it was mosquitoes lol no the difference I really don't no how this is a 4* complained to our rep and company before leaving put in a massive Complaint when home nothing done so please don't book here

very bad reception, rooms view and rundown condition furniture and acs inside the rooms. we booked for one full week and had to leave this property with in one night and gone to another property in Guna. RCI should not recommend this to any other members in future.
