لابراندا كلوب من احلى وارقى الفنادق فعلا الادارة ممتازه والاصطف كله قمه ف الذوق والاحترام الاكل متنوع اكلات مختلفه وحلوة كل يوم مختلف عن اللى قبله حتى الاسناكس متنوع كل يوم عن اللى قبله فريق الانيمشن ممتاز ممتاز ممتاز والشو والحفلات اليوميه جميله وممتعه الغرف نظيفه وكل يوم بتتنظف من غير ماتطلب فى شارع مليان بالمطاعم ليك يوم تتغدى او تتعشا فيه بس طبعا بتنسق مع الريسبشن اول مرة إقامة ف الفندق ومش هتكون اخر مرة

الشاطئ ممتاز ولكن الخدمة سيئة جدا الاكل غير جيد وغير نظيف معاملتهم للأزياء قذرة ، فى الريسبشن ممكن يقولك لو الغرفة مش عجباك امشى، كل حاجة عايز تعملها لا تدفع فلوس حتى الإسعافات الأولية، ، الاكل فى المطعم ممكن يخلص وتستنى حد يعبرك ، الشماسى بالحجز ولا كأنك فى شاطئ عام رائحة الطرقات كريه جدأ وعندى صور وفيديوهات تثبت كلامى

بصراحة الناس في الفندق متعاومين ومحترمين وودود جدا وشكرا لاستاذ مينا واستاذ بيشوي في الحجوزات و الكيدز شو وكيدز كلوب كان جمبل وخاصة نرمين وخلود وتيمو كانو جمال جدا مع الاطفال في الرقص و الدى جي استمتعت 6 ايام والاكل حلو جدا والنظافه فوق الوصف

اتبسطنا جدا في فورت ارابيسك اول حاجة بتهمني لما ادخل اوتيل النضافة ومستوى الجيست اللي موجود ودول ياخدوا ١٠ على ١٠ تاني حاجة مهمة بالنسبالي البيتش يكون مفتوح مش جزء صغير كدة واحس اني مقيدة وده ياخد ٢٠ على ١٠ لانه اكبر واحلى بيتش شوفته في الغردقة لحد الان رملي صافي وفيه اجزاء فيها شعب مرجانية بالوان واشكال تجنن واسماك بااحجام والوان مش هتحتاج تعمل رحلة بحرية عليز تعوم هتعوم عايز تعمل سنوركلينج هتعمل وانت في طول ليك عادي جدا مش لازم تكون بتعرف تعوم العيب الوحيد على البيتش هو انك بتنزل تلاقي معظم الشماسي الصف الاول محجوزة للفيلل وممكن تبقى قاعد صف ثالث والصفين اللي قدامك فاضين طول النهار ومحدش يجي اصلا بس الشمسية محجوزلهم بورقة عليها رقم الغرفة تاني حاجة الاكل ممنوع على البيتش وده اول مرة اشوفه في اوتيل برضه ممنوع تاخد الاسناك وتاكل وانت قاعد انت تروح تاكل الاسناك في قعدة كدة قدام مطعم البيتزا هي ميزة وعيب عشان نكون صادقين الميزة ان البيتش نضيف والعيب ان انت لو قاعد بعيد عن مكان الريستورنت هتمشي كتير جدا وهتتكدر وبالنسبة للاطفال مكنتش ظريفة ثالث حاجة الغرف معظمها سي فيو بصراحة واسعة وجميلة ولما بيكون معاك اطفال بيدوك فاميلي روم فيها ٢ سرير كبير بتكون دور ارضي بتشوف البحر بصعوبة شوية بس مش مشكلة لاننا مش هنقعد في الغرفة غير وقت النوم الهوس كيبينج بيجي ينضف كل يوم ويحط ٣ ازايز ماية معجبنيش ان مش بيحط شامبو وبلسم ولوشن حاطين جهازين كدة فيهم حاجة الله واعلم ده شاور ولا شامبو واحد عند الدش والتاني عند الحوض ودي حاجة كانت مزعجة بالنسبالي الاوضة فيها كاتيل وشاي ونسكافية بلاك مفيش كريمر مفيش خيط وابر ومكواة رابع حاجة الاكل كتير جدا ومتنوع والمذاق بتاعه تحفة جدا مفيش حاجة هناك وحشة بصراحة الاصطاف متعاون جدا بيضحكوا ويهرجوا معاك وتحس انك تعرفهم من زمان الشيفات هي اللي بتحطلك الاكل عشان الإجراءات الاحترازية بس مش عشان يقللوا الكمية لانهم بيحطوا اصلا كتير وانا عن نفسي كنت بقول كفاية ولما بيحطوا بيقول نزود تاني بجد كويسين جدا الفطار والعشاء بيكون في المطعم الرئيسي الغدا بيكون في البار بيتش احسن غدا برضه شوفته في اوتيل معظم الاوتيلات وجبة الغدا مش بتكون قد كدة العكس في فورت تمام وجبة الغدا رائعة في نفس البار بيتش ممكن تحجز عشا رومنسي على ضوء الشموع والانيميشن بيكون في البار بيتش برضه من الساعة ٩ لحد ١٢ مغني ورقاصة في فطار اورينتال بيبقى عبارة عن كرواسون في البار بيتش من ١٠ ل ١٢ الاسناكس بيكون بيتزا بيعملوا بيتزا ايطالي طعمها حلو جدا البيسينات نضيفة واطوالها حلوة الانيميشن بيكون موجود على البيسين اللي فيه البار بيرقص ويلعب كرة مع الجيست وبعدين بيطلع على البحر في المجمل احب اشكر ادارة واصطاف فورت ارابيسك لان بجد كانت اقامة ممتازة والعيوب بسيطة جدا مأثرتش على الاجازة احب اشكر اللي دخلولي الشنط واسفة اني نسيت اسمائهم لانهم قمة في الذوق بشكر شيفات المطعم الرئيسي كانوا ودودين جدا مع ابني الصغير بالخصوص وبيشجعوه ياكل وكان نفسي اصوره معاهم تتعوض للمرة الجاية وبشكر العاملين في البار بيتش على العشا وترتيب عيد ميلاد بنتي والمفاجأة الحلوة اللي عملوها الكحوليات من اجود الانواع بصراحة البيرة موجود هينكلز ماشين او ستيلا كانز فريق الانميشن موجود على حمام السباحة الرئيسي اللي في البار بيرقصوا ويغنوا ويلعبوا كرة في البيسين مع الجيست بالنسبة للمشروبات السوفت كلها متوفرة كانز وماشين الاتنين موجودين وبعد كدة بيطلعوا على البحر يرقصوا برضه في مطعم اسمه club 159 ده للكبا

Amazing holiday staying at Fort Arabesque. We stayed in West Bay but the whole place is lovely. Food, staff, rooms, location all superb. We had 3 rooms, 2 of which were standard and one premium. All rooms were lovely but the locati9n of the premium room was ideal for the swimming pool (adult one). We stayed all inclusive and the choice was brilliant. We never had any bad food, the choice was brilliant. Staff were all lovely and friendly. They use local products for alcohol and they changed the vodka which wasn't great but all soft drinks are branded and supplied as you need. Nice little shops in the hotel but always negotiate the price! Will definitely be back and will reccomend to friends.

We’re half way through our month long stay in this stunning resort and I just have to say it’s been FANTASTIC so far. Wonderful weather even in January. Our room is beautifully cleaned each day by a caring staff team and the food is terrific - although I may have to go on a strict diet on my return to the UK. Although most reviews of this resort are positive, there seem to be one or two moaners. I really don’t recognise any of their concerns. Still two weeks to go but we are so charmed by this lovely place that we’re seriously considering doing again next year, and the year after etc etc

Bought this as an Easyjet holiday package via Hays. Went to the West Bay area as this is adults only - and pleased to say this is politely enforced - even on the beach. The hotel was very clean and the food was interesting and varied. We stayed 10 days and didn't start to feel bored - which can happen on all inclusive holidays. That was lucky because we did try booking a romantic meal at the Beach bar, but they seemed to loose our reservation and didn't seem that interested. So we stuck to our main restaurant where people like Mostaf and Ated looked after us .... Mohamad cooked us omelets every day and Youssef kept order! Down at the beach Abel Nasr kept us supplied with fresh towels and sorted out beach beds for us. The snorkelling was an unexpected bonus. There is a wonderful reef right off the hotel beach, and all manner of other watersports available nearby. Unlike western hotels, there was no information in the room on possible sports activities ... the spa treatments (even those available in the hotel) etc. No health issues during our stay. Hurghada is not the best airport and the visa area and passport control is just bonkers! We never found our private transfer and after 45 mins hanging around ended up renting a taxi. But thats pretty standard for Egypt.

We stayed for the first time at the fort in a swim up villa, despite the price it was worth every penny, we had peace and quiet apart from the noisy animation team at the hotel next door one day but the desk staff were kind enough to ring the hotel next door and ask them to tone it down the rooms were beautiful and clean and our room boys took real good care of us in room 65. Thank god for the lift though between floors 3 and 4 the walking got a bit much the lazier we got so we had room service several times, which I can highly recommend the pasta dish was to die for and we still talk about it now. Only complaints was it was difficult to get a table at club 159 during the afternoon but I understand they have made it bigger since we left so hopefully that will solve that problem before we arrive again in 298 days (tooooo long ) also the French toast was absolutely disgusting and needs removing off the breakfast menu at the pavilion and a greater selection of pastries and donuts wouldn’t go amiss. Other than that the food was of a high quality and we were really pleased with our stay, it’s just a shame that the walk to the west bay buffet is so far away so we only tried that once. The staff her are very friendly as are most Egyptians and this is why we return to Egypt year after year. Thank you for your hospitality and we will see you again soon
