Nice stuff nice place and good for relax and enjoy the time front the sea

這軟件發個照片太難發了 老是上傳失敗！ 這個酒店性價比非常非常高！房間很大 服務人員都很有禮貌 莊園環境特別優美 泳池 海灘 晚會都很好 吃的不太符合中國人口味 不過這邊的飲食都這樣 甜品很好吃！我是一個i人 在這裏變成了e人 和不同國家的人一起跳舞 沒有人在意你跳得怎麼樣 大家都好開心 這種鬆弛感是國內沒有的 真的很不捨得離開 因為房間在一樓 有點潮濕 而且有些被套床單已經起球了 設施也不太新 建議大家定價格高一點的房型 也沒貴多少錢 我朋友訂的比我貴一點點 在二樓 視野很好 也沒那麼潮 總之非常滿意 不想走 回去之後難過好幾天😭

酒店偏老，房間空調噪音較大，床單面料還可以，但是沒有電梯裏硬傷，既使有工作人員，也得自己搬，還有就是出門打車很坑，酒店員工有自己的黑車，但是價格翻幾倍，如果你不打他們的黑車，他們不會讓你網上叫的車進酒店大門口的。

房間非常漂亮 而且經理免費幫我們升級了房型 這個酒店真的非常值得推薦 因為3餐全包 而且食物非常豐盛 情人節晚點還送我們了一餐高級餐廳體驗 整體非常棒👍 下次再來！

位置優越，三餐可口，節目豐富，可以充分體驗紅海的風情。

房間設施很差，房間很小，床上用品很舊。

المرة التانيه لزيارة الفندق وكل مرة احلى من اللي فاتت فعلا بجد والمطعم فوق الممتاز والأكل جميل ويوميآ في تغيير ونظافه فائقة بإستمرار وتعقيم علطول . والمعاملة رائعه من كل اللي موجود في الفندق وال Animation لذيذ ومريح ويبعمل جو للمكان وبنلعب معاهم علطول علي beach volleyball..

We have recently returned from 2weeks at the Serenity Alpha Beach. We cannot praise the hotel highly enough. The staff are a genuine credit to the hotel, special thanks to Darwish , our room cleaner, this guy went above and beyond every day to make sure we had everything we needed. He truly looked after us and his towel art was something else!! Nicole, Nor & Miley from the animation team were fantastic also, always happy to chat, to make sure we were happy and chilled and kept us informed of what was happening within the hotel without any pressure to get involved. They made a difficult job look very easy and always did it with a smile on their faces! Keep up the excellent work guys! The guest relations team are really thorough and nothing is too much trouble for them! My wife had a birthday and we had our wedding anniversary whilst away and they ensured that special arrangements were made at no extra cost to make the occasions extra special!

I had the best of time they people here are amazing, especially hosny he will be in my heart forever and I hope I will see him again soon, it is very clean the cleanest place I have ever been to, I will be back next year to see everyone but especially hosny as he is the best

Very nice personal. Rooms are clean and there are enough places at the pool. Great location at the beach, where you can snorkel. Everything is taking care of from the moment you arrive till you leave. Difference bars available during the all day serving drinks and snacks.

Kids age 9-16 don’t count. Jet show was mostly only for woman wearing a tight string…. The staff is perfect but they should think about their subs .been at this complex the second time makes me think of choosing a different hotel the next time…

Best resort experience I’ve ever experienced! All the staff were lovely and very helpful all the time for everything. The services like food and bar were exceptional and had some of the best food I’ve had (compliments to the chef). Great seafront with beautiful coral and well and great lifeguards. Will definitely be coming back here again

We had a great vacation and will definitely come back for more! The food is tasty and they have different options every day. The staff is very nice and wants to help their guests with whatever is needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sea view from the terrace was great. We also used the aqua park and luna park in their sister hotel right across the street. Till next year!!
