Ulasan Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort - Hurghada

This is my second time at Albatros, and each time it surprises me. We arrived early, at 9 AM, and the reception staff, I believe their names were Mr. Hesham and Mr. Michael, checked us in within 10 minutes, even though there was a booking issue that we weren't even aware of. The concept of being able to use three hotels at once was absolutely brilliant; you get to experience something different all the time. My son also thoroughly enjoyed the amusement park and the VR, which were super fun. The food was very good for us, and we enjoyed it. The only problem was that we couldn't book an à la carte restaurant as it was fully booked for both nights, but generally, the main restaurant was good. The staff was beyond amazing, from the reception to the room cleaner, who would come and tell me he liked interacting with Egyptians and was incredibly polite, all the way to the bar staff and restaurant managers. They were all very friendly and played with my son, which was the best part of the trip. We requested a late check-out, and they allowed us to hand over the room at 1 PM and continue using the hotel facilities as we wished. I genuinely enjoyed every single detail and will definitely repeat this experience. For me, the service I receive at Albatros is among the best, despite having traveled to many countries and places.

There are plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of meal options. Honestly, the hotel is more than wonderful, especially the aqua park, and the beach is enjoyable too. Booking through Tirb was completely trustworthy.

Overall experience was rather good .. facilities are large and well equipped .. staff is very nice .. food quality is ok, but you would not expect gourmet food for such large quantities .. we took the shuttle bus to the beach located in the park hotel, but could not get towels .. we have not been informed that we should take towels with us .. not a big deal

Nice hotel, good service, friendly staff

The hotel facilities are quite good and adequate to accomodation all guests despite the high season. The suite I had was clean and well organized. The food was fine and enough. In brief the experience is very pleasant.

The room was so spacious, I was a solo traveler, but the room was big enough for 4 people. The room had its own walk in closet, and the bathroom was great. Shower space was huge, also had a spot to sit/ lie down whilst showering. There was also a nice balcony overseeing the resort. The rooms were cleaned everyday, I had a guy named Sabary cleaning my room, who is a top bloke, extremely hard working, and he could speak 4 languages (Arabic, English, Russian and German). He tried his absolute best to keep the rooms clean, and to ensure you were enjoying yourself. The food was great, there was a huge variety, the aqua park and pools were awesome. Everything about this resort was just brilliant.

The accommodations, food, service, and Wi-Fi were all great. I was a little worried after reading reviews about Wi-Fi problems, but it worked flawlessly everywhere in the resort. Oh, I was sleeping when I suddenly woke up to a humming noise. It was the refrigerator. I didn't need it, so I unplugged it and that was it. They kept cleaning, and the staff were always busy providing excellent service. I'd stay here again if I ever go back.

The hotel was good but it was very noisy and you couldn't easily find a spot by the pool as everything was always reserved. The restaurant was good and the room was great.
