Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!

Listed as a 5-star hotel on Google and TripAdvisor, we expected a premium experience. However, once we arrived, we quickly realized that the reality fell far short of the rating. 1. The “All-Inclusive” That Isn’t Quite All-Inclusive The hotel advertises six restaurants, but the all-inclusive package only grants access to three—and even that comes with strict limitations. You must stay at least five nights to even qualify for reservations; otherwise, the buffet is your only guaranteed option. But even if you meet the criteria, getting a reservation is a struggle, and once inside, you’re pushed to pay extra for items outside the package. The upselling is relentless, from premium wines to certain dishes, turning what should be a relaxing meal into a sales pitch. Oh, and if you were hoping for fresh juice with breakfast? Extra charge. 2. Facilities: Decent, But Not 5-Star Worthy ✔ The pool, beach area, and lounge are well-maintained. ✔ Bars are available all day, and staff work hard to keep areas clean. ✖ Some rooms show clear signs of neglect, making this feel nowhere near a true 5-star hotel. If this hotel were truly 5-star, there wouldn’t be visible maintenance issues, questionable service, and inconsistent quality across the board.

It's a hotel I like very much. I didn't expect Egypt to have such a good place! The hotel service staff is very friendly. From the welcome drink upon check-in to the free bars everywhere, it is a great experience. We also played golf on the par-3 holes twice. Except for the balls that we had to buy, everything else was borrowed for free, which was very convenient!

The hotel is very beautiful, showing off the beauty of the sunrise over the Red Sea. There are three swimming pools, which are large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is of high quality, especially the buffet. I hate buffets, but this high-quality and extremely rich buffet can last for several days.

I believe this would be my favorite hotel no matter how many years pass.
