抱着試試看的想法，在攜程上預訂了温泉酒店，到達酒店後首先迎接我們的是一位姓吳的大堂副理，他的禮貌和熱情，讓我們在冬日的天氣裏感到無比温暖，辦好入住吳經理一直把我們送到電梯口，到達客房後，樓層服務員及時送來了迎賓水果和粉色拖鞋，她們的服務又一次温暖了我們，酒店內的出行都是由電瓶車免費接送，到你想要去的酒店內任何場所，餐廳的菜品和服務同樣的滿意，最後的就是停車場的保安周其軍師傅非常周到的讓我們把車停到有棚頂的停車位，以上就是我們在酒店三天兩晚的簡單記錄！希望能幫到來這裏遊玩的朋友

This hotel is very nice and calm. Accessories as one of the important contents of design of The Contemporary Hotel and their doing really good job. The hotel is very clean and tidy everywhere. 老闆和老闆娘人特別好，很和氣很實在，特別是老闆的廚藝真沒的説，標準的杭幫菜，口味堪比大廚！來了一定要試一試，雞鴨鵝還有蔬菜什麼的都是老闆自己家的原生態，重點是菜價很實惠。院內環境佈局很有園林的感覺，非常雅緻，房間乾淨整潔大氣，住起來很舒心！

首先，酒店的位置是非常好的的地方，距衣裳街步行街、小西街、狀元街、鐵佛寺景區都很近，步行十分鐘都可以達到。而要到飛英公園和蓮花莊公園在酒店這個位置的交通銀行湖州吳興支行公交車站上車都有公交車直達，距湖州高鐵站打車也衹要十五分鐘到二十分鐘左右。酒店對面就有湖州名小吃丁蓮芳紅旗街店，酒店背後就是勤勞街餐飲一條街。 酒店房內的設施基本上可以，因為響應環保的要求，所以洗漱用品在衞生間衹有牙刷和梳子，其他的可以在房裡的箱裏刷碼購買。另外，要吐槽一下床邊的牀頭櫃，居然沒有電源插座，這個非常不方便，一定要從沙發那裡的電源插座充電。另外，沖水馬桶有異味飄出來，必須蓋上蓋子才好點，希望酒店的工程部想辦法解決一下。早餐，中規中矩，沒有什麼驚艷的餐食。服務人員的工作態度都非常好，顯示了老牌酒店的服務素質，非常值得表揚。

酒店是新開的，房間配設很到位，衞生間裏竟然有護髮素，很驚訝，一般酒店幾乎都是洗髮水和沐浴露，搭配護髮素還是挺讓我有意外之喜，在前台辦理的時候正好我們剛下高鐵加上逛了大半天市場，所以還是挺累也挺口渴，但前台配有温熱的花茶，這個真的很暖心，晚上點外賣的話還有機器人送到房間服務，入住後的體驗感很棒，能感受到店家的用心，並且考慮的非常周到，以後首選你家入住，祝店家生意興隆.
