來湖州旅遊的朋友們，一定要選擇藍谷酒店。除了設施新，房間夠大，最值得稱讚的是這家酒店的服務。快到湖州時，提前打電話提前聯繫了酒店，確定到站時間，酒店小哥服務熱情，幫助拿行李箱，去酒店的路上推薦湖州旅遊的景點，好吃的地方。到酒店後，前台服務員服務熱情，有問必答，得知我們第二天要去南潯，馬上安排好車輛送我們到旅遊集散中心，告知要坐的車次號。網上預訂的房間帶早餐，設想着和其他酒店的自助早餐一樣，沒什麼品種，可藍谷就會給你不一樣的感受，餐廳雖然不大，但品質不亞於四星級酒店，擺台，餐食搭配都很專業，味道好極了。在湖州玩了兩天，體驗感很好，酒店熱情的小哥送我們到火車站，開始了下一站旅行。

總體性價比很可以，下次來還會選擇！

It was a lovely hotel with very nice staff. Room was spacious and well-furnished. They put us in a corner room, so we had windows on two walls with a lovely view. Unfortunately there isn’t much to see outside due to construction going on; might be finished now. Overall, would recommend it.

週末帶孩子周邊遊，我們辦入住那會，孩子們就跑進一樓的樂園玩嗨了，一樓還有一個大泳池，等天氣熱了還可以再來玩一玩，酒店門口就有一個營地，有片大草坪，這都冬天了，居然會還有點綠，草坪上豎了羽毛球網，邊上放了羽毛球拍，跟我家小子揮了幾拍，出出汗也還不錯，營地裏還有小兔子，小香豬，小羊，鞦韆，吊牀，週末玩玩還是不錯滴
我們定的是榻榻米房間，娃的睡相不是很好，每次得把人家兩張床給拼起來，榻榻米就不用擔心啦，空調很安靜，對我們這種睡眠淺得太友好了

服務：老闆娘人美心善😊温温柔柔，服務很好，有求必應，小寶寶十五個月，玩的很開心，還給專門重新給小泳池放了水給寶寶玩水。
房間：如圖所示，很不錯，隔音也很好。早餐豐富，營養全面。入住還有水果茶點可以吃喝，住的非常開心。裝修風格也很文藝，很多細節之處很可愛也很用心。

寵物友好酒店。從預訂到入住都非常絲滑，帶着我家狗狗來一點都沒有被排斥，服務員很友好。正好碰到下雨天，問前台借了2把雨傘解難了。早餐味道也不錯，門口停車方便。地理位置絕佳，晚上走路去附近吃飯喝酒，然後近距離看馬桶蓋，就在月亮灣旁邊，全程不擔心堵車問題。五星好評，推薦。

PPengguna Tetamu被酒店的裝修風格吸引過來的，酒店的實景讓我們更為贊歎！不論是洗漱用品還是房間設施都在品質高度。窗明幾凈，明媚的陽光灑進温暖的房間，用酒店提供的品茗壺泡上一壺紅茶，瞬間進入美好度假模式。酒店餐食也很精緻。除了外出 ，我們都選擇在餐廳用餐。酒店也有免費的下午茶服務，我們因為外出回來累了就沒去餐廳下午茶，酒店管家小丁特意安排把下午茶點送進房間享用，很感動！
酒店的每處精心佈置，熱情洋溢的員工們，讓我們意猶未盡，期待下一個在酒店度假的到來。
酒店也有旅拍提供，酒店的角角落落都可以當背景，也感謝攝影師老師，讓我們收穫了很多美好瞬間！

PPengguna TetamuThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

SSei NeeIt is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay.
Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too.
Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day.
Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place.
Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss.
After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

房間裏的床很舒服，可以治癒你的睡眠障礙，全屋智能化配套設施，燈光，窗簾，音樂等可對話操控，很是便利。
園區內各個休息點都各有特色卻互相配合，像是一起構成了山水田園詩一般，還有讓人汗流不止的私湯，旁邊的竹林和私湯附近的休息區設計，都別有一番體驗。

管家們的服務周到，從停車場接送至前台，全程保持微信暢通，回覆及時，各種各樣的需求，處理到位，令人滿意。
飲食：
江浙滬的菜系偏清淡，份量很足，農家特色，私人訂製，非常注意客人的預訂時間就餐，體驗很細膩。

PPengguna Tetamu非常喜歡這家民宿的裝修風格，簡約智能有格調，房間非常乾淨很舒適，非常喜歡房間的落地大窗，可以看到美麗的山景，有專門的停車場地，就在民宿下面。其他很多民宿沒有專門的停車場地，衹能靠路邊停放。前往景區很方便，距離雲上草原、竹野躺平基地都很近，民宿老闆娘細心地推薦了井空大峽谷，這裏可以免費溯溪玩水。店內服務人員很周到，待客熱情，還提供了免費的入住水果和早餐，我們離開的時候還貼心的送了伴手禮，有機會一定要帶家人再去安吉旅遊。還有民宿推薦的樑哥漁莊飯店的菜真的很好吃，一定要去這邊吃飯哦。

We decided to come and stay here due to the good reviews and pictures.
Location is at the bottom of the mountains next to a busy road. I think the location is ok if you will drive around to different attractions or locations during the day. The hotel grounds are a bit messy especially behind the pool area, maybe still doing construction?
We stayed on the top floor in the attic so the room was a strange shape and quite dark as there is only a small window.

TV is very small
No nearby hiking trail
Winter time the floor is ice cold, you need slippers
If you are only here to stay in the room and do nothing then you may like it.
I don’t recommend staying on the 4th floor which is the attic.
If you are looking for peace and scenery and be in the mountains then this hotel is not for you.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

PPengguna TetamuWe found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location.
It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

LLangmandezhui該酒店應該是別墅區，然後業主委託統一管理的感覺。小區環境還是挺好的，早晨起來散個步也很不錯。
服務基本説不上吧。畢竟不是專業酒店。衹能説你入住的時候，房間全部整理好了。會有管家把你帶到別墅。
訂酒店的時候，沒有注意到，雙人床就是一張1.5米的大床。
房間的衞生大體還是可以的。但是不能細看。
早餐一般，期望值不能太高。
但是，如果是朋友家一起出行，還是合適的，如果不是要求很高的話，畢竟客廳大家一起坐着聊聊天，吃吃夜宵還是不錯的。
