服務：管家式服務，非常細心，早上含早餐很豐盛，晚上還有安神牛奶，下午茶自取，minibar免費，行李搬運，體驗感拉滿。
這次是和朋友相聚，下次一定要帶一大家人再來體驗一次下！

無意間找到的鄉村酒店，房間好大好大，佈局合理，設施很新，loft的格局大人孩子都很喜歡。酒店自帶餐廳，綠色食品，味道不錯。離酒店不遠就是玲瓏灣生態莊園，還有台灣水果採摘。總的來説，鄉村酒店物超所值，服務員態度也非常好，基本有求必應，臨走還送了小禮品，真心感謝！

設施：酒店的硬件設施還是比較不錯的。尤其是馬桶，高級感爆棚，甚至達到朋友都不太會用的地步。厲害了！
衞生：基本還是挺乾淨的。挑不出什麼毛病！
環境：不得不説，這樣的店開在這樣的地方，一絕！甚至，面子都掙到了！但是早餐的話，個人覺得確實一般了。
服務：前台人員溝通起來非常愉快。唯一一次不太滿意的是超時收費有點貴，而且無法變通一絲一毫，最後選擇續住，房型繼續升級。真的很感謝！
唯一一個不足的點就是訂的幾個房間，唯一那個套房上熱水真的吃力，建議好好排查一下問題。
整體入住體驗很好！下次朋友來的話，選擇這裏的可能性也比較高！力薦！

來到湖州每次都入住希爾頓花園酒店，酒店開業以來，一直選擇這家。大品牌值得信賴。雖説離市中心遠了一點，從我個人角度來看其實不遠，也就15分鐘左右即可到達市中心，比起上海還真是有很大反差湖州的路況很好，道路平整（湖州勝出），又不堵車，每次來湖州都能感受到城市在變化，變得越來越乾淨了，綠化生態環境也非常好。選擇這家酒店，是因為設施也新，工作人員，包括整理房間的服務員，都是很發自內心的主動微笑問好！尤其酒店lucy更是對住店客人的關心服務，讓客人真正感受到賓至如歸的感覺。這次的入住一如既往的給予肯定，大大的贊。因為也發現酒店在一些細節上都在提升：房間內有了膠囊咖啡機，樓層電梯處都有充電寶……。酒店地庫停車位非常充足，還有新能源充電樁使用結算都很方便。

漫玥民宿，老闆和老闆娘都非常熱情，最熱情的是民宿家的狗（布丁）超級可愛，我們來了，迎接我們，我們走了，又送我們到路口！
注意：⚠️自己開車的朋友一定注意了，開進民宿路比較窄，還算好開，開出民宿後路口需要左轉彎，正好有個斜坡，比較直，我家車子長（MPV）拐彎小了點，車子底盤直接拉到地面上。聲音一下子很響的，也不知道拉壞了吧！衹能等去4S店車子要吊起來再查看了！🫣心疼呀！
民宿房間都非常乾淨！棋牌室、遊戲機、桌球、卡拉OK，一應俱全！過年期間全家一起和朋友全家一起住了2晚！實現了煙花自由。開心🥳
吃了2頓的晚餐，老闆親自下廚燒的。非常好吃，農家菜的味道很好，蔬菜又新鮮又好吃！

PPengguna TetamuThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

TTeo792the villa is located in a huge resort surounded by mountains and forest. the villa itself cozy and the view is wild ,seperated from other bungalows so it is great to cut yourself from the people.
Inside the villa, the standard is Ok even if the toilet room smelt and there was a leakage on one of the window. The bed is comfy but the pillows not really.
However when it comes to services, there is plenty of room for improvements (especially for this price). even if we got a personal assistant. no possibility to book the restaurant or breakfast in advance. So often there is a long queue.

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

MMyraNOverall, I enjoyed my stay here, especially for the dogs. The hotel has a great enclosed grass space for them to play in while there were patio chairs and tables for us to chill, have a drink, and enjoy the mountain views.
It’s a very peaceful and quiet place at the top of Wangwei Mountain. I was surprised about this since we came during the national holidays so I still expected there to be a lot of cars or other hotels around. But actually, we were about to walk pass the park lot and go down a small road that had no one for ages. Both sides were lined with bamboo trees and it was a perfect path to explore or do a bit of jogging. In fact, we even came back at night and brought some foldable chairs from the hotel to go past the lights and look at the stars.
The hotel itself had clean rooms, friendly staff, and a lot of random places for you to sit at and read a book or hang with friends. The only thing I would have wanted was for them to have a filtering system for the pool. Since we’re surrounded by nature there’s just a lot of bugs around and even after the staff cleaned the pool, there were still small bugs. But since we came for the greenery, it wasn’t too much of a big deal.
Would definitely recommend driving up yourself or hiring a driver since it’s not easy to get to other places from the hotel. They have the one farmhouse to eat at which has pretty good food but nothing else. We came prepared with snacks and drinks and I still wished we brought more haha, especially since we didn’t leave the mountain for one of the days.
Would definitely recommend for the beauty of the place but come prepared!

DDewi 戴薇Before we booked this family-owned boutique hotel room, we asked the owner, Mr. Cao, if we could bring our dogs. Because sometimes the hotel would put their amenities are pets allowed but actually not allowed in reality. We spent two nights three days in an upgraded room (thank you, Mr. Cao!) and our dogs were so happy because at the back of the property there is a small enclosed outdoor space that they could wander around. The room is well designed and as an architect, I should have advised the owner to watch out about the maintenance because of the humidity in the future, as minimalist design could be worse in a short time. Another good news, I'm sure you could book the whole room to have a family/ friends party as the rooftop they have is a great space too...and I saw BBQ around. The first day we arrived we took a walk to the mountain nearby and we were too tired to walk back and the owner helped to pick us up. So thankful for that. Several interesting spots between 40 minutes to 1,5-hour walk. DaDouWu Reservoir was so pretty but on the last day of our stay, we didn't manage to go to the top of 天泉山 because of the snow coming and blocking the path. ❄️☃ Also, there were not so many cafés or bars around and we didn't ask about the price of in-house food cooked by Mr. Cao's Mom beforehand because despite it being so delicious, we do think it's overpriced. Overall, if you're looking for quietness and not too touristy in the Moganshan area, this place is perfect.

We decided to come and stay here due to the good reviews and pictures.
Location is at the bottom of the mountains next to a busy road. I think the location is ok if you will drive around to different attractions or locations during the day. The hotel grounds are a bit messy especially behind the pool area, maybe still doing construction?
We stayed on the top floor in the attic so the room was a strange shape and quite dark as there is only a small window.

No nearby hiking trail
Winter time the floor is ice cold, you need slippers
If you are only here to stay in the room and do nothing then you may like it.
I don’t recommend staying on the 4th floor which is the attic.
If you are looking for peace and scenery and be in the mountains then this hotel is not for you.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

LLangmandezhui該酒店應該是別墅區，然後業主委託統一管理的感覺。小區環境還是挺好的，早晨起來散個步也很不錯。
服務基本説不上吧。畢竟不是專業酒店。衹能説你入住的時候，房間全部整理好了。會有管家把你帶到別墅。
訂酒店的時候，沒有注意到，雙人床就是一張1.5米的大床。
房間的衞生大體還是可以的。但是不能細看。
早餐一般，期望值不能太高。
但是，如果是朋友家一起出行，還是合適的，如果不是要求很高的話，畢竟客廳大家一起坐着聊聊天，吃吃夜宵還是不錯的。
