酒店停車還挺方便，五一期間都有車位可以停，服務還行，插座不太好用，手機充電頭插上去接觸不良，一晚上都沒有充上電
酒店衞生一般，電視屏幕上都有臟點，玻璃窗，玻璃牆，淋雨牆都擦得不乾淨。
不過這個價格，我又是臨時訂的，就不挑了

三年前住過太湖店感覺很不錯，特別是周邊環境靠近太湖幽靜，項王公園這邊的店也算鬧中取靜的小區裏，離月亮灣有一點距離，感覺不是很近，酒店建築和內部設施相對比較陳舊，房間寬敞度還可以，床也大，床品不錯，打掃乾淨，洗漱台一次性用品比較簡單紙杯代替，淋浴水量很舒服，不足之處房間隔音不太好，自助早餐簡單沒啥選擇

The hotel is close to Yishang Street and Xiaoxi Street. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. The hotel has a high floor with a wide view. Although the room is not spacious, the bedding is relatively comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is also good. The front desk service is professional and fast, the room is relatively old, and the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe the room in the VIP building next to it will be better. There are many kinds of breakfast, and several restaurant staff are in place! The location of the hotel is very good.

The lobby is warm and cozy. The room is quite clean. Even the carpeted corridors are clean. The only downfall was that it took long to get warm in the room. I slept with cold feet because the aircon takes forever to heat up the room. You can’t even heat up the room while you go out for dinner because the access card work for both the door and electric plugs and switches.
It’s pretty convenient here, there’s a street filled with food stores right next to the hotel and down the street there are clothing stores, Sephora and a huge h&m

Pleasant hotel which is quite near to Clothes Street and nearby eateries. Staff were quite attentive. Downside was that the corridor was full of cigarettes smell which really spoilt the environment. Some of the smell permeated into our hotel which was really unpleasant.

來到湖州每次都入住希爾頓花園酒店，酒店開業以來，一直選擇這家。大品牌值得信賴。雖説離市中心遠了一點，從我個人角度來看其實不遠，也就15分鐘左右即可到達市中心，比起上海還真是有很大反差湖州的路況很好，道路平整（湖州勝出），又不堵車，每次來湖州都能感受到城市在變化，變得越來越乾淨了，綠化生態環境也非常好。選擇這家酒店，是因為設施也新，工作人員，包括整理房間的服務員，都是很發自內心的主動微笑問好！尤其酒店lucy更是對住店客人的關心服務，讓客人真正感受到賓至如歸的感覺。這次的入住一如既往的給予肯定，大大的贊。因為也發現酒店在一些細節上都在提升：房間內有了膠囊咖啡機，樓層電梯處都有充電寶……。酒店地庫停車位非常充足，還有新能源充電樁使用結算都很方便。

PPengguna TetamuWhat a wonderful surprise when we arrived to this place. The rooms are all different and very well decorated. The view of the mountains is terrific and the pool is perfect. The menu at the restaurant is not very long but everything we tasted was truly delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help us finding a driver, selecting locations to visit nearby, booking tables and answering questions we had from CDC. They shared their wechat contact at check in and they were very responsive.
We had a wonderful stay, our kids too. We highly recommend this place.

YYaroslav19The hotel is located on a hill in a bamboo forest. There are no neighbors around, so in Arcadia you can enjoy nature and relax from the city noise. A vacation in Arcadia is perfect for groups of friends, families, with you love or alone.
The room is spacious, bright, well-ventilated, the bed is large, our room had a balcony overlooking the valley. There are many places to relax, 2 Jacuzzis and a large swimming pool.
We were delighted with the food! Even we foreigners really liked the Chinese cuisine in this hotel. The European cuisine and the serving of dishes are great, we have never seen this level in other hotels. The ingredients in the dishes are fresh and of good quality.
Besides the good food, Arcadia also has the best service among all the hotels we've been to. Thanks Terry for that! The staff is friendly and helpful. We were greeted and escorted off as good friends.
The owner of Arcadia Ernest is a hospitable, kind and interesting person with excellent English. He gave us a tour of the hotel, showed us hiking trails with wonderful views of the tea plantations and the valley, and told us many stories about the hotel and the surrounding area.
On our next trip to Shanghai, we will definitely plan a visit to Arcadia!

PPengguna TetamuWe have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights. The water park was the absolute highlight for my 6 year old daughter. The room was warm and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The vegetarian options were limited for us but vacation housekeeper 小陈 went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, even arranging a food delivery for us. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

PPengguna Tetamu管家和老闆還是有區別的，管家還需提升一下。去年是老闆接待的，非常滿意。今年是管家接待的，差別就很大。在門口看見我們有蠻多的行李也不接一下，直接往裡😅，管家還是太年輕了。還有其他的一些…另外泳池裡都是小蟲子有點臟不能下水。房間的衞生是比較乾淨的。

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .
