設施：很好，這家酒店給我留下了非常深刻的印象，房間很寬敞乾淨，服務態度也很好，是商務出差和旅遊的理想住宿地點。 衞生：很乾凈這家酒店讓我驚喜不斷！房間裝修精美，設施先進，而且服務態度極佳。非常適合商務出差和旅遊觀光。 環境：這家餐廳環境很好，非常乾淨整潔，食物不僅外形美觀，重要的是味道非常棒，色味俱佳。做法保留了食材原有的味道，清新爽口。而且菜品選擇非常多，價格也不高，適合帶着家人一起去 服務：非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍，安靜、雅緻，讓人可以放鬆身心。服務人員細緻周到的服務讓人印象深刻。

第三次入住南潯美居酒店。此酒店為2024年初新開業，整體設施非常新，房間面積也挺大。大堂裝修很大氣。房間裝修為簡約歐式設計，清爽耐看。衞生間面積很大，套房的話還有大浴缸，泡澡很不錯。備品的洗浴用品為薰衣草精油味道，讓人放鬆。早餐在23層，餐廳面積不大但裝修很不錯。品種還算豐富。酒店停車方便。離南潯古鎮，吾悦廣場都很近。是南潯性價比很高的酒店之一。

新天地商貿樓上有很多酒店，選了這家裝修風格比較年輕現代的。地理位置非常好，步行可以去衣裳街，馬路對面就是湖州有名的鐵佛寺。設施很新，尤其點贊衞生間和電視可以投屏，整體衞生比較乾淨，服務枱的小姐姐很熱情，退房時還主動問了是否需要帶點飲料。 唯一遺憾的就是入住衹提供一次停車券，對自駕來的有點不方便。

服務：前台小姐姐服務非常好，很熱情 環境：距離景區入口跟進，可以算就在景區內，出門左拐過橋再左拐可以去小蓮莊，過橋直行可去其他景點，地理位置比較好，也很安靜 伴手禮:送的手工皂很喜歡😍 南潯三道茶:很特別，甜口的和白茶很喜歡

The service rendered by Ms. 郑 was perfect. She is very friendly and attentive. As this was my second stay, Ms. 郑 upgraded us to a higher-grade room.

We stayed in a standard family room at the Dongwu New Century Hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was well-designed, providing a comfortable and practical space for family stays. Despite being a standard room, it did not feel cramped and offered enough space for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy. It was maintained to a high standard, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment, which is especially important when traveling with family. The staff at the hotel were outstanding in their service. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries we had. Their attentiveness made our stay more comfortable and stress-free. Another highlight was the hotel's buffet. The spread was fantastic, featuring a wide array of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food and the variety available were impressive. In summary, the standard family room at Dongwu New Century Hotel is an excellent choice for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Coupled with the exceptional service and superb dining options, it provides a great overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for quality accommodation.

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

首先地理位置非常的方便去周邊遊玩，不管是去龍之夢還是去大唐貢茶院都很便利，其次酒店的服務真的很不錯，樓層也比較高，景色非常的優美，提前就有前台小鄭給我們打電話，詢問入住需求安排的房間也比較符合我的預期，非常的滿意。入住期間酒店禮賓也非常熱情，主動幫忙運送行李，貼心問候，整個酒店的服務真的非常棒，每個人都能跟我熱情地打招呼。國慶假期來説，這個價格性價比很高了

One of the best resorts in China. The resort owner and all the staff are very friendly. They treated us like we were their family members. There is a cat and a dog in the resort. They are also very welcoming. It feels very precious when someone welcomes and treats them is way. I will go there again and again. I feel like they are my family. Love you guys for your kind hospitality and affection.
