This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the ***ager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

Hotel is situated at a good location but can be better in terms of the amenities. The breakfast spread was quite large and diverse but it lacked the taste which if corrected would make a must go option

Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room

Incredible place like all India. The service is excellent. Our room is absolutely new. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very kindly. We will come back immediately.

All facilities were very good, our stay was perfect. I like the food too. Shekhar, Sachin and Swati the house Maintanace team came with full confidence and cleaned all room as well as bathroom too. I like the way they hang my nighty in hanger. Thanks to Taj. Now nothing to fresh the pen , our experience was extremely excellent.

It’s an excellent hotel with great ambience . The reception was warm with ever smiling people . multicuisine restaurants , particularly Italian restaurant are a must visit with world class chefs . The spa in the hotel is a great facility with top class hygiene and service . The masseurs are well trained , particularly Anitha had nimble hands to relax a tired body and soul .

Check in was good, fast & efficient Room was clean but room refrigerator was not even cold , can’t even have a cold drink Bottle water was given which is good Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times Could have improved on it Reception staff were helpful

Marigold has been a hotel of choice every time I plan a trip to Hyderabad. The rooms & the restaurants are of course great but they have some exceptional people who make the stay comfortable & even more memorable. 1) Gunjan from front desk - I landed late & der was some issue with my booking., Gunjan ensured that the issue was sorted & I get a comfortable room (it mattered a lot as I had reached after a long day of travel & work) 2) Mr. Naresh in the fitness centre - I visited the gym just for a quick cardio., but Mr Naresh volunteered to help me with. He firstly made me feel comfortable, discussed my preferences & also helped me with a plan which I could follow even at home., he showed genuine interest to help & also motivated me to workout regularly 3) Sammathi from the restaurant- was very courteous & helpful Thanks again 👍
