Skyla Studios & Suites - Kondapur

Myself and my wife, stayed in Skyla, KONDAPOR, for two days. We flew from USA to Hyderabad, en route to Visakhapatnam. This is located in a good place in HYD. Closer to all IT offices, of Hi Tech city. The staff are well trained, and very courteous. Rooms are very nice and Cousy. Morning Break fast, is tasty and suits all. For Vegetarians, like us, it is very good. It contains South/ North Indian including Continental verities. This place has a homely atmosphere. It has a gym too. We recommend people to try this place.

This hotel has updated its policies, prioritizing customers who dine and leave, often resulting in lower payments, over those who stay and dine. In an ideal scenario, in-house customers would receive better rates and discounts. However, management has chosen to extend more discounts to walk-in guests dining at the restaurant than to those staying in-house, which is indeed the case. When asked, the sole reply is "management policy." No discounts are available for in-house guests.

New property. Well maintained. Quick check in and check out. Comfortable rooms and quick house keeping services. Decent breakfast spread. Will recommend. Easy to reach as it is well located. Very functional gym that is open almost 24/7..

Stayed 6 nights for work. Lovely new hotel, very modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms have kitchenettes which are very convenient , comfortable and great value. The restaurant is not licensed, but the food is AMAZING! Good little gym on the top floor which was great to do some exercise to work off all the Indian food I was eating. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. With every interaction the staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The location is good as well, there are supermarkets and a good bar around the corner , The Night Bird, for if you do feel like a beer. I highly rate the Skyla and will definitely stay there again when next in Hyderabad.
