Shubham palace, Shubham celebrations, etc. titked under the Dhanturi group. There is nothing wrong if certain hotels are clubbed & want to raise brand value under a group name like a famous t×j group, Rxaxxison group, or Mexxrexxdxxxn. But the style of imitating group logo & stylish name not only enough but their promptness depends. I have booked this Indian hotel through a service provider website well in advance from UAE to attend a marriage at Hyderabad, South Indian state of Telangana. Surprisingly ( off course in reluctant voice), the front office says no room & they can't vouch website booking though 100% paid in advance. After a lengthy conversation, intervening with my service provider through which the room booked , ultimately alloted a room as if they were doing great charity. Again, drama the next day morning , as room package includes breakfast for 2 adults + one kid, they stating that one person can have complimentary as others will be billed. Again, arguments with restaurant staff, issue escalated to their front office, and ultimately, they admitted their mistake by allowing for all. Even in the room, when ordered certain items from room service , they de***ded immediate payment instead of the usual practice of adding to the room bill for settlement during checkout. This us an insult to room residers as if they may run w/o payment even for the hotel for their low-level practices of billing like road side restaurent. There is nothing want to explain about the room as more or less ok. My concern is of this property's customer harassment practices. I pray God to give some sense ( budhi) to front office as well as admin/ mgmt.
