My parents recently had the misfortune of booking a room at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet through easemytrip website, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience to spare other from this nightmarish ordeal. I warn anyone considering booking a room at this hotel to think twice. Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care and integrity. They clearly have no qualms about mistreating guests who already paid for their services. Save yourself the agony and frustration - avoid this hotel at all costs! In a city with numerous lodging options, there is no reason to subject yourself to the risk and hassle that comes with booking at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet.
