📍 Survey No.64, Hitech City Main Road, HITECH City, Madhapur, Hyderabad

"As a frequent business traveler, choosing a hotel is very important to me. I rarely make comments, but I must make comments on this hotel: First, when booking the hotel, I asked for a quiet room, but after I checked in, I found that my room was facing the intercity railway and it was running until 12 o'clock, so the room was very noisy. After calling the front desk and asking to change the room, they said it would take 20 minutes, but after waiting for 20 minutes, they still didn't arrive. When I called them again and asked them to change immediately, they could solve it in 3 minutes, which proved that they didn't really care about the feelings of customers. Second, after arriving at the new room, the table lamp in the room was broken, and I waited for 30 minutes again to change the table lamp. Finally, when ordering, I ordered a vegetarian dish. The waiter forgot to order it the first time. After the second order, I urged them three times. After waiting for an hour and a half, the vegetarian dish finally came, but I had already finished it. The hotel staff said they were sorry that they could waive the bill, but I didn't ask for a waiver, I just needed to return the dish. The next morning, the chef was waiting for me in the restaurant, and he was very sorry and gave me a small gift. I am very grateful for this, but it still shows that the hotel's food service is very slow, which seriously affects the guests' time. I hope the hotel can make improvements!"

"Dear Management, I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at Red Fox. Once again, the outstanding service from your team made my visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to Chef Prabin, who did an excellent job this time around. He makes the best omelette, and his proactive attention to my dietary preferences every single day made a huge difference to my morning routine. The rest of the breakfast team—Swapna, Dashrath, Sainath, and Deeksith—were equally attentive, courteous, and efficient. As always, Rani at the reception and Swapna in the breakfast area remain the absolute highlights of this hotel. Their warm hospitality, genuine care, and consistent professionalism are the primary reasons I choose to stay at Red Fox every time I visit. I would also like to recognize Prabhu and Manoj from the housekeeping team for keeping my room spotless and ensuring a comfortable, hassle-free environment throughout my stay. Please pass ***** my sincere gratitude to Rani, Prabhu, Manoj, Chef Prabin, Swapna, Dashrath, Sainath, and Deeksith for their exceptional work. I look forward to my next stay! Warm regards, Ashish 1109"

"The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. However, it's located right next to a foul-smelling ditch, so the outside areas could be quite malodorous. Inside the hotel, though, there was no smell at all. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the spa was also very relaxing. Overall, it was still a pretty good experience."

Taj Deccan ★★★★★
"I truly enjoyed my stay at Taj Deccan. One of the things I appreciated most was the breakfast. If you’re a foreigner or simply prefer familiar food, you don’t have to worry, you can easily request an American breakfast, which made the experience very comfortable. Staff are very accomodating and friendly, they’re making sure all is well with you. The staff were also incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm service really made a difference. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying at Taj Deccan again when I’m back in Hyderabad! ❤️"
