Belambra Clubs Presqu'île de Giens - Riviera Beach Club

One of the worst holiday experiences we have ever had: 1.5 weeks before the date of departure to the “Criques” on the peninsula of Giens, we receive an email to inform us that our accommodation is no longer available. No explanation. We can choose to go to the “Beach Club” while being offered “premium” accommodation for the same price or cancel. It does not suit us, but with such a short time before the weekend of the climb we have no choice but to go. The accommodation had NOTHING premium. Renovated but located at the top of the only building and very far from the facilities. It is obvious that it is one of the worst in the club. Answer at the reception: "yes, it's premium and the club is full, we can't change anything about it anyway". We weren't the only ones complaining. This famous “premium” option offered to us should have cost almost double the “classic”. We have several times expressed our disappointment by email and we have never been answered. Customer service comments found in online reviews are therefore only lies when “Linda” explains to us that she will take our comments into account. We will never set foot in a Belambra again in our lives. - beach showers broken “since yesterday” and never repaired - no direct access to our terrace to at least undress and remove the sand - not even a doormat before accessing the accommodation - 3 floors of extremely slippery stairs. My wife, I and our 5 year old son all fell here at least 1x during the stay - central bar of the club closed but “it will open soon” when asking to buy a beer - at the beach snack bar: 30 min wait for 2 customers. We ended up getting our lunch at the local convenience store - multiple dishes that were no longer available when we were at the 1st half hour of the meal schedule - cafeteria with extremely tight tables: crush guaranteed - lack of cutlery, dirty cutlery - mosquitoes galore (normal for the coast), not a mosquito net - a flagrant lack of staff for such a large club - Wifi offered but non-existent in the accommodation, slow and weak elsewhere - no mid-stay cleaning. This was supposed to be included - NO management response to problems encountered - at the swimming pool: 20 minutes after opening, no deckchair left - “guaranteed parking”: 3 places close to the 10 apartments where we were staying. The rest at the other end of the club - exorbitant price for the level of range + employees always polite, smiling and ready to help (besides reception) + beautiful location, direct access to the beach + the swimming teacher at the top. His technique works wonders!

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant avec la plage magnifique à une minute de notre logement. Nous avons passé de bons moments dans les piscines et au bar de la plage. Le cadre est magnifique avec toute la végétation. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Bravo à eux.

Excellent séjour. Cadre splendide. Le bar de la plage offre chaque jour un plat différent excellent, à prix modéré. L'équipe est très competente, à l'écoute. Nourriture bonne et variée au restaurant du Club, il faut dire que Pierre, le chef, est là. L'été un autre restaurent, Le Patio,ouvrira, et semble très prometteur.

Bel emplacement mais les prix pratiqués au snack deviennent rédhibitoires !!! Augmentation d’année en année sans raisons particulières, il vaut mieux faire quelques mètres pour un café ou une bière!! Bon courage pour la suite avec le complexe vacances à côté pour bientôt

Une semaine de vacances au top par la situation exceptionnelle, les bons équipements et l'animateur sportif, Romain, proposant de très nombreuses activités, comme le tir à l'arc, le body sculpt, qu'il encadre de façon professionnelle et sympathique.

La Côte d'Azur : pour l'ensemble de ses prestations, son emplacement et surtout sa restauration et toutes les petites attentions qui nous donne le plaisir de se mettre à table ..... Merci pour cela car bien manger pendant le séjour se sont des vacances réussies ..... Pour l’hébergement zone " Les Palmiers " chambre 7 un peu petite, salle d'eau idem et rangement au minima " même pour deux " a contrario belle terrasse par rapport à la chambre. A part cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre établissement.

LA RESTAURATION NOUS A BIEN PLU CETTE ANNÉE. LE TOP A ÉTÉ AU SNACK BAR DE LA PLAGE. BIEN AGRÉABLEMENT SERVI PAR UN PERSONNEL TRÈS COMPÉTENT EN CUISINE L'IDÉAL SERAIT D'AVOIR UNE SALLE À MANGER POUR PARENTS SANS ENFANTS ET PARENTS BIEN ÉLÈVES BRAVO CONTINUER

Le club a un emplacement privilégié, les repas excellent , et le personnel très attentif Les randonnées dans les environs et (Porquerolles ) à faire pour les amateurs , 24 eu pour la traverser qui dure 15 mn un peut cher ....je pense surtout au famille ,

Logement premium au TOP, bel espace, grande terrasse. Spa, piscine, animations, plage a 2 pas....restauration très satisfaisante. Accueil chaleureux, Personnel agréable, sympathique , attentionné.....bref très beau sejour. Merci
