we stayed here for 6 nights during off season.... we had a two room suite...living room/kitchen and bedroom with bath....the best part of the room was the double patio with views of the ocean from the entire suite...nice location if you want to be close to the beach....about 20 minute walk into old town....it a lot of shops and restaurants open, but still plenty of choices off season...the room was very clean and the staff delightful.... we did not have breakfast ,since we had a kitchen...the indoor hot tub,sauna and steam room were a bonus....unfortunately, the hot tub was way too cold...we really enjoyed our stayđ

Wonderful experience in the establishment. The staff were helpful and nice all the time. I would go again next year with my friends and my family. The room was cleaned every day. The food was good. 10/10. There were everything around the hotel.

Das Zimmer war schön, es gab alles was man gebraucht hat(auch zahnbĂŒrste, shampooâŠ), Bett gemĂŒtlich und Heizung/Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert. Die Dusche könnte etwas sauberer sein.
An der Rezeption war der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage sehr schön, nah am Wasser, schöne Poolanlage. Man ist schnell zu Fuà in der Stadt. Und der Flughafen ist auch nicht weit.

Perfect service! No complaints other than the front steps of which is common in Europe. Beautiful room with all the goodies like razors and toothbrush. Comfy bed. Staff is wonderful! I think we had a breakfast too that was good. Had my laundry done by them and they did a good job and not too expensive.

Read a lot of reviews, did a lot of research and even after all of that still had some reservations but the moment we arrived things were apparent that we picked the right place. What a beautiful property, great food and the staff was incredible. The property is super clean, beautiful modern. The restaurant had some amazing dishes plus the DJ music was superb and was never loud but more enjoyable background music. But the best aspect of this hotel was the staff, bartenders were fast, engaging and fun to deal with but great drink recommendations. Front desk staff also very helpful with recommendations for anything. Something we have never encountered in all of the travel that we have done is the way there Concierge set up a what's app group with us. Very unique but boy would it become super handy. This concierge team was available 24/7, Ignasi, Adil and Juan were superstars. They made our stay fantastic! Especially Ignasi, he went out of his way when my wife left a valuable package at the airport after we had left the hotel and ensured that DHL picked up and delivered to our home. You can never get this kind of service anywhere. Great job Ignasi!

Great location and excellent hotel. The daily breakfast was a wonderful treat and all the staff is professional and courteous. Eric in the restaurant was especially wonderful with his service and smile every morning. We had the wood fired pizzas one night that were delicious. The rooms are large and clean and the balconies were an added bonus. The mini bars in the rooms are fully stocked and the housekeeping staff is efficient and attentive to details. We walked along the port every morning and can walk to the Old Town Ibiza in 25 minutes.

TrÚs bien (personnel souriant, bonne qualité de la nourriture)excepté le restaurant portofino.
Lors de notre 3 Úme passage dans ce restaurant à la carte ,nous avons commandés en supplément des homards.
Réservation à 9:15. Les homards sont arrivés à table 1 heure plus tard à 10:15 (service beaucoup trop long).
A la fin des homards le serveur a demandé de régler l'addition en affirmant que les déserts suivraient.
5 minutes plus tard je demande Ă la cheffe de salle les desserts et elle me rĂ©pond dĂ©solĂ©e : â la cuisine a fermĂ©e Ă 10hâ.
Je lui fais remarquer que si la cuisine a fermé à 10h pourquoi les homards sont arrivés à 10:15 et surtout pourquoi personne ne nous averti de cette fermeture.
Nous avons donc payé pour un repas SANS DESERST.

This is my 2nd stay with this hotel and again I have left feeling well restored after a week here. The pool bar staff ... Yonmerlin, xavi, Raul and many more are always game for a laugh and are willing to banter with guests as well as maintaining a professional stance to make the day tick along and if course there is senior NACHO our friendly entertainment guy #spanishdannyzuko to bring on the QUIZZIE,QUIZZIE in the afternoon and keep us all going until it's time for food which you will always find something you like at their amazing buffet style restaurant. Stay here if you want a great time and relaxation in this wonderful resort with stunning bay views.

My husband and I have family on Ibiza and wanted to couple night get away for just the two of usâŠ. It was the perfect solution! Unfortunately there was only the smaller room (not bungalow) available. But it was cozy and warm and bed comfortable and private. Exactly what we needed. The entire place was friendly clean comfortable and close to the seaside (15 mins drive) beautiful pool although was too chilly to swim.. restaurant on site which was sweet ~ although pricey and imaginative menu however we werenât enticed to return ⊠breakfast was tasty! Enjoy your stay!

El desayuno fue excelente! Aunque si tuviera que dar una sugerencia, serĂa que pusieran zumo de naranja natural.
El check in genial, tenĂan disponibilidad y nos dieron la habitaciĂłn antes de la hora.
Para el check out, tenĂan disponibilidad de habitaciones y nos hicieron pagar 10⏠la hora desde las 12, hasta nuestra salida. Tenemos un bebĂ© y necesitĂĄbamos la habitaciĂłn hasta despuĂ©s de comer para llevarlo cambiado al aeropuerto.
Entiendo que si no hay disponibilidad, no lo hagan⊠o que si quieres irte a las 18 de la tarde, te cobren algo, pero por poco rato me parece ridĂculo.
Yo tengo un alojamiento, y siempre y cuando haya disponibilidad no me cuesta dejar salir mås tarde a mis huéspedes.

SSimona MMy friend and I had the best stay at the standard Ibiza. The room was great and so was the location, but really what set everything apart was the level of service. Everyone has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mention to Barbara and Younes. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, great tips and all the recommendations and bookings you did for us! We can't wait to be back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast offerings. The spread was complete and absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes Moreover, the reception service was exceptional. Special mention goes to Alicia, who provided outstanding assistance. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. The excellent service and warm hospitality at this hotel truly stand out. Highly recommended!

Just amazing, go for the food, the view, the sunset, the vibe! In fact just go you will remember it forever. We had one of the best experiences in a long time. Make sure to book a long time in advance in the peak season and ask for a table outside on the terrace.

The hotel is in a handy location and all staff were friendly and helpful. Read bad reviews about Orlando barman before arriving so were worried, but we need not have been. Heâs helpful and friendly, he has to oversee the pool, luggage storage, bar drinks and bar food - so can get really busy. Rude reviews make me wonder if people were rude to him first? His English isnât strong so you must be patient and wait til heâs ready to help you. Keep an eye on your bills as he can get busy and make mistakes. Be warned, the drinks are expensive (unless you donât mind beer.) Pool area is nice, gets very hot and is a real sun trap. There are a lot of large groups visiting this hotel, so sun beds are hard to come by at times. We often found ourselves sitting amongst groups of 10-15. We soon gave up on the pool and went to the beach daily, a lot more relaxing! We found breakfast buffet âŹ10 to be a good deal. Room cleaned with fresh towels daily. Reason the review is relatively low given the positive above is because we didnât like our room at all. It was very small and didnât have a balcony. That was exacerbated by the fact our âwindowâ was not a real window. It faced an inner courtyard, 1 foot away from a wall and was barred. There was a security light which beamed in all night. It was noisy due to people using an inner corridor next to this courtyard / echoing . Our neighbours smoked into this courtyard which meant we had the smoke coming directly into our room. We were a platonic mixed gender group so there was a real lack of privacy in this box room with no balcony, it made for a very uncomfortable stay. The bars on the window made the room feel almost prison like. Pre drinks on the bed with no natural light doesnât quite give the holiday vibe and it put a dampener on our stay.

Lovely hotel, clean minimalist bedrooms, not far from the â*****â about 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants on the sea front Ibiza is just amazing, the hotel didnât disappoint. Great music on in the day, the life guard is always cleaning round and is so happy and chirpy. Friendly welcoming staff We just had bed and breakfast only made it down once ( if you know you know đ€Ł) meals around the pool lovely. Supermarket at the side of the hotel sells the best salad and fruit boxes!!!! Perfect for the worst hangovers 100% recommend

Hostal fantĂĄstico para alojarse en Ibiza, por calidad precio, por ubicaciĂłn, tienen zonas comunes donde relajarse o cocinar, conocer a otros viajeros, las habitaciones son sencillas pero estĂĄn muy bien, igual los baños, limpios y organizados.. a la mañana tienes tĂ© y cafĂ© para tomar, a mĂ paso estuve muy tranquilo no habĂa ruidos y el personal fue muy amable conmigo. Super recomendable ademĂĄs pertenece a una cadena de Hostels muy conocida en Canarias que se llama Nest, ya estuve anteriormente en alguno de sus alojamientos y son buenĂsimos!
