Great location and excellent hotel. The daily breakfast was a wonderful treat and all the staff is professional and courteous. Eric in the restaurant was especially wonderful with his service and smile every morning. We had the wood fired pizzas one night that were delicious. The rooms are large and clean and the balconies were an added bonus. The mini bars in the rooms are fully stocked and the housekeeping staff is efficient and attentive to details. We walked along the port every morning and can walk to the Old Town Ibiza in 25 minutes.

Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica. La elección de la Suite un total acierto, con todo lonque lleva asociado. La atención, la limpieza, ..todo en general. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente debido a un huésped y la respuesta del hotel fue de 4 estrellas.

Perfect service! No complaints other than the front steps of which is common in Europe. Beautiful room with all the goodies like razors and toothbrush. Comfy bed. Staff is wonderful! I think we had a breakfast too that was good. Had my laundry done by them and they did a good job and not too expensive.

My friend and I had the best stay at the standard Ibiza. The room was great and so was the location, but really what set everything apart was the level of service. Everyone has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mention to Barbara and Younes. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, great tips and all the recommendations and bookings you did for us! We can't wait to be back!

The hotel was excellent , clean with friendly staff. The position was ideal right on the beach and yet close enough to walk into Ibiza town (15mins) If I have any criticism it would be the pool area is too small with not enough room for proper sun beds only deckchairs. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would be nice too.

Das Zimmer war schön, es gab alles was man gebraucht hat(auch zahnbürste, shampoo…), Bett gemütlich und Heizung/Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert. Die Dusche könnte etwas sauberer sein.
An der Rezeption war der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage sehr schön, nah am Wasser, schöne Poolanlage. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. Und der Flughafen ist auch nicht weit.

we stayed here for 6 nights during off season.... we had a two room suite...living room/kitchen and bedroom with bath....the best part of the room was the double patio with views of the ocean from the entire suite...nice location if you want to be close to the beach....about 20 minute walk into old town....it a lot of shops and restaurants open, but still plenty of choices off season...the room was very clean and the staff delightful.... we did not have breakfast ,since we had a kitchen...the indoor hot tub,sauna and steam room were a bonus....unfortunately, the hot tub was way too cold...we really enjoyed our stay😀

Très bien (personnel souriant, bonne qualité de la nourriture)excepté le restaurant portofino.
Lors de notre 3 ème passage dans ce restaurant à la carte ,nous avons commandés en supplément des homards.
Réservation à 9:15. Les homards sont arrivés à table 1 heure plus tard à 10:15 (service beaucoup trop long).
A la fin des homards le serveur a demandé de régler l'addition en affirmant que les déserts suivraient.
5 minutes plus tard je demande à la cheffe de salle les desserts et elle me répond désolée : ” la cuisine a fermée à 10h”.
Je lui fais remarquer que si la cuisine a fermé à 10h pourquoi les homards sont arrivés à 10:15 et surtout pourquoi personne ne nous averti de cette fermeture.
Nous avons donc payé pour un repas SANS DESERST.

Llesleyannj2013We stayed at Duqesa for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Rooms are spotless and cleaned thoroughly daily. They are very well equipped with a lovely cool bedroom and a very powerful shower in bathroom. There is a lovely rooftop pool with plenty of beds and never overly busy. The location is perfect for us as a short walk to marina, bars and restaurants and the beach. The road noise is loud but you are bang in the centre. What really makes this hotel is the amazing staff. Have travelled all over and never had as lovely friendly obliging staff. Catered to our every need with a friendly smile and chat every day. Yolanda, Rene, Walid and Tony, it was a pleasure to meet you all.

Hotel davvero pulito, personale SUPER! gentilezza e sorrisi la fanno da padrona! Non do 5 stelle solo perché l’arredamento è datato, ma se cercate qualcosa di easy ma comodo e super pulito questo fa al caso vostro!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast offerings. The spread was complete and absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes Moreover, the reception service was exceptional. Special mention goes to Alicia, who provided outstanding assistance. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. The excellent service and warm hospitality at this hotel truly stand out. Highly recommended!

We booked this through ***********, note when booking that hotel only operates 14:00-16:00 check in which is complete load of crap given it’s 5 minutes from the airport, why would anyone stay there if not for early/late flight?! We arrived at 2:45 am (flight was late and queue at the airport was mad) just to find out that they have given away our room and so we ended up homeless in Ibiza at 3 am in pouring rain!! Receptionist didn’t speak a word of English nor invited us in or offered us a drink but left us standing in the rain while both of us, me and my partner were trying to call hotels and find an alternative! Receptionist didn’t even offered to help. We ended up in the other side of island, paid €600 just to sleep in for couple hours and €30 taxi there (and back again next day as we had to collect rental car from the airport) and OM Hotel refused to take any responsibility for causing us the stress and wasting so much money on some crap room, they didn’t even get back to me when I sent them an email with the complaint and not have responded when I’ve asked for compensation, they did wave no show fee (ha ha can you imagine?!). This is not a hotel and certainly not a hotel customer service, scammers if anything as I bet intention was to give the room away and then charge us no show fee but unfortunately for them we did show up! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything more traumatic than this, ruined our holiday and left bad taste in our mouths for the rest of vacation!

The hotel is in a handy location and all staff were friendly and helpful. Read bad reviews about Orlando barman before arriving so were worried, but we need not have been. He’s helpful and friendly, he has to oversee the pool, luggage storage, bar drinks and bar food - so can get really busy. Rude reviews make me wonder if people were rude to him first? His English isn’t strong so you must be patient and wait til he’s ready to help you. Keep an eye on your bills as he can get busy and make mistakes. Be warned, the drinks are expensive (unless you don’t mind beer.) Pool area is nice, gets very hot and is a real sun trap. There are a lot of large groups visiting this hotel, so sun beds are hard to come by at times. We often found ourselves sitting amongst groups of 10-15. We soon gave up on the pool and went to the beach daily, a lot more relaxing! We found breakfast buffet €10 to be a good deal. Room cleaned with fresh towels daily. Reason the review is relatively low given the positive above is because we didn’t like our room at all. It was very small and didn’t have a balcony. That was exacerbated by the fact our ‘window’ was not a real window. It faced an inner courtyard, 1 foot away from a wall and was barred. There was a security light which beamed in all night. It was noisy due to people using an inner corridor next to this courtyard / echoing . Our neighbours smoked into this courtyard which meant we had the smoke coming directly into our room. We were a platonic mixed gender group so there was a real lack of privacy in this box room with no balcony, it made for a very uncomfortable stay. The bars on the window made the room feel almost prison like. Pre drinks on the bed with no natural light doesn’t quite give the holiday vibe and it put a dampener on our stay.

Lovely hotel, clean minimalist bedrooms, not far from the ‘*****’ about 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants on the sea front Ibiza is just amazing, the hotel didn’t disappoint. Great music on in the day, the life guard is always cleaning round and is so happy and chirpy. Friendly welcoming staff We just had bed and breakfast only made it down once ( if you know you know 🤣) meals around the pool lovely. Supermarket at the side of the hotel sells the best salad and fruit boxes!!!! Perfect for the worst hangovers 100% recommend

PPengguna TetamuWe booked 18 rooms at the hostal sunset for our wedding guests but have stayed on multiple occasions at the Hostal Sunset. The staff here are really helpful and friendly; a special thanks to Marco & Veronica. This is a budget hotel, centrally located but still far enough away from the noise to be quiet enough to get some decent sleep. We were a mixture of couples and families. This hotel on some sites states no children but we had a few with us so check with the hotel in case this changes. The rooms are very basic; some have been updated and some still need it but at £75 a night for a room for 2 with a terrace in August you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean and if you need anything done there is always someone to help. The only thing I would suggest are slightly better mattresses (this is probably as I’m used to a firmer mattress at home). The pool area is across the road and great; it never gets too busy and there’s always a life guard on duty. You can take you’re own drinks and food to the pool as they currently don’t have a bar at the hotel. We took a speaker so had a pre party most days. Every room has a safe for free, the air con is fantastic and there are some free toiletries; you can buy more at reception. I would definitely book again if I was looking for something cheap to put my head down.

Hostal fantástico para alojarse en Ibiza, por calidad precio, por ubicación, tienen zonas comunes donde relajarse o cocinar, conocer a otros viajeros, las habitaciones son sencillas pero están muy bien, igual los baños, limpios y organizados.. a la mañana tienes té y café para tomar, a mí paso estuve muy tranquilo no había ruidos y el personal fue muy amable conmigo. Super recomendable además pertenece a una cadena de Hostels muy conocida en Canarias que se llama Nest, ya estuve anteriormente en alguno de sus alojamientos y son buenísimos!
