Tropicana Ibiza Suites - Adults Only

We checked in with a guy called Ivan on reception, big smiles, fully charming and helpful with all the information. Fast and effective - we had to wait a short while for our hotel room but that was understandable as we arrived early, they gave us towels and we immediately started our holiday with our friends and cocktails by the pool served by the lovely Noilia, again, big smiles, charming and helpful, insisting on bringing our cocktails to us as we were on holiday. The cocktails which were presented beautifully and perfectly mixed were amazing. This hotel is in a perfect location, great friendly service, and yes it has a small area by the pool but they also have 4-5 other hotels on the island with beach accesses and pools you can use. The Dorada being close by. I have stayed at Santos next door to the Dorada and whilst it was lovely, I felt so safe and taken care of in this hotel. I had booked for my sister to stay here for 2 nights at the end of my weeks holiday here, she had the same experience checking in and agreed it felt like being in the the Barbie hotel, exactly where we wanted to be and the way we wanted to be treated on our exciting and colourful time in Ibiza. We had our friends have drinks in our room with us who live in Ibiza and the staff were not overly precious and nice and relaxed about this, exactly how we wanted to be treated. The fridge and kitchen area was perfect and the little balcony was just right - private whilst also getting enough air outside. I have been to Ibiza more than 30 times with my husband and this hotel by far has ticked every single one of our boxes, atm, shop, taxi rank and beach all outside the hotel in 1 minute but also quiet as it’s set 1 street back from the main *****. We thanked the manager Ivan too, and he was a very nice Spanish man who was grateful for our feedback. This hotel was the cherry on top of our fantastic week in Ibiza… if you have booked here - you won’t be disappointed!!! Enjoy - it’s a small hotel of suites but perfectly formed - I will definitely be back!!!

Hotel- very small but beautiful looking Well maintained decor wise. Very picturesque. Very well executed as an art deco, bright funky hotel. Loved it. Great parking facilities for free. Rooms are spacious enough. Better for a two person stay than three. The Hotel were kind enough to give us adjacent rooms which we appreciated very much. (Thank you) Cleaning- Excellent Staff who go round to keep the hotel clean, even washing our dishes in the sink. Very nice and efficient. Clean towels everyday Beds made everyday Trustworthy - nothing touched or missing from our rooms However, unfortunately at the moment the hotel has a DRAIN FLY infestation. I do think they are trying to manage this as I saw an exterminator but it is very off putting when you want to lay on the sun beds and they are covered in drain flies. The love heart shaped flies - (Drain flies are extremely hard to get rid of but the hotel does have a problem with them.) hopefully they can get this sorted because it’s just everywhere. Hotel bar- Fairly expensive for a hotel bar, should be cheaper because maybe we would have spent more money there if this was the case. If cocktails and drink were less, we would have spend way more money at the bar. £15-20 cocktail is average but if your staying there it would be nice to get maybe two for one or a happy hour. Outdoor pool- Doesn’t get much sun due to the other buildings surrounding it. Pool is cold, not heated. Most of the staff are lovely, only one lady in on reception had an attitude on our last day but there is always one. The Nighttime staff were lovely especially the black guy. Location: super closer to the beach, loved that it was a 3min walk away. Some Clubs are 6-7mins walk but San Antonio is a good 30mins away. Ibiza is ok, lots of dance music, very very expensive island, not much r’n’b or funky house, or current chart music. Quite electronic and some reggaeton. Hard to find something for all. -Very good pizza place near by to the hotel. - beach is beautiful - felt safe enough -Burger King close Overall, hotel was nice, great staff, poor sunlight due to surrounding buildings, very clean and great location

I love this hotel. Stayed in 2022 and again 2024. My only issue is the price, it is so expensive but that’s Ibiza hotel prices now. Just felt £400 a night was excessive and puts me off going back, yes staff are great, it’s in a great location but I think it’s too expensive now. We had ground floor room this time too which I didn’t like as much and the sound proofing isn’t great, so if you want an early night and there’s music on you can hear it but it’s Ibiza so what do you expect. But it does let it down a little.

The most fantastic week with my best friend. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, everything was perfect from start to finish. - private entry car park opposite the hotel free of charge for our hire care - super gorgeous hotel lobby, pool and rooms - breakfast was at dorado the sister hotel just a 5 minute walk we sat and ate breakfast everyday overlooking the beach and the sea. - staff were so accommodating to my dietary requirements vegan breakfast everyday, hash browns, beans, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast and fresh fruit salad. - super handy for going out taxi's were way cheaper than when we stayed in San an. Walking distance to ushuaia and hii ! - Marshall speaker in the room, smeg fridge and kettle, cute coffee machine with pods provided. - cocktail shaker in the room really nice touch we had lemon drop martinis on the balcony every night. Missing tropicana already, will definitely be returning for our annual ibiza trip from now on. 💗💗💗💗💗

Myself and 3 friends visited Tropicana Ibiza suites for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Perfectly located - close to the airport and 10 minutes in a cab from Ibiza town. The decor is just fabulous - think 1930s Miami vibes with flamingos everywhere. Lovely staff, particularly the ladies on reception. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Tropicana 3 years in a row. Its a cool hotel with a nice look and style. Rooms all look same, nice little suites. For a short dtay, what we had, it’s fine. On the downside, the noise level can be challenging. The aircon transports music from partying guests into all rooms. Sleep impossible, even if you‘re party proof. Unfortunately staff is barely helpful, if you require assistance in turning noise levels of respectless guests a bit down. Consider this, if you want to stay here.
