"A lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful smiling reception staff, as were the housekeeping ladies.the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels ,beds made etc. Pool area nice and quiet with bar / cafe area . Location was ideal - a very short walk to restaurants and bars and seafront and town . We were grateful to enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday."

"Visited a couple weeks ago for a week. The good Reception staff helpful and friendly Clean rooms Good location, close to bars and beach. Good transport links from town hall. We did complain to reception about brown mark in Bath (see photo and they did sort it, took 2 days) The not so good Breakfast is average, you can find things to eat but I like a few more healthy options, omelette station very good though. We did not do half board which I’m glad about as there are lots of nice restaurants to choose from. Brown mark in Bath which I just wouldn’t have accepted as good enough. Place needs a bit up updated, cracks on ceiling and generally just needs up dating, old brown furniture with strange amounts of space. Fridge in room not really cold enough. We had too much power in shower room 104, whereas friends in 103 had no power at all. So our bathroom instantly flooded. Husband knocked his head on glass in shower looking at brown stain as he didn’t see screen. Entertainment was a bit poor but we were out so didn’t really mind. Definitely not enough sunbeds for guests and we didn’t go high session, only sat round pool once as couldn’t get spot, we won’t join in 9am stampede I’m afraid! If you want a space then join the queue at 8.50 The actual location is great, lots of shops and bars and restaurants so great place, I’d just pick another hotel"

"I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and encountered such awful front desk staff. It was a complete scam. We booked a suite, and upon check-in, the front desk told us a bottle of wine would be delivered to each room, just call for it. However, the front desk number never went through during our stay. When we were about to check out, we went to pick it up and asked about the wine. The receptionist said the card clearly stated it could only be used in the restaurant, which doesn't open until 7 PM. They then quickly checked us out. After checking out, while waiting for our luggage, I looked at the card again. The last line said I could call room service to have it delivered to my room. They had already deceived us. I asked again, and the same receptionist said they had already checked out and no longer owned the room, so they couldn't give us the wine. It turns out the person who checked us out first was actually waiting for us. :)"

"Wow! I have to say, I didn't have great expectations for a wee back-street hotel in San Antonio, but I am delighted to say I was more than pleasantly surprised! The hotel was absolutely sparkling clean, from reception to restaurant to rooms, and all the staff we met were super-friendly! Big shout-out to Sergio on the front desk who had us laughing a fair few times! Lovely boy and a great first impression when we arrived at the hotel! We were only over in Ibiza for three nights, so didn't plan on being in the hotel much at all, so the lack of a pool didn't really affect us - but we were advised that guests at Hotel Marfil could use the pool at a neighbouring hotel, which we would've done during a longer stay! Given our short stay, we didn't expect our room to be serviced whilst we were there, but we came back to a freshly made bed on day 2 and fresh towels, even though we'd hung ours up for re-use! The continental breakfast offering was extensive and fresh, but the cooked options were limited - that didn't bother us, we just stocked up on coffee, pastries, cold meat baguettes and fruit! We asked the staff to book us taxis on two occasions, and both times, the taxis were there bang on time. This really is a hidden gem in San Antonio and I would recommend it to anyone - maybe not as many amenities if you were travelling with young children, but perfect for short-stays, couples, solo travellers. Felt completely safe. Location wise, another positive point to add is that the hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the San Antonio harbour, there is a laundry next door, and a fantastic tex-mex restaurant across the road (Tijuana). I have no imminent plans to return to Ibiza any time soon, but if I did, this is where I'd be heading! Can't recommend it highly enough! Thanks Hotel Marfil, you guys are doing a great job!"

"I can’t recommend Invisa Es Pla enough for anyone visiting San Antonio, Ibiza! The location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Egg Roundabout and literally a stone’s throw away from Lidl, which is ideal for grabbing pre-drinks and snacks for the room. The rooms have recently been refurbished and you can tell, everything feels fresh, modern, and well thought out. The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the Ibiza heat), and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. Spotlessly clean throughout, both in the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The hotel offers plenty of amenities, but the real standout was the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. Honestly, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. A full English is available, along with freshly cooked fried eggs, pancakes made right in front of you, omelettes to order, crispy churros, a wide variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, and meats. To top it off, they offer a great selection of fruit juices, hot drinks and water, all fresh and replenished constantly. The pool setup was also excellent. There are two pools: one quiet pool for relaxing and unwinding, and another livelier one with a DJ and a great atmosphere. The pool bar made grabbing drinks super convenient, whether you’re chilling or getting the day started with a cocktail. All in all, Invisa Es Pla strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. Clean, comfortable, and well-located, it’s the ideal base for your Ibiza holiday."

"Greeted by friendly staff on arrival, who advised us our rooms weren't ready but we could leave our luggage, use the pool or explore the local area. Hotel is well situated close to the bus stop, couple of euros for a trip to Cala Llonga, supermarket close by and a couple of minutes walk to bars, restaurants and more importantly the beach. Hotel is clean as is the pool area. We were room only, so can't comment on the food. However the bar prices for drinks and snacks was very reasonable. We stayed as a family in different rooms and no two rooms were the same, for example we had twin beds as did my son and his wife but my daughter, who was on her own, had a double bed. Some of the rooms were a little tired, although clean, no where to put make up/wash bags. Plenty of sunbeds but pool was never really busy during our stay, expect it can get a little busy in the height of the season."
