My stay at W was so amazing, it's motivated me to write my first TripAdvisor review! What a great hotel - great location, amazing design and interiors, fantastic staff. I really loved the breakfasts with a nice buffet and a comprehensive à la carte menu. I ended up ordering eggs benedict every day because the poached eggs were perfect. Staff were professional and motivated. Special thanks to Claudio, Enrique, Pau, and Inés. Also to Raquel - the senior manager who doubled up as the best driver 🙂. It says something about how happy the staff are when the breakfast chefs are sining to themselves as they plate up during a busy service. Room design is amazing, W is super stylish with nice areas for a flop or a drink. Five stars all round, just super.

This was our first stay at the ME after selecting it as our wedding venue for 2024 ! We were sold as soon as we pulled up and saw the view straight through the hotel to the pool & beyond, what an entrance. The staff couldn't've be more attentive, but not in an overbearing way, simply there when you need them & nothing is too much trouble. We were apprehensive about a late October stay as the weather want looking great, but we were lucky enough to have some blue skies & enjoyed the Bali beds by the pool, highly recommend for a chilled day by the pool. The rooms are modern & well stocked with amenities and most importantly, spotlessly clean much like every other corner of this hotel. The rooftop is lovely if you like to escape the vibes of the main pool and have a little peace and quiet ( adults only) We had the most amazing stay and cant thank Julia & the team enough Bring on 2024 ....

From the rooftop pool , and the cleanliness of the rooms, it ticks the boxes at all levels.Walid and his team make you feel so welcome. Finally, step out of the Hotel and your in the lovely town of Santa Eulalia. The Marina, restaurants and boutique shops to visit.What a place.

I absolutely love Hotel La Cala The bar, food, public areas and pool are all amazing Definitely a over 55's Hotel and would not suit families with children. Entertainment most nights of a good standard. Short walk to the buzzing bright lights on the Marina and public beach. Fabulous restaurants and bars - felt safe out and about as a Solo. La Cala staff from room ladies, to bar/ restaurant staff/ reception all fantastic and work tirelessly to cater for your every need. Well done all. One tiny complaint my room was directly opposite a building site with a briese block wall view where they seemed to start work at 4pm I love a Sundowner on my balcony but the terrific noise made this impossible to enjoy peace while watching the sunset l hope by 2024 the work is complete ( Not La Cala fault) Room move? Not a chance once ld unpacked 😊

Great for walking too Many plus points to our stay Breakfasts were excellent and loads of variety each morning - cereals, hams and cheeses , fresh fruits , variety of breads , full English if you wanted & both inside or a lovely outside seated courtyard area Amenities of hotel great - Wi-Fi , lounge areas inside and outside too with comfortable furnishings & reception area Ample size pool of varying depth Sun beds Lounge chairs and pool bar - We loved the pool snacks and late afternoon drinks / cocktails Quality Dining room for option of evening meals menu available Rooms modern & are tasteful and with all amenities including well stocked fridges bathroom toiletries and superb walk in shower too Modern bedroom furnishings make it special Finally the hotel staff , Always friendly helpful and happy to make your stay special . Loved every minute of our stay. Out of season so peaceful. Room amazing size and clean (junior suite with balcony). Staff exceptional. Helped us with a broken bag, booking a car and also chased up a deposit on some bicycles for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Top pool deck sheltered and amazing sea view. Will look for other Catalonia hotels for future trips. The adjoining restaurant La Mar de Santa served amazing buffet and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I booked these apartments earlier in the year and having read the reviews on trip advisor I was a bit worried, I needn’t have been. The apartment itself is clean very spacious and well equipt with everything we needed. Towels changed every two days and the air con is so good we have actually turned it off overnight as the apartment stayed cool. My only issue was the very low power in the shower but plenty of hot water. Staff are lovely too. The location is a little walk into Santa eularia but we knew that when we booked it but you have young kids it may be a little but far to do it more than once a day

Wow. Great hotel. Even better location. With the best staff. This year we decided to travel around Ibiza and Formentera staying in four different places. This was our final destination where we stayed for four days in the 4 Star Hotel that is Palladium Hotel Don Carlos. A very good 4 Star I would add. We wanted a relaxing and chilled end to our holiday so the fact that the hotel is Adults Only and located in Santa Eulalia is right on the money. Location and views - 10/10 Quiet location with amazing mountain and sea views from your balcony - absolutely stunning! Cuisine/restaurant - 7/10 As buffets go the buffet was incredible. Breakfast buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner - lots to choose from, quality freshly cooked food, multiple cuisines available every day. Only thing that could improve would be for the hotel to have a speciality restaurant that you can book once or twice throughout your stay (from speaking to people at the hotel I believe they used to have one so this is likely just a knock on affect of covid). Alcohol (All Inclusive) - 7/10 Decent selection of alcohol but all local and bottom shelf. Sangria was particularly good and you can't go wrong with a beer. We didn't want to pay extra money for a Premium All Inclusive where you can get top shelf spirits. Very generous, quick service at the bar and also pool side service (if you're polite). Staff - 10/10 The hotel staff are the best. They helped me arrange a bottle of champagne in the room on arrival as a surprise for my girlfriend which went down an absolute treat and even chucked in some chocolate strawberries. The poolside staff and entertainment team were super friendly and not pushy. Entertainment - N/A The evening entertainment looked like it was popping off every night, so if that's your cup of tea - this place is lively and fun. For us, we prefer to do our own thing, and evening entertainment at hotels we tend to steer clear of - it's just not our vibe. We prefer to spend our evenings either exploring the local town (in this case Santa Eulalia) or having our own party listening to music, having some drinks, and making the most of the amazing views from our balcony. As 4 Star hotels go this place is a true 4 Star hotel and I have nothing but positive things to say.
