Worst hotel ever, rooms are filthy, food is inedible, pool is not clean, decor throughout is tired but the most disgusting thing about it is that it is also filthy. Fridge is disgusting, wouldn’t store anything in it as it’s full of mould. Bathroom is disgusting with cleaning clearly not taking place, ***** hair in all the plug hole of the bath. Towels with god knows what on them, looked like faecal matter. Taps and soap holder filled with years of grime. The dressing table is disgusting, the excuse given by staff was that it was nail varnish. Staff also said that the pictures which swayed our decision to book this hotel were from their other sections of the hotel known as the Bella Vista. The staff member at night said he could do nothing and to wait until morning, we waiting until morning and reception staff also would not do anything. Food and drinks on plates that other hotel members had eaten were just left at random points throughout the hotel. Our room smells like sewage as did my mothers. There were wires hanging out of the wall. Another of our party cannot lock their room. They don’t even have a fridge. Also don’t book thinking you will get a double bed as the beds were single and when we asked about this we were told there were no double rooms just twin rooms. I was supposed to be staying here the next 10 days. The manager was eventually available after many attempts to make contact. He said to meet us at 2PM and he did not show. He explained that all U.K. company’s advertising his hotel were doing it falsely and that it was not his fault. They don’t have double beds only twins . He assured us that no one was kicking anyone out but he would not take accountability for the filth throughout nor would he refund our money. We have tried several times to resolve this now with zero care from any of the staff at all. We were even told it’s simple call your agent and get another hotel. We have done that too with no resolve, It’s a filthy, disgusting hotel Claims that things aren’t open because of COVID 19 is simply rubbish as that was in 2019. After 2 hours sleep since Saturday we have changed hotels and left. No refunds, no apologies, just smirks as we left with all our bags. This is the worst hotel you could fall for and until the manager actually works out splitting his hotels correctly, this will undoubtedly suck many people in. If you are thinking of booking don’t as non refundable rooms will be the excuse for leaving you out of pocket as we are. Also securing your belongings in a safe costs £25 which even your receptionist laughed at. One staff member in reception had one of our party members in tears as he had told her she was kicked out of the hotel for complaining. I have mixed review for this hotel. Firstly, the location is great, walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. Ideal for those who want to shop! We arrived very late (2am) and the reception staff were very reserved, on the verge of miserable. This goes for all of the staff who I spoke to on reception, they either couldn't speak English, or did not want to help. Other staff in the hotel, such as cleaning staff could not be faulted as the hotel was very clean. Rooms: good size with air con. We had two rooms during our stay as the door frame and door lock fell to pieces on the first room (it was just held together with expanding foam). We were moved within minutes of reporting the issue. The first room was smaller than the second and had a wet room. The toilet in the first room had a really high toilet, I couldn't reach the floor when sat on it (haha). Small balcony and TV (which didn't work). The second room was larger, with a bathroom room and shower (not a wet room), larger balcony and a TV. Rooms were cleaned daily around 9:30am. Food: hmmm, not great. There was food each meal time, but it was not great. I'm not a fussy eater at all, and love my food but I struggled here. There was not much choice, not even chips (they did have apple sliced potatoes but they weren't cooked properly). Food was only just luke warm. Usually two meat options, rice and pasta. There was salad available but no cheese, ham or the like. Deserts include the small little cakes. There is no Aircon in the dining area so it's very hot, there is an outside seating area but it's covered, so also hot. Plenty of space for more food options but it wasn't used. Drinks: available from the bar and provided in glasses, unless by the pool then plastic cups. The drinks machine in the dining room did not work, I tried every day. Water stations available for self serve. There is no air con in any of the communal areas, there is a comfy room with sofas and chairs but too hot to sit in as no air con. If you have a late transfer, be aware that check out is at 12pm and there is nowhere to put your bags safe, so you'll need to haul them around. That, accompanied with lack of air con, is draining. Overall, the hotel is clean and rooms are ok. Location is good but I wouldn't stay here again.

We have been to this hotel many many times and love it. Location is great only 5min (slow walk) to the beach and about 3 min to the town centre with loads of entertainment. Rooms are quite adequate clean with loads of clean towels and cleaned daily. Food is very Turkish but you are in Turkey you can always find something to suit. Sunbeds always available around the pool no getting up at stupid o clock to put a towel out. The 2 managers Erhan and Cenk are very good always accessible and very friendly as are the rest of the staff. Lots of new plans in place to improve the hotel. We are back in September and so looking forward to another great holiday here. Thanks everybody at the Mersoy.

I checked in to the hotel the room were dirty and items in need of repair I stayed one night the balcony was like a postage stamp it was that small. Beds were old air con not Working and the food well if I’d have stayed I’d have had to just eat eggs I’m far from a fussy eater but wow the food was horrible!! It was advertised as a water slides when I got there there was one baby one!! The Aug that we had been the locals were telling me that this hotel had been in there local paper cos it’s that bad!!

We stayed here for a short trip 4 days and we’re looked after very well! The pool was clean and the staff are always cleaning and friendly. The rooms are also kept clean and the A/C was definitely needed as was so hot. The drinks are available all day. Meal times were ok something for the children like pasta and chips always available. Although wasn’t a lot of recognisable food it was always fresh and bought over just before mealtimes so wasn’t sat out all day. The hotel family manager Erhan was very approachable, friendly and helpful. Icmeler itself is a beautiful place but prepared to be stopped last every shop! Will defo be coming again as it was my first time in Turkey and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you Mersoy!

The new manager goes above and beyond for his guests...the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable..they are cleaned regularly...the selections of drinks are good staff are very friendly ...we enjoyed our stay and would defo recommend 👌

A great place to stay in Icmeler. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the moment we left, the experience was wonderful. The rooms were very clean, in fact they are cleaned daily with fresh towels and Toiletries. Bar and restaurant staff are great, always on the move and happy to help. Erhan is a great guy to get to know, he will help with anything you need. Just a short walk to the beach and marina, plenty of shops and restaurants very close by. We had an 87 year old lady( partners mum) with us and the staff couldn't do anymore to make her stay an enjoyable one, they were all so polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning next year. This was our very first trip to Turkey and we had a fantastic holiday.

I went to mersoy Hotel for 4 nights for a girls get away and had a great time very clean in room and hotel in general pool side was always clean and tidy day and night. food was what you would expect for all inclusive buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner. loads of salad to choose from which I loved the bar manager Hans. was amazing couldn't do enough for us and even went out of his way on our first night to take us to the local bars when the hotel bar closed would definitely be coming back again next year

I have come from this hotel after reading all the reviews, I was a bit worried about going but as I always say that everyone is different and has different values well for me the rooms are what they are my room was clean and I couldn't fault any of the staff here but one of the best guys that will look after you from morning noon and night and throughout the night and his name is Mr Hans what a value credit to the hotel to have this guy he does not only do the bar side but he will get a paint bucket and have refreshed the rooms. And again will go above and beyond to make sure you have one of the most amazing experience. The food was good. I will be returning as I have been made so welcome by this young man.

I felt that the Mersoy Exclusive hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, the rooms were cleaned daily to an acceptable standard and fresh towels were always provided. The hotel food was, for me, appetizing and varied enough for the duration of my 12 night stay, which was all inclusive. The hotel staff were very helpful and assisted with any problems, such as confirming the hotel transfer to the airport. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday at this hotel and intend to return in the near future.

Hotel room was ok, could do with a little updating. Management and staff were very friendly. They couldn't do anymore for anyone while relaxing by the pool. Food was lovely and had a variety of choice . Beach was close by with the hotels own area to use.
