Amazing location and views of nature. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant accommodated for a birthday and anniversary celebration and made it a unique and memorable experience. Highly recommend staying at Wolkenburg.

We made a hotel reservation in the last week of December, and I would like to provide feedback on our experience. Upon entering the hotel, the exterior was impressive, creating a positive first impression. However, the check-in process was considerably delayed, taking three hours. The rooms initially assigned had unpleasant odors, and basic amenities were not in place. After addressing our concerns with the hotel ***agement, a two-hour discussion ensued, leading to the allocation of different rooms. I must express my recommendation and advise against booking this hotel due to poor ***agement and services. The General ***ager, Mr. Satish, displayed a rude attitude, even stating, "If you don't want to stay, check out and go," at 8 pm. Such behavior from hotel ***agement is unacceptable. I strongly urge the hotel owner, Mr. Nayyar, to look into these issues as the overall feedback is dismal. It's not just my experience; approximately 60% of guests shared similar feedback

The hotel's driveway to the rooms were steep and dangerous when wet. We did enjoy the trail down to the playground and heard cool wildlife. The AC was broken and we lost power everyday. WiFi was one to two bars and the restaurant exhaust woke us up several times.

We were two families traveling with 4 small kids. The rooms were neat and well maintained. Our stay was memorable and all the staffs from reception desk to Spa were super friendly. Although the kids play area is small with only a few rides (all in good condition), our kids enjoyed them and also enjoyed being the swimming pool. Our room was scenic with a beautiful valley view and enjoyed every moment of our stay.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and big with very nice views. The restaurant is good with gorgeous food. The staff is fantastic, they are willing to help and satisfy all the requirements of the guests. Munnar area has explendid mountain landscapes with an interesting tea culture which definetly worths the visit.

Hotel ambience and experience with staff was very good I had a beautiful experience and the restaurant in basement was very good with a hill view if we take executive rooms we will feel the experience of Munnar with a hill view balcony

Location , views are amazing . The staff are great especially the restaurant team & Mr Anil Nair who helped us with ideas , travel & even invited us to an Onum event in hotel ! New hotel & needs some time and few refinements but will be excellent ! Recommended !

Wolkenburg Munnar! Awesome Property! We had a very relaxed and pleasant stay at wolkenburg.Nice location! The rooms were very neat n clean also has an amazing view from the balcony. Staffs were very friendly and polite and done a great job with their service! They Have a good pool and children enjoyed a lot! Nice restaurant ambience and The food too was very tasty! Altogether an excellent experince! Kudos to Team Wolkenburg!
