We made a hotel reservation in the last week of December, and I would like to provide feedback on our experience. Upon entering the hotel, the exterior was impressive, creating a positive first impression. However, the check-in process was considerably delayed, taking three hours. The rooms initially assigned had unpleasant odors, and basic amenities were not in place. After addressing our concerns with the hotel ***agement, a two-hour discussion ensued, leading to the allocation of different rooms. I must express my recommendation and advise against booking this hotel due to poor ***agement and services. The General ***ager, Mr. Satish, displayed a rude attitude, even stating, "If you don't want to stay, check out and go," at 8 pm. Such behavior from hotel ***agement is unacceptable. I strongly urge the hotel owner, Mr. Nayyar, to look into these issues as the overall feedback is dismal. It's not just my experience; approximately 60% of guests shared similar feedback
