Terrrible. Worst hotel ever. Plastic food, plastic beverages. Cheap ingredients. Terrible. I’m starving!! Dry Hamburger and inedible fries in all restaurant. No proper snack bar. It is not all inclusive. You cannot drink and eat everything whenever you want. They wanted to pay me the beer because it was later than 1 am The hotel is like a hostel. A dirty one.

What’s good: - Wifi (which I don’t care) What’s wrong: - poor quality food - lack of hygiene (!!!) - cats evwrywhere - very loud music from every direction at night paired with paper thin walls makes impossible to sleep. I even heard someone peeing today - the staff is super **** with just a few exception

Hotel itself is really nice and spacious Pools 5 - children, slides, adult and around the back spacious pool children pool leading onto the beach. Private beach monitored by security Food is NOT for british - breakfast was really nice , lunch nuggets chips burgers kofta fresh bread with potato - dinner was boiled rice , random soups, random curry, chicken outside bbq but we ate out every night. All inc marmaris club julian was amazing Unfortunately would not return due to food situation. should have more variety eg) pizzas, meat. Rooms very clean - cleaner came everyday - fresh towels we stayed in annex so it was abit of a walk to restaurant but not major. Nice hotel , spacious , clean, lunch 2 places by children pool and by beach.

Just returned from Cesars Resort Side 5* All Inclusive. Arrived after midnight, greeted nicely and escorted to room being told how everything works eg: TV, air con, sea view... went straight to bed. Next morning discovered something smeared over long mirror which concealed a TV. It was in several places top/ bottom and middle - I guessed this looked like blood! Then found a layer of sand on dressing table. Reported and maid wiped a dry cloth over it. Reception did apologise! A crisp remained in door closure throughout holiday which I didn't report as I waited to see if it was removed! - NO. Food was plentiful but not a lot we could eat - chips cold. People went to restaurant immediately it opened. People raced to grab platefuls of food at each setting. We ate by pool at lunch time, I only had salad, people were taking food from waitress before she had put it on the side. Had early morning (8, o,clock) get up one day as we were going out - not a lot of hot food available. Chose hard boiled eggs which were warm but NOT cooked just shown the water. Went for A La Carte one evening, didn't know what to expect but couldn't be any worse than that we had already had - Italian - which we don't usually eat - set menu - BEAUTIFUL!*****. Entertainment OK - music playing most nights activities were around the pool. Pool was beautiful, large clean and warm enough to get straight in. Other pools available. Pool workers/ life guards helpful and pleasant. Beer fine other drinks not good. Staff all nice. We were the only English in hotel everyone else was German - didn't bother us some greeted us with Good morning. Careful when booking trios via Rep we went on a 4/5hr boat ride to find out it was all day when we got on - this I had specified to REP that we didn't want all day! Nice hotel being cleaned to some standard all of the time but NOT 5* as I had booked more like 3*.

Absolutely amazing. Hotel was mainly Russian and German guests and not many English, but that was absolutely fine with us. Rooms very clean and serviced daily. Air conditioning worked well and was a welcome relief after a day in the sun. Pools a great size, plenty of loungers. Lovely sandy beach too. Good choice of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and Efes on tap. We found the food really nice and plenty of choice even with a picky eater. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Esma behind reception who was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble, thank you. Also to Balu, Gio, Leo and the rest of the animation team. What an amazing group of people. Great fun to be around and super hard working.

The hotel isn’t 5*. The hotel ultra all inclusive, but there isn’t foreign alcohol drinks. The hotel has kids menu, but there is just French fries and nuggets, pasta, and rice with chicken, but meat was so hard.For baby’s with 1 years old aren’t food, no soup, nothing…Air conditioner worked slowly. The elevator was working slowly, we were waiting for 10 minutes. I was complained, after that they cooked soup and gave me 2 bottles of champagne. I was disappointed of the hotel, we paid a lot, as for 5 stars….
