You have to be alert to spot the location of this hotel. Aside from a big sign with its name all you can see is an old house. You have to enter a gate at the back of the old house where you will find this hotel. The 24 hour reception desk is located at the foot of the steps leading to the rooms. Its more like an apartment complex with studio apartments The rooms are pretty basic and worth what we paid for which was below Php 2k.If you just want an inexpensive place to lie your head down after visiting Vigan this place might suit you.DONT EXPECT TOO MUCH!

This is the first and only museum hotel in the Philippines and it was just an amazing experience. The staff are were welcoming, the location is perfect, right around the corner from Calle Crisologo. There is a swimming pool in the centre of the hotel, but unfortunately we had bad weather during our stay and couldnโt enjoy it. The room is spacious and comfortable, and breakfast is served in โa la carteโ style, instead of a buffet. Everything was just very enjoyable and Vigan is a must for visitors in the Philippines!

The Vegan Plaza Hotel is situated in the best location - at the beginning of Calle Chrisilogo street. It is convenient and easy to get around to any place from here. The kalesa (horse and carriage) and the tricycles are located right in front of the hotel. The fountain is a 7 min walk from here and an 8 min ride to the bus station. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anything that you requested was seen to immediately and with a smile. Breakfast was ok, there should be more variety. They provide in room massage which was great. They have 2 restaurants which provides a a variety of local dishes. Bathroom is little small in size, however, the shower was awesome. This is a very good hotel and I would certainly stay here again when I come to Vigan. Wonderful stay.

Me and a friend stayed there for one day and we thought we wont need to buy a toothpaste and soap but we had to coz they only provided one tiny toothpaste and one tiny tube of 3 in 1 shampoo/soap/conditioner. Not enough for two persons who will take a bath twice a day and brush their teeth twice also. Their blanket is small also for two thin body adults. Its like their blanket is only for 1 person same with their toothpaste and 3in1 soap. If you want another blanket you have to pay

it was raining hard when we reached this place and the parking area was starting to get flooded. there was no staff to welcome the guests or offer umbrellas to shield us from the downpour. the hotel is not within the city of vigan. we were ushered to our room by one hotel helper who assisted us with our luggages. courteous and jolly guy. food was typically done the ilocano way. i'm used to the taste and the way it was presented. what i'm very particular about was the repetitive banana being offered for dessert, either boiled, caramelised or served very ripe. our towels were never replaced for the 4D/3N we stayed. they just assumed we didn't care since we didn't bother to request for a new set. the telephone in our room has no dial tone. the bathroom exudes an unpleasant smell at a particular hour at night. but overall, we felt welcomed as we stayed longer. we were allowed beyond the time to continue with our socials. the staff just let us be while singing our hearts out. they were very kind and understanding when we ask for small favors from time to time. might stay here again next time.

NNoel MarcosOverall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room.
Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.

PPengguna TetamuI really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it๐. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

I stayed at Le Dream Hotel when it was first open. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure to cater to my every needs. The rooms were very luxurious and comfortable and the air conditioning was heavenly in the Philippines hot weather. Also, super comfortable pillows and blankets! Lastly, the food and drinks were amazing and super fresh. Would definitely recommend going here for your next Vigan stay!

I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!

AAngel MilevThe hotel is located in the very heart of the city, just minutes and up to several hundred meters away from the main landmarks. Service is very good - I rated it 4 because of several flaws, including not very good support with handling luggage and parking space that is not very convenient.
Rooms at the first floor are a bit too dark for my taste, but very well furnished in the stile of the building.
Breakfast at the hotel was good, but can be chosen from a list of about 10 choices only.
Itโs a very good choice of stay in the city - I do recommend.

We decided to stay here for the new year to escape Manila and the loud festivities. It was indeed quiet and that was nice. Staff was nice enough and helpful. Although at times it felt like they didn't really know what was going on most of the time. We asked if there were any new year activities planned and they said there weren't any. Which wasn't surprising since there were animals and loud noise would have scared them. But I would have at least expected some type of greeting the new year event at the restaurant for the guests. Like a small gathering and a countdown. Maybe some champagne or cider. But no. Nothing at all. There was also no explanation on the inclusions for the stay. Like how to feed the animals or tours. Nothing was offered. You had to ask them about it. The rooms were OK and clean. Comfy and the hot shower was working. But for some odd reason they didn't think to have phones in the room? You can't call the front desk or the restaurant. You have to physically walk there or call them with your own cellphone. Which was definitely frustrating. The pool was dirty. Looks nice in the pictures but there was grime and sludge in the pool. The food was so/so. So we decided not to order anything. The free breakfast was also so/so. Watery soup, watery juice, and the food itself was just pretty plain. They never fully filled the buffet area. They would only add a small amount whenever it was empty or near empty. So I was afraid that maybe if you get there a bit late they wouldn't refill the buffet and you'd be stuck with whatever was left. There was also no bread station or choices for drinks. No cereal and milk. Their free shuttle to Calle crisologo also only went up to 8pm for pick up. I mean that's like the bare minimum. That's when the fun begins really. So best to take your own vehicle instead. We didn't visit the Baluarte since it wasn't really explained to us and when we checked out we asked if it was still possible to get a tour with them and their golf carts/electric vehicles but they said no. They were charging and none was available. But honestly I think they just lied since we already checked out. So overall it was an OK stay since it was quiet and relaxing and I was with my family and kids and they enjoyed the animals. Would I stay again? Probably not unless someone else is paying. All the brochures made a big deal of the animals etc but they never really explained anything about it so it was just a regular hotel thing for me with random animals around.

The accommodation embodies the essence of a traditional Spanish house, and our desire to experience the old Philippines is what draws us to Vigan. As a restaurateur, I find it particularly disheartening to wake up and discover that breakfast is โmanaged.โ After years in the industry, I know that in some cultures, this approach can be quite insulting. Guests should either have their meals plated with options or enjoy a true buffet experience, rather than having their choices restricted to a single spoonful of meat or rice, or just a couple of small pieces of longganisa. Mornings are crucial for setting the tone for the day, and starting off on a negative note can spoil the rest of it, even if just for a while. Weโve encountered this frustrating situation two mornings in a row, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Additionally, the staff has been unfriendly, and there seems to be a lack of hotel-quality discipline and finesse. This hotel is only managed by caretaker who has not got a clue. The caretaker is lovely.

RraskolnikovDeomar is a definitely a good find. Price is really reasonable (though website price is not updated and I had to add a few bucks upon check in, which is negligible). Location is very good, which is just biking distance to the Heritage village, and yes, they lend visitors bikes free of use.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and notably quiet and relaxing. Staff are very nice and accomodating, too. Its a high five!
