I have booked for my family and friends 3 rooms, 1 in trip.com for my father and additional 2 rooms u der *********** to my sister and friends. We like zuri on sense of family friendly and its location.
The price has a bit difference from its site, and the two apps.
By the way this is at least 5 times we stayed here for 2 years.
The only complaint we have at this time is the cleanliness, specially the food. There is cockroach on my brothers soup, he already partially consumed. He handed over to the kitchen staff, they also immediately get the food from the buffet as to my brother. Though minimum could be atleast someone will come over for apologies. Nada. Seems service protocol is not in place for 4 star hotel. We always like the local spread of breakfast buffet here.
Apart from those, my family and friends still have a good stay.

I requested a room that has a nice view and the property didn't fail me.. We can see the city up from our room. The staff are so friendly as well. They always wear a smile whenever we see them. The property is secured as well and clean. Thank you for the wonderful stay

The location is good, near the night-out areas, fast food chains, and a mall (SM). The hotel was clean and organized. However, the only downside is their lack of responsiveness across all forms of communication. Phone calls just ring without being answered, and their landline, website, and Facebook pages are equally unresponsive. Despite a slight delay due to a problem with the keycard, the stay itself was great. The rooms are clean, and the staff are nice and polite. The greatest selling point is their cheap price.

The room smells so romantic..the services are good. I don't have any problem upon staying there. The food serve on the dining area is very appetizing, and the crews are very respectful. I had a very nice stay in Seda and the people from the guards, front desk officers, and crews are very courteous.

Location is good if you want to travel within Iloilo city. Super accessible for everything. Deluxe room is so spacious and comfortable. Lobby is the best. Crew is super bait and accomodating. Resto besides the hotel is super good. Price is cheap but the serving is super madami and offcourse food is super namit. Highly recommended for staycation also. If you want to have a party at night place is super suitable. Thank you Mo2 for the very relaxing place.๐ฅฐ

Front desk service: There is none outside the standard 8AM to 5PM office hours. You'll be lucky if somebody actually picks up the line. Having stayed here for quarantine purposes and not being allowed to step out of the room, this โno serviceโ is a big no no. Non-front desk staff: The bell hop is pro active in bringing up ordered food. I gambled with ordering food from the outside as I couldn't order food from the hotel simply because there was nobody picking up the line. Luckily, the bell hop would bring up the food ordered from the outside. I would've starved if they didn't bring the food up. Room: Everything is old. The bed was not comfortable. The fridge had to be changed as it was not working. The cable tv line up was really bad as well. The floor was dusty. Room slippers? They're old and crumbly. The moment I slipped my feet in them, they ripped. I just laughed it off as I was just tired getting upset anymore. Breakfast: Better order food from the outside. I was told that the food in this place is good. Fake news. Will I consider going back to this place? If there is another quarantine hotel, I wouldn't stay in Hotel del Rio anymore.

PPengguna TetamuI'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

CChristopherAt checkin, we had to ask to exchange to the room we booked. Walls are thin, our room next to cleaning staff rest area. Very noisy. Late at night and early in the morning at 7am, they knocked on our door asking to โcheck water heater โ. I told them nothing was wrong with it, but knocked again an hour later. It was very scary, as if they wanted to get into our room.
Front desk apologized but did not have an explanation of why the water heater needed to be checked. Will not stay again.

LLehcar23We booked in this hotel because it has a family room and we haven't been here before. We were not expecting much as the price was cheapest among our other choices. However, we were a bit amazed of what it offers, from the courteous and helpful staff,to the spacious and clean family room.
The room was I think 40sq.m more or less, with 2 single beds and a sofa, small table with glasses and cups and saucers., a smart TV with wifi connection, and a toilet & bath, terrace, and another room with King bed and it's own toilet & bath, and terrace also. There were 2 air-conditioning units, 1 in the main room while the other 1 is in the masters bedroom. There were toiletries, towels, shower, bidet in the bathrooms. There was no ref nor oven but there's a water heater and welcome drinks (water & coffee๐).
The building was quite old but surprisingly clean, same with the curtains, towels and beddings.
There was an elevator going to our floor.
Outside, theres a swimming pool, a bar, a coffee shop and resto but we were not able to explore any of those since we were so excited to roam around the city as the hotel is in the Iloilo City Proper.
Its location was very accessible as the Jeep from Jaro to the downtown passes in front of the hotel, among other jeepneys.it is also walking distance to the Gaisano City Mall, St Clements Church, and a lot of shopping malls at the other side.

Medyo pangit lang yung tiles sa 3rd Floor especially pag naglalakad ka sa Hallway, rinig na rinig foot step mo pag nasa room ka kasi parang mababasag yung tiles. Also yung sounds nyu sa loob ng room rinig na rinig sa labas. Kulang ng sound proof yung pintuan.

RRob BAlthough the hotel LOOKS nice and is well designed, it is so poorly operated and managed it really ruined our stay. It all started at checkin when on my booking I had requested two adjoining or adjacent rooms as we have 4 small kids and total 7 in our party. I was given two rooms on two different floors. It wasn't until I complained loudly and explained my written request that they finally accommodated us. They only gave us one key for each room and since the room requires a card key for power and air con I asked for an additional key to which they wanted more money. It went down hill badly from there. When we got to the room the kids quickly realized that both rooms doors never locked and anyone could just walk in our rooms without a key. (This was recurring throughout the stay) Next was that the room air con remotes didn't work because the batteries were dead. Next were the non working TV's. And then the broken safe. Then the non working refrigerators. After that was the non-existent hot water. That one really pissed me off as the staff decided that I was an ***** that didn't know how to operate a faucet and they were going to teach me how to turn it on after I had waited over 10 + minites for hot water in the shower, bathtub and sink. How insulting and belittling to me to think that I don't know how to turn on hot water. Ultimately the hot water that evening was at only 37c. The errors continued throughout the evening until bed with the room, towels, internet, etc. During that evening I asked to speak to a manager about my issues as they were far too numerous but I was told there wasn't one available until Friday. So I told them I wanted an appointment on Friday. Our next morning we went to the restaurant for our included breakfast. Although there were 9 workers from my count and only 4 guests we got zero service at all. Not to mention the food was all cold. Their selection was purely Philippino and very few options either. My kids had toast for breakfast. We then went swimming in their pool. It's a nice view there on top but unfortunately there were no towels for us and the bathrooms were disgusting with no way for us to wipe or clean ourselves. Can't imagine how many get back in the pool like that. Surprisingly, they did have hot water there. When we returned to the room, none of our room keys worked for either room. We got news keys again. Then as we were getting ready to leave I realized that one of the keys they gave me could actually open ANY ROOM IN THE HOTEL. I asked one of the front desk people to accompany me while I showed them and they KNEW they had given me a master key and were ok with it. What ??? Later that morning we left for the day and returned at 430pm. I anticipated meeting the manager upon my return but unfortunately they arrived at 2 and left at 4 and they decided since I left the hotel I didn't need the manager anymore. Upon returning to the room we found out that the room doors were unlocked

LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a โpocket wi-fiโ. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
