I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. Front desk officers were loudly chatting, laughing, and even eating while guests were checking in and out. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful atmosphere for future guests.

MO2 Westown Hotel in Iloilo offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers seeking relaxation and nightlife. During my recent stay at Injap hotel, I found the experience to be quite pleasant overall, though there were a few areas where improvements could be made. Well, Check-in was smooth, and the staff made every effort to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. The room itself was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel's location was another significant advantage. It is onveniently situated in front of SM City Iloilo. Overall, our stay at Injap was a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and would consider staying there again in the future.

The location is good, near the night-out areas, fast food chains, and a mall (SM). The hotel was clean and organized. However, the only downside is their lack of responsiveness across all forms of communication. Phone calls just ring without being answered, and their landline, website, and Facebook pages are equally unresponsive. Despite a slight delay due to a problem with the keycard, the stay itself was great. The rooms are clean, and the staff are nice and polite. The greatest selling point is their cheap price.

The room smells so romantic..the services are good. I don't have any problem upon staying there. The food serve on the dining area is very appetizing, and the crews are very respectful. I had a very nice stay in Seda and the people from the guards, front desk officers, and crews are very courteous.

The hotel amenities is limited only to the Gym, swimming pool and sauna. It’s location is quite excellent if you tend to go on shopping, bar hoping and visits to car dealers in nearby areas. It is also a few minutes away to Festive Walk. Very convenient also for people coming from and to the Iloilo International Airport. Buffet breakfast is not that grand, probably early morning there are plenty of foods choices but when you come to take your breakfast a bit later in the morning, the availability of foods are becoming lesser. Express check out is not the name of the game at Zuri. Guests should wait a minimum of 5 minutes to confirm that the room you have slept in is free from damage, lost items and the linens are stains free. Staffs are very welcoming, polite and friendly.

As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. i got to stay for two nights in this hotel and it was as pleasant as expected. i loved the smell of their bed linens and bathroom towels. the scent of their toilet upon first entry, however, is kinda moldy. the type you encounter when a room is kept closed for soooo looong.... there were no shower cap & sewing kit in the toilet amenities. i had to ask housekeeping for these items and voila.. they brought me what i needed in two minutes tops. well done! i had a view of the midrise buildings within the area. it kept me reminded that i was rather billeted in one of the uppermost floors. nice! had there been somebody who assisted me with my luggage, i would have given this hotel a perfect score. i would be coming back.

I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

Although the hotel LOOKS nice and is well designed, it is so poorly operated and managed it really ruined our stay. It all started at checkin when on my booking I had requested two adjoining or adjacent rooms as we have 4 small kids and total 7 in our party. I was given two rooms on two different floors. It wasn't until I complained loudly and explained my written request that they finally accommodated us. They only gave us one key for each room and since the room requires a card key for power and air con I asked for an additional key to which they wanted more money. It went down hill badly from there. When we got to the room the kids quickly realized that both rooms doors never locked and anyone could just walk in our rooms without a key. (This was recurring throughout the stay) Next was that the room air con remotes didn't work because the batteries were dead. Next were the non working TV's. And then the broken safe. Then the non working refrigerators. After that was the non-existent hot water. That one really pissed me off as the staff decided that I was an ***** that didn't know how to operate a faucet and they were going to teach me how to turn it on after I had waited over 10 + minites for hot water in the shower, bathtub and sink. How insulting and belittling to me to think that I don't know how to turn on hot water. Ultimately the hot water that evening was at only 37c. The errors continued throughout the evening until bed with the room, towels, internet, etc. During that evening I asked to speak to a manager about my issues as they were far too numerous but I was told there wasn't one available until Friday. So I told them I wanted an appointment on Friday. Our next morning we went to the restaurant for our included breakfast. Although there were 9 workers from my count and only 4 guests we got zero service at all. Not to mention the food was all cold. Their selection was purely Philippino and very few options either. My kids had toast for breakfast. We then went swimming in their pool. It's a nice view there on top but unfortunately there were no towels for us and the bathrooms were disgusting with no way for us to wipe or clean ourselves. Can't imagine how many get back in the pool like that. Surprisingly, they did have hot water there. When we returned to the room, none of our room keys worked for either room. We got news keys again. Then as we were getting ready to leave I realized that one of the keys they gave me could actually open ANY ROOM IN THE HOTEL. I asked one of the front desk people to accompany me while I showed them and they KNEW they had given me a master key and were ok with it. What ??? Later that morning we left for the day and returned at 430pm. I anticipated meeting the manager upon my return but unfortunately they arrived at 2 and left at 4 and they decided since I left the hotel I didn't need the manager anymore. Upon returning to the room we found out that the room doors were unlocked
