Our stay there was comfortable and convenient.
Message to the owner:
I hope room #2 will be able to have an AC that is installed correctly. Our only problem was the AC was needed to be turned off every time someone is cooking since the back unit was indoor kitchen installed.

Great location close to all downtown festival activities. Hotel has many amenities including breakfast buffet. Very disappointed with the flooding in the bathroom from blocked shower drain everyday and with managements response. Talked with others who complained about the same issue. Food was ok but expected higher quality due to online ratings and customer reviews.

My young son loves to swim and this place really did it for him. Great place for families with young kids as they have a pool play area in addition to two lap/swimming pools which also has kiddie pool adjacent to them. Pools are obviously well-maintained and clean. A lot of events being held when we visited so the place was kind of full - and yet not too overcrowded. We stayed overnight in one of their very spacious family suite- which is a little bit far away from all the bustle so we did had a quiet evening. Loads of options for food, which are fairly good. The place has really great potential, it just needs some few renovations and maintenance on some areas to maximise the features. Will definitely go back again with family or perhaps group of friends. Shout out to Christy Gustillo at the front office as well as to our waitress (who I regrettably missed to take the name) for a really great customer service.

This accommodation was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The location was okay with a handy grocery store across the road and many large food outlets. There is no room service and no breakfast at this hotel
I still had a wonderful experience here at GT hotel.

We really had a great time staying here, I super love the place, smells super nice , it feels like home im gonna stay there again once we came back i highly recommend this place, super neat and clean to the point that sobrang sarap ng tulog mo the place is super quite. And malapit sya sa lahat so its a big plus .

I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. Thanks to Hello Mga Beshies for the recommendation on where to stay in Iloilo. :)

Ggibo_27We had a great stay at Zuri Hotel. We arrived early at the place, so we taught of leaving our things first at the lobby then go out for lunch before checking in. But luckily we were allowed early check-in which is 4 hours before the actual check in time.
Location is great - situated at the side of SM Iloilo and just near various restaurants and attractions. Staffs are great as well.
The hotel amenities are still in good condition. Flat iron and ironing board are both available at the room.
The only negative thing for me would be that the shower heater is not so strong.
Buffet bfast is great - with a wide variety of delicious food, and they offer different food in other days. Another great thing with the hotel is the rooftop infinity pool with a pool bar and jacuzzi. This is a plus.
Will surely recommend this hotel and will surely come back!

PPengguna TetamuI'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

IIslandsoulAt checkin, we had to ask to exchange to the room we booked. Walls are thin, our room next to cleaning staff rest area. Very noisy. Late at night and early in the morning at 7am, they knocked on our door asking to “check water heater “. I told them nothing was wrong with it, but knocked again an hour later. It was very scary, as if they wanted to get into our room.
Front desk apologized but did not have an explanation of why the water heater needed to be checked. Will not stay again.

Very good, they nice room, the interior is queenly.
the downside is you can hear the other rooms talking or if they're flushing their toilet.
Pool area, is very nice too as it is near the bar.
They have TV and I was ecstatic coz the netflix is working 😄

We never try as we always go out to dine
Staff:
Amiable, but during our check-in we waited for a bit coz no one was around the front desk area.
Overall of our is awesome.
And it is worth the price👌

PPengguna TetamuOur family have a walk in in this hotel and all staff both front office, housekeepers and in room dinning are accommodating! 5 star for this hotel.. My kid Zach really enjoy the pool experience.. Special mention on the guard who assist as when the parking was full..

LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a ”pocket wi-fi”. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
