I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. Front desk officers were loudly chatting, laughing, and even eating while guests were checking in and out. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful atmosphere for future guests.

Front desk service: There is none outside the standard 8AM to 5PM office hours. You'll be lucky if somebody actually picks up the line. Having stayed here for quarantine purposes and not being allowed to step out of the room, this ”no service” is a big no no. Non-front desk staff: The bell hop is pro active in bringing up ordered food. I gambled with ordering food from the outside as I couldn't order food from the hotel simply because there was nobody picking up the line. Luckily, the bell hop would bring up the food ordered from the outside. I would've starved if they didn't bring the food up. Room: Everything is old. The bed was not comfortable. The fridge had to be changed as it was not working. The cable tv line up was really bad as well. The floor was dusty. Room slippers? They're old and crumbly. The moment I slipped my feet in them, they ripped. I just laughed it off as I was just tired getting upset anymore. Breakfast: Better order food from the outside. I was told that the food in this place is good. Fake news. Will I consider going back to this place? If there is another quarantine hotel, I wouldn't stay in Hotel del Rio anymore.

Simple and sorrounded by bars and resto that you can chill in. Please improve and spray for insects..like small cockroach 🪳🪳

The hotel was fantastic! Looks like a 5-star hotel with amazing service. There were 2 mac computers in the lobby for use, wifi was strong and stable, hotel elevators require your room card before you can visit each floors so it’s gives you a sense of security as well. The room was neat and clean. Though the water heater is not working properly so we had to shower in the cold water. Brr! Overall, had an amazing stay since its so close to stores and restaurants for ease of access.

The location is good, near the night-out areas, fast food chains, and a mall (SM). The hotel was clean and organized. However, the only downside is their lack of responsiveness across all forms of communication. Phone calls just ring without being answered, and their landline, website, and Facebook pages are equally unresponsive. Despite a slight delay due to a problem with the keycard, the stay itself was great. The rooms are clean, and the staff are nice and polite. The greatest selling point is their cheap price.

We are generally satisfied with the service we got from Injap Hotel considering the price we paid. It's locati9n is very much accessible. Since we have kids, they would always want to stroll in SM... we just have to cross the street from the hotel and we'll already reach SM. The food is average. They offer decent meal for a free breakfast that comes with the accomodation. We have 1 declared extra person but we were not asked to pay for the accomodation anymore. We just paid for the breakfast that the extra person consumed. Kids 5 under are free so my 2 kids are freeThanks! Pool is good but i think its needs improvement. There are repairs to be done. So far, I am satisfied with our stay... thank you Injap Tower for being our comfy space in Iloilo.

The hotel amenities is limited only to the Gym, swimming pool and sauna. It’s location is quite excellent if you tend to go on shopping, bar hoping and visits to car dealers in nearby areas. It is also a few minutes away to Festive Walk. Very convenient also for people coming from and to the Iloilo International Airport. Buffet breakfast is not that grand, probably early morning there are plenty of foods choices but when you come to take your breakfast a bit later in the morning, the availability of foods are becoming lesser. Express check out is not the name of the game at Zuri. Guests should wait a minimum of 5 minutes to confirm that the room you have slept in is free from damage, lost items and the linens are stains free. Staffs are very welcoming, polite and friendly.

As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. Thanks to Hello Mga Beshies for the recommendation on where to stay in Iloilo. :)

Excellent service. Good location. Good Food. Nice Amenities. We Enjoy alot

Although the hotel LOOKS nice and is well designed, it is so poorly operated and managed it really ruined our stay. It all started at checkin when on my booking I had requested two adjoining or adjacent rooms as we have 4 small kids and total 7 in our party. I was given two rooms on two different floors. It wasn't until I complained loudly and explained my written request that they finally accommodated us. They only gave us one key for each room and since the room requires a card key for power and air con I asked for an additional key to which they wanted more money. It went down hill badly from there. When we got to the room the kids quickly realized that both rooms doors never locked and anyone could just walk in our rooms without a key. (This was recurring throughout the stay) Next was that the room air con remotes didn't work because the batteries were dead. Next were the non working TV's. And then the broken safe. Then the non working refrigerators. After that was the non-existent hot water. That one really pissed me off as the staff decided that I was an ***** that didn't know how to operate a faucet and they were going to teach me how to turn it on after I had waited over 10 + minites for hot water in the shower, bathtub and sink. How insulting and belittling to me to think that I don't know how to turn on hot water. Ultimately the hot water that evening was at only 37c. The errors continued throughout the evening until bed with the room, towels, internet, etc. During that evening I asked to speak to a manager about my issues as they were far too numerous but I was told there wasn't one available until Friday. So I told them I wanted an appointment on Friday. Our next morning we went to the restaurant for our included breakfast. Although there were 9 workers from my count and only 4 guests we got zero service at all. Not to mention the food was all cold. Their selection was purely Philippino and very few options either. My kids had toast for breakfast. We then went swimming in their pool. It's a nice view there on top but unfortunately there were no towels for us and the bathrooms were disgusting with no way for us to wipe or clean ourselves. Can't imagine how many get back in the pool like that. Surprisingly, they did have hot water there. When we returned to the room, none of our room keys worked for either room. We got news keys again. Then as we were getting ready to leave I realized that one of the keys they gave me could actually open ANY ROOM IN THE HOTEL. I asked one of the front desk people to accompany me while I showed them and they KNEW they had given me a master key and were ok with it. What ??? Later that morning we left for the day and returned at 430pm. I anticipated meeting the manager upon my return but unfortunately they arrived at 2 and left at 4 and they decided since I left the hotel I didn't need the manager anymore.
