I have been staying in this hotel for the past so many years and yet their services towards the guest has been always consistent. Food is good but bit expensive as compared to the other hotels Merina from the restaurant has been quite prompt in her services ***** with other staffs

The restaurant food at dinner was excellent. We had cut fruits and grilled fish with lemon and butter. The waiter Ataur Rahaman was gracious and had a very pleasing personality. The hotel had clean linen and bathroom. Hot water in the bathroom was 24/7.

Restaurant food, ambience and service was excellent. We were served by Mr. Ataur Rahomon. We had ordered pasta and chicken kebab which was well cooked and was served very elegantly by Mr Rahoman. On the occasion of Diwali we were obliged to have eaten here and for the first time in Imphal. The experience was awesome. Happy diwali.

Came for lunch with my family. We loved our desi style mains which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive for a vegetarian restaurant. But the service was below average and the chips were too terrible to finish. When we arrived at 8:40, we had to wait 20 minutes while they got our table ready. OK, so we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no reason to make us wait at all. We ordered the chips as a side dish and they looked delicious. But, when we tasted them, they were overcooked and swimming in oil so we left most !

The food was amazing and good delicious but only you have to do fast service and the staffs was so kind and friendly and I like Rehman uncle he was kind good, hearted, honest, handsome *** going bald. Ohh wow uncle you guys are amazing very good the food was OP

Best services ever by rehman and naoba and the food was great and we had a best day ever with my family the best place for famil to spend more quality time and the staff are also great behaviour and the service was awesome had a best say wit my family

We came from germany for a week to visit some friends. Everyone was very kind to us and gave us special treatment and advice on where to go and which places to visit. They even made a plate for us with special manipurian food. It tastes so delicious. Not only this food but also the continental food which they also serve. The cook is extraordinary. The rooms are okay clean but no fridge and you can hear the noises of the streets.

The food was delicious, staff named Mr. Rahman and Mr. Jiten did very good and polite service. The hotel is very beautiful and the Classic Cafe had comforting ambience. My family was pleased with the service and food. The staff Mr. Rahman and Mr. Jiten did all of the service and was satisfying. We will surely visit again.
