Hotel berhampiran Baengnyeongdo, Incheon

Swimming pool was closed. Sad. There were no information about it on this app when we were paying for the hotel. But everything else were on point. Stuff is very friendly and kind. There are cool sauna space with the outdoor hot tab. Gym looks not like on the pictures here but it’s nice. Rooms looks cool It could 10/10 if not a swimming pool thing

Due to flight delay, we miss the last hotel shuttle, luckily we connected to airport Wi-Fi and ask family oversea to call the hotel and inform them we arrived and are waiting for our luggage also tell them we miss the last shuttle and this is our first time in Seoul we don't have the local currency, the front desk tell us we can go to the 3rd fl gate 12 for the airport shuttle or taxi and pay with visa, and she also said the latest check-in time will be 12:30, after that will result no show, but she didn't tell us that shuttle will drop you off at a subway station and there's no phone or Wi-Fi connection to contact the hotel for pick up, we waited over 15 mins in cold and rain at the station and finally around 11:00 something a lady walk out from the station and we ask for her help to call the hotel to pick us up, Thanks her!! Just imagine, We are stressed, hungry, wet and tired and they give us a room at the old Wing that have to walk a long way.....sign.... My suggestion for the front desk, do not assume all your guests know they have to make a call to the hotel to pick them up and all of them have local phone or data Sim, since you know your guests arrived and there's raining outside with cold weather at late night, you can send someone to the station and wait for them in advance. Careless service Grand Hyatt Incheon.

This hotel is very very big. The price is very reasonable for the rate that we are paying. Very big and spacious room for a good price! In addition, there are lots of facilities to be explored. Particularly the Cimer Spa complex, they have different kind of saunas with different healing functions, you will be able to spend a easy 6 hours in this complex alone. Recommend to stay in this hotel for at least the last 2 days of your trip. They serve extremely good food at their cafe too! Must TRY!

コンサートのために渡韓しましたが台風の影響で心配だったため急遽前日夜便でソウル入りし、こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。仁川空港から2駅で駅からは徒歩3分ほど。とても近くて迷うこともなく、5年ぶりの海外旅行で夜に1人で見知らぬ街に宿泊するので不安でしたが駅から近くて駅前も人通りが多くて安心しました。ホテルに向かう途中にセブンやオリヤン、イサックトーストやソルビンなどがあり買い物やご飯には困らない感じでした。チェックインが24時間対応というのも安心でした。部屋はコンパクトながらも綺麗で清潔で、大きな空気清浄機やテレビが備え付けてあり、テレビではYouTubeやネトフリやDisneyプラスが見放題。ベッドに寝ながらYouTubeを見られるのはとても快適でずっとゴロゴロしていたかったです笑。隣の部屋の声が多少聞こえましたが寝る際は気になりませんでした。フロントスタッフさんも優しかったしリーズナブルだったので、また前乗りや朝早い便の時は利用したいです。

Malangnya tiada penghawa dingin Ada pemanas udara sudah sejuk dan nyaman. Bilik air, mudah digunakan, peralatan, tidak perlu disediakan. Terdapat mesin basuh. Peti sejuk, peralatan dapur yang baik WiFi Auto.10/10 Terdapat minuman kopi percuma. H/I.Americano Ada peluang untuk memilih... Di sini... sekali lagi pasti

I absolutely loved the hotel as it was in such a quiet area with great places to get food. It’s also like a 10 minute walk to the subway station. I would definitely stay here again!

1층에 편의점, 치킨집, 도보1분권에 음식점 있어서 성수기 휴가철에 하프 오션뷰인데도 잘 쉬다왓어요 무인시스템이라 불편할수 있지만 키오스크로 체크인,아웃 다되고 침구도 푹신하고 조용해서 잘자고옴 ㅎ 단, 세대수에 비해 엘레베이터가 3대라서 엘베기다리는 시간소모가 길며.. 수압이 약한편 인것만 빼면 가성비 또올만함 ㅎ 걍 자취하는 친구 오피스텔에 온거같음 큰기대하면 실망하고 기대안하면 가격대비 훌륭함 ㅋ

The Centric Premier Suite is really ideal for small groups. Two rooms two bathrooms - perfect for 2-4 people. The room we got was spacious and CLEAN!!!! The toiletries were of good quality and the other room amenities seemed to be new. The location was convenient in terms of proximity to restaurants and convenient stores, however, if you are looking for the full shopping experience, it’s best to go to Gangnam area in Seoul (about an hour away via taxi from here). Overall, the hotel experience was pretty comfortable. Can’t complain.

This is quite an underrated hotel, given the excellent service provision throughout my stay. It is located within walking distance from Bupyeong Station. The front desk staff were very courteous and could communicate effectively in English Language. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with a bathtub inside - rewarded myself with a little bath with a bath bomb on my last night! The breakfast was decent but delicious enough, consisting of a simple buffet spread with typical Korean dishes together with a choice of fruits, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen staff will bow and express their appreciation to guests after each breakfast service - a little greeting which heartened my morning. There are also conference and meeting rooms available for rent (for B2B guests, each sold separately). Each room is equipped with a television and wi-fi connectivity, although the internet speed and bandwidth can vary despite the 5G wi-fi network. The room was also spacious enough for 1 to 2 occupants, with a view of the subway. Rest assured that the windows are soundproof, so ongoing overnight maintenance works on the tracks would not disrupt your slumber. Love the comfortable pyjamas that guests can self-collect at the Storey 1 lobby (if necessary), together with the in-room slippers. Amenities (e.g. shampoo, hair conditioner and bath foam etc.) are also provided. Not only will I strongly recommend this hotel to you, but I would also wish to have the opportunity to rent their properties again during my next trip to Korea or Japan. From the bottom of my heart, I wish to thank everyone from the Toyoko-Inn team for making my stay a wonderful experience!

We stayed here during the height of the Covid Quarantine in South Korea. We were quarantined here for our mandatory 7-day quarantine. We were scared to death, we got off the government bus that dropped us off here. Could not tell much because everything was walled off in plastic but let me say. We got to our room, and it was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We watched ducks and boats come in and out all day. The staff although many were government workers were more than helpful. We did not get to see any of the other parts of the hotel, but from the photos it looks amazing. I rate this place high because the room was amazing, an amazing bathroom. and the service was amazing although we never got to leave the room. I would love to come back here after Covid and visit this place on our own terms. I bet it is breathtaking. The people were so helpful and the food was very good.
