UH FLAT THE SONGDO

The stay was great as always. Excellent food around the area! Recommended for all looking to stay near Incheon as it’s just half and hour from the airport.

Instructions were really unclear, including enquiry with AI bot. Should simply state no check in required at lobby & access code will be sent on day of check in if online pre check in successful. Best feature has to be the drawer laundry rack. Very useful. The stove was a nightmare with unnecessarily complex instructions (esp for foreigners) due to child lock. Good thing the team was prompt with email response. If you don't speak Korean, it is best to email. There is no light switch next to bed, so you need to get out of bed to turn off the lights. The view at night was lovely & window soundproofing was good despite the loud music from the concert at the Festival Park. However, if you are sensitive to light & sound, be ready for sleepless nights. Appliances (fridge, bathroom ventilator etc) in the apt are really loud and as they surround the bed, was affected by humming noises all night. Worse still, red & blue lights emit from the aircon, tv box & really affected my sleep. Good thing I've only stayed for 2 nights; was not gonna survive another night.

An absolute hidden gem in Songdo! Staying on a high floor gave us breathtaking, stunning views of the city. The room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and very comfortable, complete with a convenient in-room washing machine. Having The Venti coffee available nearby was such a great perk. To top it all off, having an IU-endorsed fried chicken restaurant right downstairs made ordering late-night snacks so easy and fun! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Incheon!

Check-in and check-out can be done via phone message. There are also some restaurants and a convenience store right on the first floor. The view from the room window is unrealistic; I can see how bright it is outside. I think you could enjoy the sunset from this view if the weather were better, but it rained the entire three days of my trip.

The room was spacious and clean, it was a 5-10 min walk away from the nearby metro station!

Lovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

It was far from Incheon Airport, so I had to take a bus When I arrived at the accommodation, it was a little difficult to find the entrance, but the room condition was very good If I have another chance to go, this was a place I’d like to stay at

A hotel room should be fully prepared and everything should be in proper working condition before a guest is allowed to use it. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case here. The TV was broken, the washing machine dial did not match the actual functions, and the dryer function was completely unusable. These are basic facilities that should have been checked before the room was given to a guest. To make matters worse, the security guard at the front desk was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The attitude was completely unacceptable for a hotel. I actually live in Songdo myself, so I know the area well, but honestly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Calling this a hotel room when even the basic facilities don’t work is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Frankly, even one star feels too generous.
