Browndot Airport New Town

I wouldn’t recommend. First of all the check in time is really time. You cannot check in til 8 even though you arrive like at 7:40. Towels are not cleaned properly, stains. Location: Far from subway station, more than 10 mins walk. The check-in staff do not give any instructions. No instructions on AC, lights etc. We have to figure out ourselves. FYI, for people who want to stay here, the remote control is the remote for all. They do have USB charger either, so make sure you bring the converter. No shuttle bus if you need it after 8 AM. No Breakfast

The room is cleaned. Hotel close to the airport and they provide the airport transportation. All good.

Free airport shuttle in the morning until 8.00 am, need to book in advance. Clean and big room. Free breakfast. Not far from metro. I came in Sep, there was no air-con and it was a bit hot in the room. I opened the window but there was some smell and dust so I had to close. 24 hr front desk but cannot speak basic English and did not answer.

decent location, employees were not that friendly. they have an airport sending service that runs at 5, 6, and 7am (not every day though) which was convenient. you do have to reserve via email at least 2 days in advance. liked that they had a printer. the room had some stray hairs when I uncovered the bed. also felt somewhat stuffy.

It is a clean hotel with good towels and clean bedsheets and a very large TV Screen and the location is roughly 5 minutes away from Unseo AREX station. Some of the staff are friendly, but others are not.

It represented very well what was on the photos , very clean, the beds were new. The rooms add a new hotel feel, 5 min walking from train station, great value.

The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located near the airport and convenience stores. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle service, making the overall stay very convenient and comfortable.

My sister and i did enjoy staying at this hotel its very close to food places. Close to airport as well.

A bit far away from the station, but nice staffs and good amenities, comfortable room and beds. The toilet was easily clogged, but the staff was so responsive.
