Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City

Good service with airport shuttle transfer and location. Staff are all friendly and helpful

The location is ideal for overnight layover. The hotel offers free shuttle bus that is immediately located right outside of T2 when exiting the airport’s arrival area. The bus schedule runs every 30min and is only a 15min commute from airport to hotel. Overall, hotel staff were friendly and spoke English very well. There is a bar which also serves food in case you arrive in the late evening, and a ****** for those looking to pass time.

Evertyhing is perfect but irks me a bit to get money for toothbrush and razor in the name of sustainibility

This is a beautiful and convenient hotel!!!!! The staff service was exceptional, and despite having arrived at 5:30am on crutches and a sprained ankle, Elin at the front desk and the various attendants were incredibly accommodating and helped me get settled and carry my bags. The airport shuttle was incredibly convenient, and I enjoyed being able to quickly go over to Paradise City and enjoy the luxurious complex amenities and Cimer! I highly recommend this for transit passengers like me, who would like to maximize their time in Incheon with convenience!

Check in was very quick and room was spacious and modern. We had a goodnight sleep and it’s nice eating dining & shopping at paradise city. The gym is well equipped. Overall a good stay.

This hotel is now part of the Paradise City brand. The room was large so there was plenty of space to spread out open suitcases. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Nice and clean with a big bathtub in a comfortably-sized bathroom. Fairly firm mattress with clean covers. Paradise City is across the road and worth visiting.

Hotel service was pretty good, but my reservation was not booked somewhere between Trip.com and the front desk I had to wait a very long time to get to my room after a 15 hour flight. Very frustrating and lacking professionalism. Facilities were good and location was close to the airport and the Paradise City ****** and local restaurants

only thing is need to check out earlier... normal ud you come with family is better

I came to Paradise City for the One Universe festival and chose the hotel due to its location near the concert venue. If you want to experience Paradise City in Incheon, it's the perfect location, and with the free airport shuttle bus, it is very convenient to travel to and from the airport. The rooms are quite big and clean, and the staff are very helpful and positive. The complementary 50% Wonderbox and CIMER Spa were also great, if you want to experience the Aqua Spa and amusement park at the neighbouring Paradise City Hotel. The breakfast was also great, including Asian cuisine to intercontinental breakfast options such as noodle and eggs station were my favourite. Coming from Hong Kong, I really liked that they also had egg tarts! Thank you for providing me a great weekend getaway experience!
