Hotel di Incheon City, Incheon

The hotel is located right next to Chinatown, which feels like a rather vibrant part of Incheon. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and small bars around. While there are also many museums, they didn't seem to have much to offer.

The hotel is a very short walk from the subway station. About 150m to 200m. However, the area is far from everything. However, many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. Check in was smooth. The room was quite clean except for the carpet which was very soiled. Only liquid soap and shampoo provided; no other toiletries. Two bottles of water, tea and coffee provided but no sugar or milk. We requested the room to be cleaned but all they did was empty the garbage, replace the towels and the coffee/tea. No replacement water and they don't make the bed. The star rating on Trip.com is 4 star but at the hotel the rating is stated as 5 star. Not even a proper 4 star in my view. Check out was again very smooth.

The room is spacious, but the cleaning was average, the front desk attitude was mediocre, and the location is somewhat out of the way

Actually, everything else was satisfactory. However, the room had a bit of a smell. It was a bit musty, and it felt like they'd covered up some smell with some other air freshener. I think it was the smell of cigarettes. So, I opened the window to air out when I went out, but the smell persisted, and I don't know where it was coming from. Other than that, I was overall satisfied. The location was the best part, being close to my destination. There was also a nearby restaurant that opened early, which was also a plus.

Location: there are walking distanced supermarket-emart, local supermarket, but didn’t see variety of restaurants. Need to take bus to go to nearby district like sinpo market for more restaurants, but I order delivery most of the time so it’s fine for me. From airport to the hotel needs transfer bus. Taxi from hotel to airport cost 39500won fyi. Staff and service: very good, actually need to self service for check in, rmb to check email for the instructions. Staffs are very helpful and efficiently though. I emailed them about questions and they replied promptly. Room: clean and nice smell, fully equipped with what you need in a home, Seaview, only one thing needed to improve which is the shower head, usually 9/10 of the Seoul hotel equipped with super strong pressured shower head but the room I stay this time is weak and made me a bit disappointed. Overall I love the experience with this hotel(apt)

Good location to staying near ICN airport (30min driving) and there are many restaurants near hotel Reasonable price. recommend near Namdong Industry Park for biz travel.

Arrived late afternoon, left early next morning, not enough time to explore the area. But with many skips and eateries around, next to a train station. Not bad

It was quiet and clean. I stayed here with my daughter after visiting Munhak Stadium, and she was so happy! The front desk staff were so friendly and made me feel welcome. It was great! I'd love to stay here again! It's a short walk from the baseball stadium! There are plenty of restaurants nearby!

The price was cheap and the staff at the counter were so friendly that I used it comfortably !! The bedding was clean and soundproof, so I couldn't hear any sound from the next room. The location was between Soraepo and Soraepo-gu Comprehensive Fish Market. I couldn't eat ㅜㅜ But the check-out is 12 o'clock, which is really the best 👍🏻

I went there after the concert, and it was a bit far so it was difficult, but there were all the convenience stores, the bus stop was right in front, and there was no noise so it was really nice. There were amenities inside and a refrigerator, so it was nice.
