This is our second time in this hotel. As usual excellent service, location. Great breakfast

What a wonderful hotel. Building is new and everything is sparkling clean. Modern styling . Bed was ultra comfortable as well as high quality sheets and pillows. Breakfast was beyond expectations. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good about this hotel.

The breakfast had plenty of hot & cold options. The staff made refills continuously. I was able to use the business area next to the lobby and printed in B&W several pages with maps and guides about without a charge. There is a $5 parking charge. There was a security pole in the entrance but no security guard/post, so I don't know what was the charge for since parking is complimentary in other hotels in the area. The planes taking off were not loud at all. I was hoping to be able to see planes taking off and landing, but was told at the front desk the terrace was not open yet of (03/31/24). We really like the overall decor of the Hyatt Place brand but found some orchid/flower arrangements could be a nice addition to the tables in front of the elevators.

This hotel was 9 months old, built 6/23. No microwave !!!!!!! Tint trash cans. We were told nothing about room. We hadto figure out how to turn lights on, where ice machine was located.how to run AC. How to open shades as they were electric. The mattress was worn and the pillows were too heavy. No shelf in bathroom to put toiletries on and we brought in table from living area. We love free breakfast hotels but this one didnt cut it with taste. No coffee 24/7. If you want after breakfast hours you need to buy at bar for ridiculous prices. We will probably go back to one of our 2 favs, Hampton Inn or Springhill Suites Hotel.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were well kept and had comfortable furniture. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional.

A super convenient location right next to the airport. The staff was very friendly, they had great breakfast options, and it was very quiet. Highly recommend!

Nice place and friendly people. Not sure why they charge $5 for parking since the gates are up and the parking is open to anyone.

No problem with hotel whatsoever However 1 week before leaving the uk we called ******* and the hotel TWICE for confirmation that the hotel was aware of the time of our arrival At that time the HOTEL had no record of our booking already paid to ******* The day before we left the uk again called the hotel and ******* both confirmed our booking HOWEVER on arrival at the hotel at 1 am no record had been recorded It took the LOVELY receptionist over an hour and many phone calls to sort this THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE Your comments please
