Quick pit stop while on a road trip, everybody from valet, front desk, to housekeeping was accommodating and friendly. We came in from Chicago and didn’t arrive until 11 PM, and even the check-in was smooth. Valets who helped us were Deborah in the evening and Tommy the following morning. Quick and helpful.

The rates were a little higher than expected and the rooms a bit dated but overall was a pleasant stay. The staff is very minimal. The breakfast area has some hot options and coffee but is only manned by one individual, whom I want to note did an amazing job on her own. Its a little further walk from some downtown locations but overall a good option.

Little to fault about my experience at the Westin. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I checked in at 1am. I was upgraded to a corner suite, which was both quiet, spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel has closed its pool, I was able to run every morning down to the river; even at 6am it felt safe to run, and it was pleasant to watch the sun rise over the city. The weather was ideal throughout the stay only getting uncomfortably warm on the final day. I didn’t need the air con in the room during the night, but gave it a blast before bedtime. It was quite noisy but since I didn’t leave it on, had no impact on my sleep. I didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food, but I was given San Pellegrino sparkling water and a big bowl of popcorn as a welcome, so that was a nice surprise. The bed was huge and comfortable while the bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. Everything in Indy seems walkable, and the Westin was no exception being only 15 mins from our office on the Circle. Overall a very agreeable stay.

Nice and clean place. Be careful with the parking fee. They have a small parking lot, but if it's full they will give you a pass for the ”overflow parking” which is a parking ramp next to the hotel and try to charge you $25 for a night.

The rooms are comfortable and always clean. I’ve enjoyed every time that I’ve stayed at this hotel. The TV pairing to your streaming services, the gym, the breakfasts, and the staff are always on point. My go to when I stay in the Indy area for certain. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and within walking distance.

PPengguna TetamuOverall the stay was decent. The room was clean and newly renovated, the bed was very comfortable and the hallways were also recently renovated and inviting. The common spaces in the hotel could use some work. It really felt like different hotels between the common spaces and the hallways and rooms. The lobby is large but in desperate need of renovation. There is a pool in the lobby, which is odd in and of itself but to make it even more odd is the pool has a sign that says it is permanently closed. Additionally the former pool area is now being used as a storage space, but it is visible which is less than ideal. The lobby bar appears to be in an old conference room, which is odd given the spaciousness of the lobby. The hotel itself is in a less than ideal location with nothing around it. The room was great but I’d likely stay elsewhere next time.

KKristy MI have never stayed at a Courtyard Marriott that was so filthy in my entire life. We are Marriott rewards members, but since we booked through a third party, I think we got the shaft (hotels don't like that). We were visiting for a family reunion, and upon check-in found out the Starbucks coffee was unavailable because the breakfast area was closed down for COVID. Now, I understand Corona problems, but nowhere on their website did they mention this, however there was a Starbucks 1 mile up the street open??? After visiting with family, we came back to the hotel about 10:30pm. Exhausted I pulled back the sheets to find a stain that looked like blood or jelly. Either way, I did not want to sleep there. (see pics). Therefore, in my nightgown and leggings, I shlepped down to the front desk and asked for another room. We were given a room on the first floor (note: there is smoking in this hotel, so it travels up). After moving all of our belongings, about 11:15 pm, we checked the beds. A ok. However, the bathtub was filthy (see pics). Also, do not plan on house-service...again, was not mentioned on the website. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever again. Keep driving up the highway about a mile for a nicer Marriott.

PPengguna TetamuWhile there were little things that are to be expected at a sub-$70 priced room, the hotel was clean, neat, and in good shape. The staff was polite - although, not chatty! - and did their jobs. Location was convenient to the highway, making it good for our stay. Best of all, though, BISCUITS AND GRAVY on the breakfat menu!

PPengguna TetamuI have always recommended this hotel to everyone just because of the staff has the most amazing customer service until and I had the opportunity to speak with a general manager who is very very unprofessional but to top it all off the head housekeeper Roberto thought it was unacceptable to talk to me like I was beneath him I was trying to get into the side door to retrieve the rest of my belongings to check out he literally said to me and these are his words per Betim for me to shut the **** up or he would call the police on me who talks to someone like that I have given this Holiday Inn so much money I’ll offer the employees when I go out to buy them dinner I just I’m very respectful and for someone to talk to me like that that is so so unacceptable but if that’s the kind of people they want representing their establishment well then obvious they don’t value their customers. I will say one last thing he would not come outside and talk to me like that he hides behind the building the company so he thinks he can talk to people however he wants to and it’s acceptable when he could’ve stepped outside those doors and talk to me like that … and I am happy to give my name it is Michelle Thompson and I wouldn’t stay there ever again!!

TTracey WingerThe hotel didn’t recognize our reservation and wanted us to pay again. Then they gave us a room with two double beds instead of the king bed we reserved. Once we got a king size bed room it STUNK OF SMOKE! And the sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall.
Bonus is that it’s right across from Beef and Boards Dinner Theater.
Hopefully they complete renovations and it is better soon.

PPengguna TetamuGood for a cheap quick stay. Room was clean enough, no bugs or major issues that I usually check for when I travel. Staff was friendly but too quite a long time checking us in. Suggest to have your confirmation check in documents ready it’ll make it a lot smoother. Other than that, good experience overall
