"The hotel is not far from the Gain Bridge Fieldhouse, 3-5 minutes walk. I booked this hotel because I wanted to watch the game. The location is excellent, and all the major attractions in the city are within walking distance, including the Sailors and Soldiers Memorial, War Museum, State Museum, White River Park, City Canal, etc. I didn't expect that the downtown area of Indiana Polis is still worth walking. The hotel is a standard Hampton Inn configuration. The breakfast is the same. The bed and bedding are the same, and the quality is stable. The room is also relatively large. Overall satisfied 👍"

"Better than expected! The room had a microwave and fridge, and there was a vending machine downstairs, which was really convenient for a quick bite. The hotel's gym and pool were well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the pool open until 11 pm. The only downsides were the lack of nearby restaurants, with just one American bar that didn't serve lunch. Also, one side of the hotel faces a busy road, and the rooms along that side are right by a traffic light, so you could constantly hear the noise of cars starting and stopping."

"Overall, there weren't any major issues. It was a few days late, so I don't remember the exact details, but overall it felt normal, and the stay was quite comfortable. This was a stopover on the way to Chicago; I intentionally detoured through this area, passing through a state capital, and tried a century-old steakhouse, St. Elmo. The restaurant was huge, even having a basement level, and the food was good. I had breakfast at First Watch outside, which was very enjoyable. I mainly explored the area around Baihe Island; the main attractions were in the city center. The hotel's location in the city center was quite convenient."

"The room is very large, but the facilities are relatively simple. I don’t like this hotel, valet parking is 45/day. The parking lot next to it actually only charges $10. The hot water pressure is too low and the water is very small, making bathing uncomfortable. The soundproofing effect of the room was very poor, and the passengers upstairs kept walking around, making me unable to sleep well all night. The room lacked bath towels and had to go to the front desk to get them. Unless you have a family and need an extra sofa bed, it is really not recommended. Breakfast is standard American style, so-so, not as good as the reviews say."

"Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The assistant manager, Beatrice, was unprofessional and rude from the start. Our room was not ready at check-in and we were told it would be delayed due to cleaning, but no timeframe was provided. We ended up waiting over an hour. When we were finally given a room, the one light was not functioning. I requested a room change, which was accommodated only then—despite the fact that I had asked about alternate rooms at check-in and was told none were available. It became clear that other rooms were available. Breakfast was also subpar: the food was dry, lukewarm, and unappetizing, and there was insufficient seating for the guests present. Additionally, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which was not disclosed in advance. Had we known this, we would have chosen a different property altogether. The carpets are stained and there is trash laying around in the lifts. The bedding is creased and based on everything else we observed, we wondered if it was cleaned ahead of our stay. I do want to note that Trip.com was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and worked with us to address the situation. Unfortunately, due to the overall experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"Came for the eclipse, and was one of the few hotels not gpuging prices that nite. Cllean, quiet, in a nice location. Nice walkway behind the hotel for a morning jog. Wish these hotels would throw in a lite breakfast without buying the restaurant fare."
