This hotel honestly has the best staff. I stay at quite a few hotels during my work travels and when my mother and I stayed here I felt like I was cared about as the guest. Although it was a little bumpy at check-in, the guy manager helped the gal check me in (she may have been new) and fixed the credit card issue. Because of our delayed check-in, he offered us a drink and he paid for it. I will always return to this hotel when I travel to Indianapolis even though it's out of our way. I recommend this location because of the access to 465 and that area.

I liked having the extra space and table. The bed was comfortable and TV channel choices were solid. The breakfast was decent. The staff was also nice. Now for the negatives. The property is a little worn and could use a makeover. Getting in and out is a bit of a pain being on a busy road. Also, and I know there was only so much the staff can do, another guest decided to park a truck and trailer right up front taking out six spaces right up front. That person should have been told to move and park in the back of the lot. I may or may not have left a note under the wiper blade ”questioning his decision making” and we'll leave it at that. End of the day, I could have done a lot worse. I would give it another shot.

Great experience I'm always surprised when a visit at any hotel goes as well as this one. The lady who took care of us (Debbie) was wonderful to work with: attentive and helpful, very pleasant. The facility was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was the right temperature and worth taking advantage of. Check-in and checkout were effortless. The ice machine worked and was in an area that did not disturb other guests. I have only good things to say about this location.

My rental truck broke down and I needed a place to stay, I came across this location and had been a very stress free and relaxing visit. Kalie and Jodie have been very exceptional and very professional staff, always have a smile!!! Very helpful when my truck keeps getting delayed in the shop and making sure I still have a room to stay in. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Rooms are clean, smell fresh, non smoked in. Another bonus is Walmart is within walking distance, and several places to eat within walking distance. The standard kind room didn’t have a fridge or microwave, but the upgraded king has them. This is also a pretty quiet location. Thank you Jodie and Kalie for making my stay a pleasant one!!!
