I recently stayed at The Grand Shaurya in Indore, and it was a very disappointing experience. The rooms are incredibly small and uncomfortable. What made it worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, especially Sonia Banwari. She lacked basic manners and made us feel like an inconvenience. The overall service was poor, and the amenities did not match the advertised standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Indore.

I recently stayed at The Grand Shaurya in Indore and was very disappointed. The staff, especially Sonia Banwari, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the rooms were very small and cramped, making for an uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options in Indore with superior service and accommodations.

Ac was not working, there is a pub just below the hotel due to which it’s very noisy at night. Food was ok

Rooms ar smaller compared to other hotels with same terrif, food is too much costlier, the rates are almost double then surrounding hotels, other than bath towels they didn't provided hand towels

Very nice hotel and restaurant to stay and eat. Room quality and service was too good the hotel has one of the best restaurant firangi has the best food quality and dj music.

1. Cleanliness was issue, bathroom exhaust was not working, which caused bed smell in room throughout the stay. Requested repair but no luck. 2. No bathroom mats were given, evem requesting multiple times. 3. Bathroom quality was not good. All the fittings were very old and tight and were not conviniwnt
4. Floor remain sticky, i think mopping is also not done properly. 5. I have to request changing of bedsheets as they were not clean when we checked in. 6. Rating this average only because i had good experience with kitchen staff, food was very tasty and fresh, alzo the staff was able to take instructions and provided very good service. I booked the property as it is rayed 4 star, as per my experience it is not-even 3 star quality stay.
