As before also I stay and I like so that whenever I visit Indore I like to stay in same hotel

Stayed for 4 nights, generally went to seek Darshan of MahaKaleshwar and Omkareshwar, making the base at this property. Some points which will help you to know about this property: Location: Perfect, in a posh area of VijayNagar and easily accessible to all tourists spots in Indore and “Chowpati” was only 2 minutes walking. Hospitality: Perfect,all staffs and members were cordial,very supportive and well mannered.Will go an extra yard to help you and to make you feel comfortable. Interior: Sober and Elegant.Good room size,standard toiletries,comfortable bed and prompt room service. Food : Delicious and Hygienic.They have 5 different restaurants, 1 Rooftop restaurant and a Pub. I had used there 4 restaurants, in all the food was tasty and provided fairly good quantity. The Pub “54 Under Verse” had an electric environment. Great decor and played some great numbers. And they provide some great discount, if one is staying in their property. “Blue Lagoon” restaurant by the pool has some great vibes particularly during evening. Rooftop restaurant was so calming and have a great view of the entire Indore city. Amenities: You name it, they have it. Swimming Pool,Gym,Squash court, Table Tennis,Kids playing area, Yoga room, Billiard Room, Cards room and they have a Bowling arena too with gaming parlour and a Café. One can avail all facilities and can spend hours particularly if you are with Kids. Breakfast Spread : Again very Lavish with live counters and local delicacies like Sabudana Khichdi, Poha with Jalebi and lots of other items. Service was prompt and have a good manpower to look after your needs. Pricing: I think from Room to Food,all was reasonably charged taking into consideration the quality and standard they provide Overall it was a wonderful stay, no complaints and no suggestions for any improvement as they are doing great. Just keep the great services and hospitality intact.

Wow crest, really made say WOW , when I saw the inside. It's different. You see whole building from lobby. I had good experience with reservation. They complied with my need of reservation. I am thankfull to Adi Mathur and Nicky Pandey. Shreya did the good job and made checking very quickly. That really soothed our fatigue. Sous Chef, deepak diwaker, promptly accepted my request for serving pure jain and food without onion Garlic. And also offered to prepare food of our choice Dinner spread is excellent. Room is nice. I am thankfull to hotel for upgrading my room. And fruit basket they served. First time in my experience with IHCL, toiletries and fridge were not stocked properly. I am not complaining for this, but bringing this to notice of management. Break fast was good. All items were good and tasty.

Excellent stay. Clean rooms. Humble staff. Within city centre. Stayed for 3 days, my family enjoyed the stay. They also provided early checkin option. Surprise was balloons arranged for my 1 year nephew, he enjoyed a lot. Carry back a warm memory of my stay there.

One of the elegant resort properties in Indore with lush of greenery and gardens, well managed facility with a satisfying view of pool side restaurant from window. Property is mostly used for private parties and events due to its attractive architecture & guest capacity. We had a pleasant stay at this resort with a taste of good food. Rooms are compact yet comfortable loaded with basic facilities, cleanliness was good while service can be definitely improved. Ratings on stay & restaurant(out of 10) Stay

Overall it was great experience Divya is very welcoming and polite ...we are totally happy and satisfied with the hospitality pool and gym was also very nice liked the pond view ..hotel location is little far from the city but the hospitality was very nice and satisfactory we will highly recommended

Dolly Chouksey assisted us on the restaurant. She was quite helpful, sweet and humble. She made our day a perfect one! Thanks to Dolly for the wonderful service. The food and services were good. They kept on asking if we need any assisstance. Sheraton has good staffs! Keep it up!
