"Stayed at this hotel during the National Day holiday, specifically for the pool, but it was closed. I don't understand why they didn't fix it beforehand. The room had a view of Kai Tak Sports Park. Without any events happening, the hotel felt a bit underwhelming. Although they gave us Michelin meal vouchers, the value for money wasn't great. Other than Kai Tak Sports Park, the area around the hotel is pretty desolate."

"Pros and cons: Pros: · The room itself was lovely and offered a great view. · A special thank you to the housekeeping staff member from Mainland China on November 5, 2025. She was an absolute angel—always smiling, highly attentive, and even asked if there was anything she could do better. Her attitude was, without a doubt, the best I have encountered across thousands of hotel stays worldwide. · At check-out, Front Desk Staff Dordon (not sure of the spelling; he is from Canada and was wearing a navy blue uniform) provided excellent service with a professional and friendly attitude. Cons: · At check-in, I specifically requested a room above the swimming pool, as that was the primary reason I booked this hotel after seeing the pictures online. However, the front desk staff member, Jimmy, assigned me a room in the East Tower, near the Ocean Park rollercoaster. Upon entering, I immediately realized it was not what I had asked for and called to request a change. Jimmy said he would check for availability, so I went down to the lobby to wait. After a 30-minute wait, I was finally reassigned to a room in the West Tower above the swimming pool—which was my original request. It's worth noting that all swimming pool view rooms are in the West Tower, not the East Tower. · Unfortunately, my new room was one of the noisiest. There were two staff access doors directly opposite my room, one of which was for loading laundry, resulting in constant, loud door slamming. Furthermore, a drinking water station was situated very close by (the hotel does not provide bottled water), which created a continuous flow noise that was highly disruptive and unpleasant. · I was too exhausted to request another room change at that point, unsure of how long it would take, and I had commitments to attend to afterward. · Another issue occurred before check-out. On November 6 at around 11:30 AM, I called the front desk to inquire about the latest check-out time, mentioning that my flight was in the evening. A male staff member (with a Hong Kong accent, and not Jimmy or Dordon) replied abruptly, ”If you want to stay until evening, you need to pay an extra fee!!” I was taken aback by his assumption that I was trying to exploit the hotel's policy. It is common practice for hotels to offer at least a one-hour grace period. · I tried to ease the tension with a light laugh, which he mirrored. I repeated my question, clarifying that I was simply asking for the latest check-out time, to which he finally replied, ”12:30！” · This experience taught me that explaining the reason for a request can sometimes be counterproductive with certain staff, who may lack empathy and automatically assume guests are seeking special treatment. Suggestions: It appears that some of the male front desk staff in grey uniforms could benefit from additional customer service training. Working in hospitality requires a genuine desire to serve people. If one inherently dislikes interacting with guests, it may be time to reconsider their career path. While not all local Hong Kong staff are impolite, certain ingrained perceptions about service attitudes do occasionally surface."

"Our stay was almost excellent. The hotel property is beautifully maintained, offers picturesque views, and provides ample access to a variety of water activities, which we greatly appreciated. However, one aspect that impacted our enjoyment was the swimming pool's limited operating hours. With sessions only from 9:00-11:45 AM and 1:00-6:00 PM, it was unfortunately not possible to enjoy an early morning swim before breakfast or a late afternoon swim. This schedule does not accommodate the common preference, especially in warmer climates, for swimming when the sun is less intense, such as before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM. That noted, the hotel staff were consistently courteous and professional. Furthermore, the breakfast service was outstanding, featuring an extensive selection of delicious and expertly prepared dishes. In summary, while the pool hours were a significant drawback, the overall quality of the accommodations, dining, and service was commendable."

"The room faces Golden Bauhinia Square directly, offering a superb view and breathtaking scenery. However, there were quite a few dust mites in the room, which made me, as someone with a dust mite allergy, sneeze and have a runny nose constantly, which was a bit of a struggle. Also, the handheld showerhead in the bathroom couldn't be adjusted, which was very inconvenient. The overhead shower was in an awkward position, making it impossible to stand on the anti-slip mat. Everything else was excellent; the service was great, and the location was super convenient, right next to K11, with all dining and entertainment options within easy reach."

"For those doing a Hong Kong and Macau trip, I recommend going to Macau first, then Hong Kong's K11, because it has a drum washing machine, a drum washing machine, a drum washing machine! (Yes, it's that important, I said it three times). You can wash all your dirty clothes from Macau in K11's washing machine, and drying is no problem either – it's a great amenity. I'm introverted and don't like interacting much with staff, but they were very discreet and kind. Oh, and the night view is beautiful too."

"This has become my new favorite hotel in Hong Kong. The rooms are relatively spacious, and the views are excellent; even without booking a sea view room, you can still mostly see the sea. The transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a three-minute walk from the MTR exit. North Point Pier is right downstairs, and the airport shuttle bus is also very convenient – you can take the MTR to 100 from the airport, or bus 47 to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. Highly recommended!"

"This is the most convenient hotel when traveling from mainland China to Hong Kong. You can easily walk to it from the high-speed rail station, so even on a rainy day, it's very convenient. The Elements shopping mall downstairs meets all dining and shopping needs and is great for browsing. We wanted to have afternoon tea; both the restaurant on the 103rd floor and the lobby lounge on the 102nd floor offer it. The restaurant always has afternoon tea sets available, but it finishes quite early, at 5:15 PM. The lobby lounge's afternoon tea requires a bit of advance booking; if you don't book, you can only order à la carte, and there aren't many options, nor is the presentation as exquisite as expected. The environment, however, is excellent, with expansive high-altitude views overlooking the islands and the sea, offering a unique perspective of Hong Kong. We stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival and received mooncakes and lanterns, plus a late check-out, which we were very pleased with. My husband took the kids swimming and came back saying the staff were very attentive, helping to wash and spin-dry their swimsuits. The service was incredibly detailed. We will definitely stay here again."

"Took my kids to Hong Kong to watch the Ronaldo Saudi Super Cup final. Saw it opened in '09 and decided to take a gamble on it. Turns out, it completely exceeded my expectations! A veteran five-star hotel truly is in a league of its own. As soon as we walked in, we saw a signed Ronaldo jersey – the atmosphere was incredible! Facilities: Even though it opened in '09, it's incredibly well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless, absolutely nothing to complain about. Environment: No weird smells at all, a pleasant surprise. Service: Excellent."

"was in town for some meetings and my wife decided to join me. chose the indigo as it was close to the mtr and i had some meetings to attend over at kowloon. (i am not a fan of staying on the other side) service, location and the amenities provided were great. we got a free breakfast every day, i thought it was very generous of the hotel to do so. However, the decor/room arrangements were less desirable though, the toilet layout set with bathroom and toilet separate without a privacy panel made it really awkward even for a married couple. which while amusing, was definitely not a highlight. i could only assume the designer/architect was either inexperienced or had peculiar leanings."

"Overall, very good. I booked a pre-sale deal through Ctrip for just over 590. There was an additional 100 HKD surcharge for checking in on a Friday. This year, the Hong Kong government introduced a 3% tax, which amounted to over 18 HKD. So, the total came to around 700 HKD. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room with a 1.3-meter bed. Considering Hong Kong hotel prices, this offered excellent value for money. In terms of location, it's very close to Nam Cheong MTR station, just a 5-minute walk from Exit B. It's only one MTR stop away from West Kowloon. To get to Disneyland, you only need to make one transfer, and it's a total of three stops. The next day, we also visited the Science Museum near Hung Hom station, which was also a direct few stops on the same line. The room was small but incredibly well-equipped. As my daughter put it, 'It's small but cute!' My 7-year-old daughter and I shared a bed, and it was sufficient for us, but for a family of three, this room type wouldn't accommodate everyone comfortably. It seemed possible to cook, as the room had an oven-like appliance, and there appeared to be a communal kitchen too. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn't get to explore all the hotel's facilities. The room was clean, and the bedding was quite comfortable. It would be even better to visit in the summer, as there's also an infinity pool available for use. The service was also excellent. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. We would definitely consider staying here again!"
