"Hi everyone! I have stay in The Westin Wenzhou check in July 4th and July checkout 6th one night! So this morning request to delivery the 2 breakfast to my room! Which they say yes we will do! After I check out and ask my deposit refund they deducted 570yuan I call them and ask what is that for? They said room service charge for breakfast ???? This is not right they have to inform to customer that the room service will be charge 570rmb which they never inform! How they can do that ???? They charge whatever they want without inform to the customer!"

"Seriously, who else gets it? Why are all Atour Hotels so consistently amazing? The service is great, the environment is great, but most importantly, they just know how to make you feel good. After checking in, I was so impressed with the drinks in the fridge. I wasn't sure if they were free, so I called the front desk, and they confirmed they were! Even better, during my 3-day stay, I noticed the drinks were replenished daily; as soon as you finished them, they'd be refilled. What also really won me over was the breakfast – the variety was insane! Even though it was busy during the National Day holiday, the dining area was large, and the staff were incredibly efficient, quickly seating everyone. So many delicious options, and everything tasted fantastic. Atour truly excels; it's a super five-star experience. Next time, I'll definitely be staying at another Atour location, haha."

It was indeed very slow to remind us when we ordered coffee, but it was so slow that I felt that I could go to the Mixc opposite to buy it and come back. The waiter was very busy, but I really didn't know what he was busy with. Great attitude but really needs some training."

"The hotel is quite old, and its facilities are very dated. The water around the overwater villa area was stagnant, leading to a lot of mosquitoes and insects. The most absurd thing was the mineral water policy: only two complimentary bottles were provided in the room, and any additional ones incurred a charge. I've stayed at countless hotels, and never once have I been charged for extra bottled water. Moreover, the breakfast selection was extremely limited. Although it was advertised to end at 9:30 AM, by 9 AM there was practically nothing left to eat in the restaurant. If you're solely interested in the overwater bungalows and can overlook these other issues, then this place might be an option."

The B&B is in the village and you can reach the beach in 10 minutes' walk. On a rainy day, lying on the bed and listening to the rain is not very comfortable. The mattress in the hotel is also so comfortable that I fainted until the next day. The boss is really nice, provides good service, gives a lot of tips, and keeps asking us what we need!
