"The service was good, breakfast was delicious, the room was really spacious for 3 of us, including the toilet. Entire room was really clean, toilet has all the necessary hooks and clothes line for you to hang and dry clothes, shower pressure was great, and bed was really comfortable. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the complimentary admission to T3 tea plantation."

"The hotel view is absolutely stunning — it feels like you're in Guilin, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I booked the Lan Shan room with a private pool. The pool was moderately clean and quite small — perfect for taking photos and relaxing, but not ideal for serious swimming. A heads-up for female guests: during my stay, we felt a bit uncomfortable when a drone flew overhead while we were using the pool. Although the hotel clearly prohibits drones (all guests are required to sign an agreement), there happened to be a cycling event nearby, and we weren’t sure who the drone belonged to. If you're planning to wear a bikini or swimwear, just be extra mindful and occasionally check your surroundings for privacy, as it might affect your comfort. The room itself was very spacious, though the cleanliness could be better. However, the service was outstanding — the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always attentive. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a free photo shoot. While the cheesecake could have tasted better, the photographer was friendly and made the experience fun. Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery and great service — just be cautious around the pool area if you’re concerned about privacy."

"週末逃離城市的喧囂，來清遠英德看喀斯特地貌，看春意盎然的黃花風鈴樹，民宿的名字跟設計風格很搭，確實有清歡竹境的感覺，晚上到的比較晚，前台小哥免費給我升了房，房型很大，也很乾凈，早上睡醒呼吸山裡新鮮的空氣，感覺城市帶來的煩惱都被治癒了，早上民宿有早餐吃，下樓到餐廳廚房現做的，停車場有幾個充電車位，對電車很友好，離店後告知了前台小姐姐，廁所反味有點嚴重，小姐姐立馬給我送了民宿種的小紅薯，還有腐竹，給我省了一筆特產費👍🏻,還有個建議，一次性的牙刷可以換個牌子，這個牙刷掉絮絮，總的來説還是很不錯的，看看田園風光～下次有機會帶父母過來☺️ PS:開車去鎮上有7.8公里，所以過去住還是得把該帶的東西帶齊，周邊吃的不是很多🌞 個人評價，僅供參考🧐"

"酒店環境不錯，就是睡覺的地方隔音不太好，剛好遇到過年的時間一直在放鞭炮，就比較吵。帶帶狗狗一起過來的。院子地方比較大，適合寵物玩。特別想強調服務態度很好，特別是早餐區域的阿姨，很周到很勤快，對孩子也很好，很有禮貌很親切，真正的有賓至如歸的感覺，早上吃早餐看到這麼好的阿姨心情大好，希望老闆看到了給阿姨漲工資！"

"Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests."

"整個酒店大量的設計元素，能看出花了很多心思在設計上，特別是很多小細節，隨手一拍就能出片。 管家服務都很好，很細心，員工都很主動熱情。 這次房型觀景是看前面田園，整個落地窗，房間非常舒適、通透。但有可能因為整個房間的設計風格，房間內沒有一處可遮擋，如果不是情侶，可能不太方便，給個小建議，廁所門和沐浴間加個百葉簾。榻榻米也可以準備一些軟墊子放在櫃子內，有需要可以讓客戶使用。 如果想逃離城市的喧鬧，不妨可以去渡假一下，天氣好時可看到美美的夕陽、日落，晚上抬頭可看到滿天星星，夜晚聽著田園呱呱叫入眠。 另外提醒一下，我們去的時候泳池還未到開放季節、公共區域泡湯的地方需要提前與管家溝通，餐廳是新式融合菜，出品不錯，農家風味，管家都會給你安排得明明白白。 總體還是不錯的一次體驗，下次有機會會再選擇！"

"Had a really nice stay at the farm tour. The space is spacious and clean, good service, good home decos, good breakfast, with many cute cats ;p Although the location is a bit far from city centre or some tourist place, it’s not hard to get around. Plus you can actually get necessities at the hotel, they serve local food and hotpots, alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and they have a vending machine for snacks."

"來到這家民宿被環境和設計驚喜到了。這就是我夢想中鄉村民宿的樣子，特別特別美，還能釣北江野生魚呢，但是天氣涼的時候釣不到，得等夏天要是遇上一場雨的時候就好釣了。 手工拓染項目也很棒，就是敲得手都酸，娃嫌累不敲，最後變成是大人給他完成的。在這麼美的自然環境裏面，大人小孩都玩得很開心。 服務也很好，響應速度比很多五星級酒店都快，下午茶、早餐都豐盛又美。 房間洗手池那兒的配置還挺豐富的，連洗衣液、耳塞都有，比較周到。 這裡有清遠圖書館的書籍可以讀，不錯。 唯一待改進的是廁所：馬桶每次沖水要沖兩次才行，廁所趟門關不嚴實，從門縫能被看到廁所裏面。"

"今年內二刷的民宿，名字叫民宿，但卻沒有一般民宿小家粗糙的感覺，更象一間精品温泉酒店。每套房間都有獨立的小院和露天私湯，一邊泡湯頭頂是松樹藍天或是一輪明月，感覺很好。日落餐廳景色優美，出品也很棒，用了很多本地食材的精品農家菜，按前台小姐姐告訴你的時間到了先觀賞落日，再入座晚餐。總之，這是一家值得常來的好地方！"
