"The hotel is a quick 3-5 minute taxi ride from the airport. The environment is pretty good, and the rooms are quite spacious, though there's a noticeable tropical humidity smell. It's an open-plan hotel, and there wasn't enough cold water in the public areas. The outdoor pool is nice and open 24 hours. Breakfast was plentiful, a good mix of Chinese and Western options. They even gave us complimentary macarons!"

"I worried about trip alone but this place easy to access from airport while using google map and staffs are provide good service therefore, if i have a chance I want to try other resorts. I think Bali is good place for tourist and this hotel gave me good impression of Bali"

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and it remains a great choice. Its prime location, just a short ride from the airport and close to Kuta Beach, is a major plus. You can also easily walk to the Beachwalk Shopping Centre. Unfortunately, we couldn’t book a SPA session again, as the next available slot was a week away due to high demand. The breakfast, however, continues to impress with its quality and variety."

"Kind of hard to find first, not accessible by car. Isn’t you typical hotel. Friendly staff. First night we had a problem with the AC - there was rotten egg smell coming from it (Hope they are fixing it) but luckily the staff was friendly and they gave us a new room."

"If you bring your own cushions, sunshade umbrellas & sunloungers with you this is still a great resort. We have stayed at Sanur Resort several times since it opened 11 years ago however this stay was disappointing. There were no cushions on our balcony chairs & most of the day beds around the pool had no cushions. Which made them unusable. The front reception staff were very grumpy. We did not experience their usual warm, friendly welcome like we have experienced in the past. They appear very unhappy. Everyday we would ask the front reception desk staff for a ticket for the beach beds & every day they would tell us it was fully booked. After pleading with the staff to please give us a ticket, they would reluctantly give us a ticket & every time we went to the beach there was availability. We don't understand why the front reception staff made it so hard? It was stressful. The attendant at the beach is so lovely & friendly. He along with Uncle Conceirge gave the signature happy Sanur Swissbel Watu Jimbar interactions that we remember and have kept us returning many times. This year there was a severe shortage of sunshade umbrellas for the sun loungers near the pool. We were unable to get a sun lounger in the shade by the pool on any day during our stay. The resort urgently needs to invest in more sunshade umbrellas, sunloungers & cushions. I never leave bad reviews, but I feel I need to let other guests know what to expect. I did report our issues to the grumpy front reception staff & they said a Manager would contact me, however the Manager never contacted me during our stay. I feel sad our favourite resort in Sanur has changed."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pita Maha Ubud . It has amazing views both from the lobby and in our villa. The staff are amazing, super friendly and happy. Hotel Breakfast is pretty good with small buffet and you get to choose main meal too. Highly recommend dinner at hotel restaurant , great service , nice views and quality food! There are also some nice restaurants and spas within walking distance. If you are looking for a quiet family stay with plenty to do and beautiful scenery , try Pita Maha Ubud!"

Price is affordable, Hotel clean, bathroom clean, I'm falling love with the amenities smells is good !!!, kind staff, good facilities, so many offer 👌 👍, for restaurant taste is average but the atmosphere and kind staff so I'm enjoyed stay at metland venya ubud. I hope this hotel always maintains cleanliness environment hotel and room, because it is very difficult to find a hotel that is as clean as this one on bali nowadays."

"Very friendly and attentive staff- the best thing about the Mercure! Great buffet breakfast- enjoyed my iced lattes and freshly made omelettes every morning.  Nice pool to cool off in with a lovely westerly sunset view. Located across from the beach with many restaurants nearby. Short stroll to Beachwalk Shopping Center which has a variety of shops and restaurants. Enjoyed daily walks along the boardwalk south to the airport and north towards Legian and Seminyak. Would recommend!"

"The hotel was situated in a very central location on Kuta Beach. It was easy to travel to all our planned attractions from our hotel. We could also walk to the nearby mall after dinner for a short visit. The staff very friendly and accommodating. They were able to prepare continental breakfast boxes on the days when we had an early start to visit slightly further attractions. The rooms were decent enough and cleaned daily with clean towels. There are 2 to 3 convenience stores nearby to buy drinks or snacks when we were feeling hungry."
