"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The surroundings are beautiful, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The room was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures — no bad surprises at all! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back."

"The best resort in the town. The room is pretty clean and they housekeep everyday. They have mini shuttle called buggy inside the resort which helps you go around. Only downside was the swimming pool is not clean as I expected. But it was the best experience we had in the Mui Ne. Definitely gonna stay here again."

"Averaged scores..the development building was located too far from down town Mui Ne. The building is very high from ground..to be at lobby..it will need to take elevation at least 15 mins and too steep..very dangerous for old people and kids. Bed is too low from base..did not feel comfortable.. suggested to give better bed , more pillows and bed support be suffer will be perfect. Shower and toilet are clean..looked good except the toilet spray tube is too short…must change to be longer. Others are good and very safe place to stay long times. I choose to stay due to the pol and view from top are very beautiful. Tks"

Khách tới đây nhầm thành hotel rất nhiều. --＞ KO CÓ LỄ TÂN 24/7 tại sảnh, muốn hỗ trợ phải nhắn tin qua zalo. 2. Trên đệm có vết máu k!nh nhỏ trong phòng mình. 3. Trong khuôn viên rất rộng nên cần xe di chuyển xung quanh, tuy nhiên khi liên hệ số hotline được cung cấp, nvien luôn vâng vâng dạ dạ nhưng xe thì hên xui mới tới. 4. Bãi biển riêng KHÔNG ĐẸP LẮM. Biển bãi riêng trên dọc đường Nguyễn Đình Chiểu trung tâm đẹp hơn nhiều (đây là biển trên NĐC, ở kia xấu quá ko buồn chụp ảnh)"

"Отличное место для отдыха как парой так и семьей. Огромный комплекс с необходимой инфраструктурой. Есть на территории кафе и магазины, но цены кусаются. До ближайшей цивилизации 20 минут на такси или байке. Мы арендовали байк прям в комплексе. Обособленный комплекс со своим пляжем. На территории комплекса есть 6 бассейнов (один с горками, один основной, два на крышах секций, один в отдельно стоящем СПА-комплексе и один самый любимый у Pool Bar с потрясающим видом на море. Чисто, эстетично. Но имейте ввиду, смотреть нечего. Это отдых для релакса."

"This establishment is a themed hotel and a five-star property operated under an international brand, well-suited for families traveling with children. The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the city center. It is more conveniently accessed by domestic guests traveling by private car or via organized tour buses. International visitors are advised to approach their stay with a resort-oriented mindset, focusing primarily on on-site leisure and amenities. Overall, our two-night stay suggested that the hotel falls short of the standards expected of a five-star establishment. The reception staff, along with certain other employees, appeared unprofessional, as though insufficiently trained. Their demeanor and level of professionalism during the check-in process were not commensurate with those expected at a luxury hotel. The lobby is not equipped with air conditioning and relies solely on fans, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment, whereas the elevators are air-conditioned—creating inconsistent temperature conditions throughout the property. The facilities in the children’s club were visibly unclean, which is a matter of concern. The 35-square-meter room is reasonably well-appointed, and the separation of the toilet and shower is a commendable design feature. However, certain details reflect inadequate maintenance; for instance, the shower curtain exhibited signs of mold. The adult swimming pool is of good quality and constitutes a positive aspect of the hotel. In contrast, the children’s pool is rather limited in design, lacking slides or other recreational features. The restaurant offerings are average in terms of variety, presentation, and taste—adequate but unremarkable. This represents a notable drawback, particularly for guests intending to spend most of their time dining within the hotel."

"Vị trí sát biển, chỉ vài bước là đến bãi cát trắng. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ. Cảnh quan xung quanh cực kỳ dễ chịu và gần gũi thiên nhiên."

"Приехали на пару дней. Номер не плохой. Не была убрана урна в санузле. Нас заехало трое. Комплект в номере был на двоих (халаты, полотенца, чашки и тд) так же был указан неверный пароль от вай фай. Только Спустя 4 часа после обращения нам сообщили корректный пароль. Принадлежности на 3го человека так и не дали. В целом отель и территория норм."

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. L’établissement n’est pas dans le centre de Mui Né mais nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous avons même pu avoir une arrivée anticipée gratuite cela a été très apprécié."

"as expected of a 5-star hotel, the hotel was very clean with amazing amenities, including two types of pools and beachfront views. breakfast had a very wide and delicious spread, easily making it one of the highlights of the resort. the rooms were very well-furnished and well-maintained. service was great and welcoming as well, but I would note that we arrived at 11am and our luggages were left in the corner of the main entrance unattended for most of the day. when we came back around 6pm, they were still there, and after checking in, we waited for more than 15 minutes and the luggage had yet to be delivered up to our room. when we headed down for dinner around 6.15pm, the luggage remained at the main entrance which struck us as unsafe. while it was delivered by the time we returned from dinner, it was slightly disappointing, but not a dealbreaker for us. overall would recommend!!"
